I ordered online and it did not disappoint. Crumbl is absolutely delicious and one of the best cookie stores out there! There app is seamless and not to Mentioned when I walked in I felt so taken care of by the staff! Our cookies came out fresh and we saw them being iced right in front us. You really can't beat the service! I highly recommend ordering online and then just picking up but in store there is a screen to order from. 10/10

This is my favorite Crumbl location aside from the location in Woodstock. Every time I come here I'm greeted with the best service, not to mention the cookies are always fresh and delicious. They also have my order finished with the quickness. The store was clean as it always is, and it is an overall warm vibe every time I go here.

I like cookies and although I am not new to eating Crumbl cookies, but this was my first time visiting the location. So I arrived before 5 pm and there wasn't a line. I knew they change the kinds of cookies they offered but was trying to get an understanding of what to order and how it worked. There were ALOT of workers and no one spoke or greeted me. One person was busy working I think was the drive thru orders, but one young girl seemed hesitant to help or maybe tired not sure. I usually am a chocolate chip person but wanted to try something else. I asked for opinions and chose the Cookie Butter one which I surprisedly liked and much better then the chocolate chip. It had the perfect smooth buttery taste but not too sweet. So that is one I would recommend. My rating is based on the customer service and lack of providing it with so many workers there. I wasn't told about the rewards system I just kind of figured it out. The self service option maybe cool for some people but I still believe in great customer service ESPECIALLY when I am spending almost $4 for a single cookie, in which I bought more than one. I said hello and said how are you to the workers not the other way around which to me is unacceptable as I have had better cookies from other places.

Absolutely delicious. I'm glad I don't live closer or this would be a problem. The cookies are massive (which is great since they're $4.50 each). Every time I've come here the service has been adequate but I think they are working on being better as today I was greeted enthusiastically by two employees. The cookies have crisp edges and soft centers and are delicious, but they aren't life changing so I can't give it 5 stars. Definitely worth the trip though.

Did curbside and waited in my car for 30minutes. Tapped "I'm here" and it kept changing my status to 1st place in line, then 5th place in line then 2nd then 4th. Constantly changing my status and even curbside car behind me got their order before mine. I understand you may be busy but isn't it first come first serve? What is the point of curbside if it's not fast and efficient?

If you got a sweet tooth and you're looking for a dope spot in Alpharetta to check out, this is it! If you decide to try it out, here's a few things you should know: - it is a small location. It's an outside sitting area in case you want to eat there, but no chairs inside. - they sale cookies as singles, 4-packs, 6 pack, and a party pack (12 count). Don't eat with your eyes! If it's just you, one cookie should be more than enough for one setting. The cookies are so huge my wife and I got one each ( the classic sugar & the honeycomb) and split it them down the middle so we could share with one another. You'll definitely be gone off a sugar high after one full cookie. - the prices are up there, so just be prepared! It's almost $5 a cookie, yet it's made fresh and is about the size of a fist almost ( if fist were flat ), so I guess the price is worth it. - also, be aware that because the cookies are made with fresh ingredients, sometimes the cookie you get my be overly potent. With the honeycomb cookie, it was delicious but i could taste a lot of the salt used to make the cookie, so it threw me off a bit. Aside from that, it was a great experience, I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.

If you're new to Utah-based Crumbl, I suggest visiting at a less busy time so you can get an orientation and assistance ordering. A really helpful employee did this for me which was really nice of her. Basically you order and pay on a tablet, and someone will swiftly bring out your cookies in a box with the lid up so you can confirm that everything's correct before heading out. It's fun how Crumbl has four different cookies each week; the Milk Chocolate Chip and Chilled Sugar are always available. The stores are not operating Sundays but they conveniently open at 8 AM and close late. Curbside pickup is currently offered. I don't believe there were any public restrooms available. Each cookie is $3.48, and a box of four ($10.48) will save you some money at $2.62 per cookie. Crumbl's cookies are on the substantial size, roughly 4.5" in diameter. I weighed a box of four cookies, and it tipped the scales at about 1.75 pounds. Most of the cookies are served warm but I admittedly prefer them at room temperature since a superb, solid-but-gooey consistency has developed. - Cinnamon Swirl: A novel offering with all the beloved cinnamon roll trappings (cinnamon brown sugar topping, cream cheese frosting). The sugar cookie base is a little delicate, but what a delightful dessert. - Mom's Recipe: "A warm oatmeal cookie packed with semi sweet chocolate, toffee and peanut butter chips. Topped with a sprinkle of sea salt." Has a lot going on and each component adds something to the overall cookie. Recommended. - Chocolate Cake: Imagine a brownie in cookie form. Chocolate cookie studded with semi-sweet chocolate chips and chocolate frosting. Oh so heavenly! - Milk Chocolate Chip: Probably my least favorite since I don't really like milk chocolate chips. A version with semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips would be amazing. Look for the store at the end of a shopping center, amusingly next to dental offices. Visit Crumbl's website to see what's baking this week!

