Terrible customer service. Just terrible. Tried to get a plaque made here for a church. They promised to get back to me in a week about cost and with a proof. One week passed, nothing. 2 weeks, nothing. I called, nothing. I called again and they said they would get right back to me. One week after that, they emailed me a "proof" that my kid could have drawn on the computer. I emailed back to ask how much it would be and guess what? No return email, no call, nothing. These people are so rude and the when place is weird. So.e lady seems drunk.smoking cigarettes everything I pass by and some guy unloads trucks shirtless and talking to himself. We needed school trophies and stopped in twice. Won't go bacl. read more

****I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!**** I called in and spoke to a very nice woman named Claudia around 8/17 who was professional and took my order for awards that I needed for an awards ceremony that will be held in October 2016. I have no issues with this woman. She did her job and responded quickly. On the other hand, I spoke to her husband, Ron Shapiro who took my call today (8/23) When I spoke to him, he was in the shop alone so I understand being overwhelmed.... He appeared to be fumbling through my information, did not have any information in front of him regarding my order. He proceeded to tell me there was an additional fee to change the logo into an engraveable form. I only tried to get across that, that was not explained to me and should have been reflected on the estimate that was e-mailed to me. I sent my logo in prior to the estimate so it should have been included. He went on indicating that I was trying to get him to waive the fee. Mind you, I never suggested that nor did I say that at all. His tone was extremely disrespectful and out of line. He did apologize in a condescending tone... I was going to still proceed with my order and I then called back and said that I would not be using his services. His response, "That is fine with me!" What kind of business owner are you????? Do us all a favor...Sell your business, close your doors! Word to the wise..run like hell from this place! read more
