    Great service. Came same-day as my TV (bought thru Samsung but delivered by Best Buy), a Samsung 65…read moreinch S95H. Technican helped me move TV to room it was to be placed/mounted. He unboxed it and tested it to ensure it worked. Within 5 mniutes of the TV being on, it stopped working. Screen went black although there was audio. Performed a hard reset but still no luck. Technicain waited with me while I called Samsung. Thank goodness I got a live person who told me that they would pick it back up as a return and give me a full refund. Meanwhile, the technican put the mount on the wall as I plan to buy this same TV but from a different vendor (Crutchfield who I should have used all along as all my TVs have come from them. But, I got a great military discount from Samsung so I went with Samsung). If all goes well, when the replacement TV arrives I will be able to put it on the wall without a lot of drama. All in all, very happy with Kairos. I think they went above and beyond to help me with this issue.

From the moment I sent out a request for an…read moreestimate -- to which they replied right away -- to the moment the entire installation was complete, I was satisfied. They were flexible with me possibly having to re-schedule my appointment at the last minute if the cable equipment had not arrived on time. The installation team arrived at the time promised. They were polite, clean and professional. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. I bought my own bracket and they were very familiar with it. They even uncrated my 85" TV from my move, which required them unscrewing wooden boards -- much more work than simply opening a cardboard box. Then they measured precisely, putting guide tape on the wall that they removed without leaving any marks. They also cut a hole on the wall behind the TV to run the power cord behind the wall to the outlet near the floor. The work was professionally done and looked great. They ran all the cables along the bracket, which was important because the bracket and wall would be visible when I pulled the TV out and swiveled it to seen from the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The whole process took under an hour and they didn't seem to cut any corners. The estimate was not the least expensive I received, but I felt the thoughtful questions they asked before I even accepted their quote, indicated the attention to detail that I wanted -- and I was right. I can't say if all their teams work this well, but the one that came to my house was exceptional.

He was very nice and worked very quickly and efficiently but he needed my help to lift our 77" TV. I do not blame him at all for asking for my help, but I am terribly disappointed he was sent by himself. I politely expressed my disappointment in the price I paid with his company expecting me to help him. He was very apologetic and threw in a cable concealing package which was incredibly thoughtful. I'm writing this review because I was not supposed to be home when the mounting was scheduled. My disabled spouse was going to be the only person here. Had I not been sent home from work early the technician wouldn't have been able to do the service at all! I'm not sure if it was a choice to send one technician from the start or someone didn't show up for work, either way, this should have been rescheduled so the service could be completed as it was paid for. In summary, the mount was adequately done and the technicIan was incredibly professional- his company was not. This review would have been 1 star if it were not for his character.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more We scheduled for 1pm and expected them to arrive within the hour. By 1:57pm, I had sent an email, two texts, and I had made several calls. I received a response via text, saying to expect the person at 2:45pm. That was the last thing I ever heard from them! We had to change our plans and errands to accommodate for the lateness (and eventual no-show) of a company that didn't even give us the dignity of telling us they wouldn't be able to make it. They just ignored our continued messages for 4 more hours! The only good part about this story is that they don't charge until the appointment is kept, so we didn't have to fight through the same level of apathy to get any money back. We just wasted an entire afternoon, missed deadlines, and piled up tasks could have been completed if only we'd known not to wait for them! This was a horrible experience and we hope they don't get the chance to treat anyone else so carelessly. They only get the one star because zero wasn't an option. No show. No apology. No attempt to reschedule. No notification that they could no longer provide the service. UNACCEPTABLE! If you are reading this BE WARNED! KEEP AWAY! DON'T DO IT!

Demand is really high during the holidays, but I booked my appointment during an available time online so as a customer it's hard for me to understand how my appointment was missed. I was able to get an available appointment same day; however, I was completely inconvenienced. To top it off, I was charged double to triple the amount for the most basic wall mount available. What really irks me is that I was inconvenienced and still overcharged for the service. This is not how you treat customers who have already supported this business multiple times. Please don't take advantage of your customers this way!