How have I not been to Crumbl?! I found this location on Yelp and headed there after lunch one day. There are weekly special cookies, and are switched up every Monday. I love their promo videos on Instagram, and I was lured in by the strawberry pop-tart. Because I didn't know I needed a strawberry pop-tart in sugar cookie form until now. And of course, go big or go home. They don't offer mini cookies, unfortunately, so I got 4 full size cookies to go. I tried the sugar cookie, the chocolate chip, the strawberry poptart and the pumpkin Oreo cheesecake. The sugar cookie was a bit sweet for me, but definitely a classic. The chocolate chip was pretty good, but I LOVED the strawberry poptart - because, it literally tasted like a strawberry poptart. The pumpkin Oreo cheesecake was heavy but the flavors was so freaking good, and I'm not even a huge fan of pumpkin. I watch the videos on Instagram on a regular basis and I have to physically stop myself from indulging every week. But it's been nearly a year since my last visit so I'll say it's about time to treat myself.

This place is AMAZING, but it's not as good as the Marietta location. I visited the Marietta store first and later came to this Alpharetta location. One difference is that the team members do not always greet you when you walk in like Marietta. Their cookies are a little pricey ($3.50+), but it's an enormous, warm cookie. This reminds me of my childhood when we would eat a chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven. Besides the regular cookie flavors, such as chocolate chip, they offer 100 different kinds of cookies, and they introduce 4 new ones every week. I now know that I can find out about their new weekly cookies by following them on Facebook. Since my first visit, I have tried a number of different cookies here. My favorites are snickerdoodle, oatmeal chocolate chip, red velvet, iced oatmeal, carrot cake, lemon poppyseed, and the traditional chocolate chip. Their snickerdoodle cookie is actually the very best I've ever had. My only complaint about this location is that the trash can right outside of their door is always full and overflowing with trash, most of which is from their store. I completely understand that this is probably a shared trash can within the shopping center, but it makes the store look bad to have trash on the sidewalk right outside of your door.

Baking news, there's a new cookie shop in town! And by new, I mean a few months new. Crumbl Cookies is a national chain. I first heard about them in July when my sister brought me three of their amazing cookies: dulce de leche, peanut butter chocolate chip, and chilled samoa. These cookies were huge and DIVINE. It was love at first bite! I loved them so much I had to get more. Fortunately for me, the store is only about 15 minutes way from me. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. The shop is small, bright, and super adorable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This time, I got the dulce de leche and chilled samoa again and added chocolate chip and chilled sugar. Wow! They don't make a single bad cookie. My favorite has to be the dulce de leche, followed closely by chilled samoa and chilled sugar. The cookies are $3.48 each, 4 for $10.98, and 12 for $27.48. Worth every penny. They rotate flavors every week, and I cannot wait to try more!

This place is located at the very end of a shopping center with plenty of parking and pretty easy to get to! As I walked in, there was social distancing signs, sanitizer, it was very clean, and all the employees wore a mask as well. They greeted me, and someone came up to me to explain their new kiosk --no person contact--ordering system. I like the idea and able to just touch the keypad and order. The pictures and navigation is very easy but they are there also if you need help! They have a display that shows the cookies for that week they are selling (they switch every week, about 4 different flavors change out.. 2 stay the same. Chocolate chip and sugar cookie with pink icing) The person who helped me was so friendly and as soon as I ordered, they got right on it and it was ready in a matter of 1 minute. The cookies are warm and huge!! Gooey and delicious, each one :). I enjoyed and would definitely come back to get some gourmet cookies again from here!!

