Just got the necklace and put it on then paid my bill. The necklace then broke a couple months later. When it broke I looked at it and new that it was not my necklace. I went back to ask questions. I let her know that I got this fixed once. I asked the lady if she could read me what it said on the necklace. she said 18 karat ( I can not see the numbers, to small) . I then asked if she could tell if it is tri color, she said "no it just two colors". I let her know that I had dropped my 22 karat, tri color necklace off and this is the what I got back. She then started to play stupid and said there was no such thing as a 22 karat necklace. with the language difference she just said "no no", "you got receipt". She was then pretending she did not know what I was saying. She then turned her away and walked to the back of the store. I looked for the receipt but I could not find it. I just want everyone to know that they don't give you back what you had. I am very upset, want people to know about this jewelers. The more I told my story the more stories I hear of people having the same thing done with pieces of jewelry. In the past I have bought pieces of jewelry from there. This necklace was bought overseas around 16 years ago. There is a rating of 0 from me and will not go back.
