They told us we are committed because we signed an agreement. Got mad and left, the next thing we received letters saying we need to conclude the sale. Continued getting letters from their lawyer. No one ever gets back to us. originally we had dealt with Sara originally and she was fantastic then we got STUCK with dealing with Brittney ever since, and since then this has been an AWEFUL experience, the floor is rotted underneath in the toy hauler back room, the glass door, we asked for help with knowledge to go about keeping the glass piece from falling out, which we never got help with, now the door has completely fell off its tracks in that section, the blind behind the couch, doesn't even cover the whole window, the pull cords for the couch the two chairs the middle they snapped so they don't recline anymore, the sink, it does nothing but constantly leak, there is a leak under the shower in the storage unit, the outdoor speaker never worked and we had to replace it they provided it but we had to replace it, along with a a list of other WE had to fix as getting ahold of anyone there is impossible, then while us replacing things taking things apart there are chunks of wood and wood and sawdust from whatever caused it, but we were told that they were going through cleaning the camper and this is not something we had also expected, the fireplace crapped the bed then finally MONTHS later they got around to replacing that for it to crap out again, the screening on the back door was never fully held in as they said they would fix that as well and still have never reached out, the door entry way doors, they don't close the plastic is broken and they always pop open as they don't close, the thermostat in the bedroom doesn't work. It blows out air-conditioning, but it doesn't blow out heat, but when we drove off the lot the interior stair is damaged and we were told that it was already ordered and we will be contacted when it comes in and MONTHS go by trying to situate all of this to then find out a few days later to then be told they don't carry it anymore and if we want it fixed it won't match, then we wake up to the main toilet leaking and the toilet is empty as we can not use a leaking toilet, MIND BLOWING but the leak is going THROUGH the door trim running up from the floor and coming out on the floor in-front of the bedroom, so now we have sewage water constantly in the camper, and can't use the main bathroom, and then have to i'm sure deal with possible mold from it being in the wall from sewage, as we now have to hire a handyman since we clearly didn't spend enough money driving off the lot with a 2021 toy hauler. Now we have to hire someone buy parts and have things fixed correctly as getting a hold of anyone to situate anything at this dealership is nearly impossible. Then they made it seem like they were trying to help fix the issues and they sent 2 guys out in the pouring rain, to look at a few things (mind you nothing came from that visit even though the guys said that things would be covered as we pay for an EXTENDED WARRANTY) to then be told by the RUDEST individual brittany (who we have now heard and seen some crazy reviews and wish we never bought there, especially through her) that nothing besides like 2 small things would be covered so very DUMBFOUNDING to know we pay extra for them to try extra hard to avoid fixing products they sold. we understand when you buy something even if it is three years old that there will be things with wear and tear but at the end of the day, this is not wear and tear this is they got something in they wanted to sell it knowing it had issues and they just chose to cover things up with a Band-Aid and sell it and just look away instead of ever trying to fix any issues. so as for us we will never buy here and we encourage you don't either as it has been nothing but a nightmare. hopefully you guys have a better experience, and take your money somewhere where you're a valued customer and not just sold something to ignore us. As we have MANY MANY pictures so here are some. They also know we bought it to live in for a bit and told us to bring it in for a week or so so they can go through it knowing that is not an option and they knew that and tell us to wait till spring to bring it in as we have again informed them we live in it and don't have the means of going to a new location to fix things that should have never been to this extent, and then have us pay for a hotel or something to put us in so they can "check things out" so they want us to pay for a hotel, pay for extra repairs as if paying for 2021 toy hauler wasn't a big enough of a purchase, so clearly there's no insight on things being fixed, if i could do negative stars i absolutely would.

They were courteous their work was impeccable and he was very honest about little things that we could do ourselves and save us some money as we were already having to spend quite a bit of money to do most of the repairs. Finding an honest and wonderful repair shop is not easy in today's day and age but these wonderful people took amazing care of us and our camper! When I asked why it wasn't cleaned I was told it was "too cold out and the water would freeze", however there was an entire car lot of used cars as well as other RV's that were shiny and clean. I had been told on the phone that I could leave my car at the parking lot while I was away and would need to pay a fee for the parking. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay cash for the parking. I had requested ahead that the RV be "unwinterized" so that I would have water and be able to use the bathroom. When I was picking up the RV I was told that I needed to fill the water tank myself. I told them I was leaving right from there and had no place to fill it up I was told to do it at the camp ground I was going to. However- NOT to use the bathroom in the RV unit I had water. Seriously?! This was February mind you. So I asked where the hose was to fill the tank, I was told they didn't have one and I could "ask to borrow one at the campground" WHAT?! This is what I was paying for? I arrived at the campground late that night, of course no one was around and I could not get a hose or water. This was my first time renting or using an RV mind you. I was filthy from just getting out the cord to plug in the RV it had so much filth on it. The rear view mirrors were not even useable until I cleaned them. My daughter and I were so miserable we called the company the next day and initially were greeted with significant sympathy and desire to fix things. Within a very short time that changed. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I asked to have my car keys left for me to get my car as I would be returning that day instead of keeping the RV for a week and they refused to leave my keys!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so dismayed by this I sent a complaint to the company and asked for my money back I never received a response. STAY AWAY they are thieves and terrible business people!!!!

I recently rented an RV from the Danbury CT location. I saw a previous review that didn't go so…read morewell so I think it's best I post my review as well. Fortunately, my trip went off without any issues. Erica, whom works at the rental office was completely upfront about everything. I was given an opportunity to view the vehicle prior to renting it. She thoroughly explained everything from the site hookups and fuel consumption down to stashing your valuables while away from the vehicle to lessen chances of being broken into and robbed. I drove 3000 miles and had zero issues. The rig I used was 31' and had about 11000 miles on it. We went over the vehicle inside and out to point out any damage prior to leaving and also how they would check the waste tanks upon return. I had my wife and three children with me. We stayed in Destin Florida at an RV park on the beach. So beautiful. Everybody had there own space to retreat to if needed. I would totally recommend this rental facility. Upon returning, Erica stayed a bit later on a Saturday to accommodate my return. We went over the vehicle and she refunded my security deposit after checking the vehicle for damage. All the seats/benched that were cloth were disgusting and stained! Couch was too worn, to the point where my 6 year old would fall through even when buckled up. I get its a rental but, come on! Use a shampooer for pete's sake! If we were not so locked into all the KOA's we paid for, and so far from home, I would have bailed on this rental. The whole thing shakes past 60mph. The steering wheel was so loose. The suspension is messed up and felt through wheel. On way back, the check engine light came on. The a/c sucks, its loud and leaks! The back room was always hot! Thank goodness we brought a fan. It rained and came through the shower and lights in the cabin. They claimed the outlets would work while driving without the use of the generator, I asked multiple times as my father is oxygen dependent. They lied. The cigarette lighters hardly worked as well, every few minutes we had to push the chargers back in. Way over priced and will NEVER use this company again! Good; The local office people were very nice and accommodating. It does not seem like Cruise America gives this local business what they need to maintain their fleet. Loads of cargo room, get 10% off at KOA, hook ups were good.