Amazing. You must try the Nutella and sea salt cookie! I also really enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie as well as the red velvet cookie. The menu changes weekly so maybe next time I'll get to try the Churros cookie! Here's to hoping!! read more

This was my first visit to this cookie shop (after hearing about it from friends) and the cookies were amazing. They definitely exceeded expectations. I'm not a huge cookie eater (or desserts at all really) so it takes a lot to impress me. These cookies were worth every penny. My favorite was the cornbread with honey butter. I was skeptical at first but as soon as I had the first bite, it was a new addiction. The coconut lime was also amazing. It wasn't too sweet or too tart - subtle and perfect. I also loved the Oreo marshmallow sandwich, which h is weird because I hate Oreos. But it was so yummy. The standard chocolate chip is also great. I will definitely be back to try future flavors. read more

My goodness. Putting one of these cookies in your mouth is like inviting a magical candy land board game dream into your mouth. Crumbl Cookies has completely changed my Monday morning. Where I once dragged through my Monday blues... I wake up energized to see the new flavors that I can try at the end of the week. This store opened up about 4 miles from my house during the COVID pandemic. Every weekend for the last 5 weeks my boyfriend and I visit our local store and try the new flavors. The staff is extremely fun and make us feel like VIPs when we walk through the door every Saturday night. We now dream about having Crumbl cookies cater one day when we tie the knot! If you haven't tried them and you like anywhere near Alpharetta you are missing out on the towns best not so secret, secret! read more

This is easily one of the best dessert places in the Alpharetta area. For one, the cookies are incredibly good, even when I'm not a fan. Their Cookies & Cream and Lemon cookies are the highlights, with the former not being too sweet and the latter almost tasting like the lemon Girl Scout cookies. Even if I wasn't a fan of the peanut butter chocolate cookie, it had more to do with just being a LOT of peanut butter and less to do with how good it tasted. It's overwhelming The store itself is very nice. I love the atmosphere inside and the line is always very quick, with the cookies given rather quickly while still tasting fresh. Customer service was always excellent too, no problems and great employee interaction. They also have some decent drinks to get with cookies (like chocolate milk), and I've heard they have ice cream but haven't tried it out yet. A few nitpicks: -- The sugar one, while good, is too much like the store's namesake and always crumbles in your hands. I don't know if my batch was undercooked, it just wasn't super solid. (Also not really a fan of the taste, it's like a Pixy Stick but turned into a cookie) -- Highly, highly wish there was a menu option between 4 cookies and a party pack of a dozen. Maybe 6 or 8? Amazing dessert place for gourmet style cookies. Don't miss out on this store. read more

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Not only did this location complete my order in under 5 minutes, but I also ended up losing my wallet, and when I called to check if I left it in the store, the employee I was on the phone with informed me she had just sent it out in the mail and it would be delivered to my house the following day. She could have just left it for me to figure out and come pick up, but she took the initiative to mail it back to me before I even called. Kind employees, amazing customer service, quick service, and a very clean store. 11/10. read more

These cookies are good. I tried the chocolate chip red velvet and snickerdoodle. My fave is definitely the chocolate chip. It's a very Rich almost cake like cookie. Best served warm. It's also on the pricey side , Almost $5 per cookie which makes sense when you realize that each cookie has supposedly 4-5 servings, so bear that in mind as you indulge. I placed an order for a pick up. I ordered 2 assorted boxes and paid $35. When I went to pick it up I got 2 small boxes with only 2 cookies. I told them that my order is wrong, which they said they can remake it but it's going to be one hour wait. Didn't worth my time! read more

These cookies are something else. The only words I can find are big, chewy, and flavorful. Served warm of course. With all the varieties of cookies out there, Crumbl sets the bar higher than you can think with so many options and a rotating panel of flavors each week. The staff hustles and bustles to get the cookies out of the oven and you can see how they care about each cookie. I'll surely be back for more. read more

I don't like writing reviews but I love this place! I probably eat more of these cookies than I ought to but they are really good...I only wish that they would add an Oatmeal raisin to the lineup. My oldest daughter lives in Arizona and she is vegan but she will eat these cookies on the regular. So for my birthday in August, she had a box delivered by one of the services. However, when it was delivered, the driver just put them on the mat in front of my door and before my wife could bring them in, the ants were having their own Crumbl party. I let my daughter know what happened and she immediately contacted Crumbl in Alpharetta. Within an hour I had a knock at my door and it was no other than the owner making a personal delivery! That is customer service at its best and I will remain a customer for life! read more

With 6 different types of cookies to choose from you will definitely find one you will love. Personally my girlfriend and I love the Nutella and chocolate chip cookies. These are a must try and a nice place to have on the weekend that closes late for cookies! Way better than insomnia and I still haven't tried their ice cream but I'm sure it's also amazing. read more

