Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! What I appreciate is that he gave suggestions on how to shape the tree and was knowledgable on the various types of San Diego plants and trees. My job was not as big as some of his other ones like cutting down palm trees but we did have lots of large over growth from 3 trees in the front, a large honey suckle tree, and 3 large stumps that needed to be taken out. This would have taken me multiple weeks due to my own time constraint and the need to get the right tools. His team did it in 2.5 hours. So it was worth the work needed for a couple hundred spent. What I think was quality was that they cleaned up after, raked the leaves and did a leaf blower that made it all look nicer. They do good work and shaped trees well. She also took videos and took notes so she could relay her exact vision to her team that would be trimming the trees. Her team was also amazing. They cranked out this massive job in a single day and were super easy to work with and very efficient. Honestly couldn't believe how fast they worked and how great everything looks. At the end of the project the team shared pictures and spoke with Robin on the phone so she could ensure she was happy with how everything turned out. They really listened to my request to cut the canopy back. The lead man cutting made the whole tree look symmetrical and more beautiful than it's ever looked in years. He was fast and efficient and climbed all through the tree and lowered limbs carefully by ropes. His cleanup crew picked up debris and everything was taken to the curbside to be shredded later.