Fresh, gourmet cookies that are melt in your mouth delicious. So fun to try the different cookies that they rotate weekly! My absolute favorite was the Twix cookie. Hopefully it will be rotated back in soon. The chilled sugar is also amazing and the warm chocolate chip is always just the right temperature. The staff is friendly and the store is impeccably clean. read more

So I love the cookies. However, this is the third time that I have preordered at the beginning of the day (the earliest the app will allow) and they have sold out on the cookies before I picked up my order. This is frustrating as there is a place in the app that says when you will be there and they still don't have the proper decency to hold my order nor to refund me my money. Instead I'm forced to chose other cookies as a substitute. As much as I like then it is beginning to feel like 1. a scam and 2. Completely unethical that they don't hold the order that I place BEFORE THEY EVEN OPENED. read more

Really appreciated the worker taking his gloves off after touching the doors to bring out the curbside orders. Have been to many locations and cringe after seeing workers going back to touching cookies after opening the door without changing gloves. Way to go Alpharetta! read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. I asked him if it would be better for me to come the next day to which he agreed. I went in and was met at the door by Christine, who was super welcoming and asked me if I was LeeAnn. I was already caught off guard because she knew my name before I gave it to her (this is only my second time in the shop over the last five years lol). Eddie, let her know that I was coming in and directed her to provide me with a complementary cinnamon roll package as a thank you for being flexible and an apology for not being able to have everything ready when committed. This was totally unnecessary and above and beyond on their part. Eddie came out from the back to shake my hand and thank me again. The team there are all super friendly. They work fast, give great suggestions, and are very helpful with educating on services they provide that aren't typical for a bakery. For instance, I asked Wheeler if he knew what the starting costs were for shipping. Of course it's going to vary but because of the packaging and dry ice, it would start at roughly $20-$25. However, they provide same-day delivery service within a 50 mile radius of the Gainesville location. That is unheard of for any restaurant, store, bakery, etc., to do same-day delivery with such a big delivery area. Also make note, if you order using shipping, everything will be shipped frozen; if you order using same-day delivery, you'll receive everything freshly baked. As I was leaving, Wheeler offered to bring my order out to my car! I would highly recommend Southern Baked! Whether you need a quick dinner for the family or a quick dessert to bring to an event...this is your place. The people are friendly, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding!

The Alpharetta store is amazing. I have visited several of the stores and this one has a great staff and manager. You can tell from the vibe when you walk in. I saw the views from someone that clearly stated a bunch of lies. Looking at the cookie you can tell that isn't a bug but in fact looks like a Oreo cookie crumb. I have had one of the ones that have Oreo cookies crumbs on them and gotten on my other cookies. Also Witnesses to prove the woman is lying. The manager Ms. Clark is very polite and courteous to all customers and staff. Ms. Clark and your staff, y'all are doing an amazing job! I saw $1 STORE BOX CAKE MIX being used to make cookies so I asked the elderly employee about it....she said "so what? are you going to order or not?".... I would've been fine if she simply said the box mix was part of this week's theme, but instead Lisa gave me a load of attitude as if I uncovered a big crumbl secret. IF $1 box cake mix is what they use, this explains the density and uncooked texture. I would rather make box cookies at home, save $5 per cookie, and avoid the attitude from lisa! my visit to crumble was solid. the place smelled great when i walked in, and the staff moved fast even though it was busy. the weekly flavor lineup was pretty good, and the cookies looked clean and well made. i tried the chocolate chip and one of the rotating flavors, and both were warm and soft without being overly sweet. the cookies are heavy, so one is more than enough, but you get what you pay for. overall, a good spot to stop by. read more

The cookies are amazing but that crew looked like they were bored. Empty store, no one greeted us, and we just kind of handled our own order. Where was the nice lady that is the manager? They have so many different treats to choose from, including ice cream, fudge, chocolates, caramel apples, and just about every sweet you can think of. It almost makes it impossible to decide! I really appreciated that they let us sample the ice cream before ordering, and they even offered samples of the fudge. That definitely made choosing a little easier. The ice cream was incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell it's high quality, and every bite was delicious. The shop itself is adorable, the staff was friendly, and the whole experience just felt fun. Whether you're craving ice cream or just want to browse all the homemade sweets, it's definitely worth stopping in. I'd absolutely go back to try more of their treats!

The prices are a little high but the quality is fantastic so I believe it works out I would love to see more white chocolate options and possibly some spicy type chocolates. Highly recommended. Tons of parking.
