Having heard so much about these cookies, I went to the store to get some. It was surprising that the three people working there didn't even look up when I walked in, but one did direct me to their kiosk so I could order cookies. To give a fair test, I purchased one of each of the six available flavors. Given the price, my expectations were high, particularly for the banana pudding cookie. Unfortunately, it seems that the cookie base wasn't baked properly, since it was neither chewy nor crunch. The pudding was a disappointment, and is apparently a mix, not homemade. A moon cake cookie, intended to mimic Chinese moon cakes, looked nice but didn't have much flavor other than being sweet. The minion sprinkle cookie was better than expected, but nothing to rave about, and the same was true for the vanilla cookie with vanilla icing, the chocolate mud cookie and the chocolate chip. Chick-fil-A's chocolate chip cookies are better than the Crumbl ones, despite the price difference. Having since looked at the ingredients on the Crumbl site, some of which fall into the chemical category, I will not be buying any more Crumbl cookies. read more

AMAZING, YUMMIEST COOKIES !! Tried s'mores, almond joy and milk choc chip this week and they were sooooo good!! My husband loves chocolate chip cookies and definitely a ccc conosouir, and he loved them!!! Definitely will be back to get some for our 7 grandsons! Great gift to take to anyone,anywhere. People with tree and peanut allergies beware! As a person with nut allergies I am used to going to places that aren't nut allergy friendly, but they usually try and make the best of the situation. The person who helped us was informed that we had people in our party with a nut allergy, and we had asked to get one of the cookies with peanuts separately. Once we paid we realized a cookie we ordered had almond frosting, although we were not made aware of this even after we informed them of the allergies. We luckily saw this on a menu that we unfortunately didn't have a chance to read when we walked in. As we informed them that we needed to change our cookie order, I noticed that the peanut butter cookie had been placed in the box instead of separately and it was removed after we informed them that we needed to swap the almond frosted cookies, which were already in the box. They swapped the cookies but put them in the same box as all the cookies that had any allergens in them. After that she used her same gloves that had touched the peanut butter cookies to add additional toppings to the cookies that didn't have nuts in them. Overall I would say to make sure that you're more cautious when dealing with customers with allergies. If anything, change gloves when handling items that are nut free and try and have some toppings that are kept separate so they are at a minimal risk for contamination. read more

Crumbl is the best! We came in for Free Cookie Day and the line was so worth it. Every Sunday they release their new specialty cookies of the week, but you can't ever go wrong with the chilled sugar cookie. The staff is so friendly & the shop is very clean. Once I polish off this box, we will definitely be back! read more

Disappointed in my service. The first time I visited, the Kentucky Butter cookie was advertised as "warm" instead it was icebox cold. Unfortunately, I did not realize it until I reached home. My other warm cookies were warm so traveling home had nothing to do with travel time. Today I placed my order before 4 there families in the queue behind me at the store. I only ordered 4 cookies, the families behind me received their boxes of 4 or 6 within 10 minutes and because they were waiting alongside me, they had similar orders to mine just more quantity. After 20 minutes, someone came & asked what my order was and then looked confused as if they lost my order. I showed my receipt from 20 minutes earlier and then they proceed to tell me that they ran out of 2 of the types of cookies I ordered. I stated I wanted a refund because they clearly gave my cookies to the people behind me and they were outside eating already. Instead I was told to wait another 8 minutes for them to figure the mess out. I asked to speak to the Manager on duty, when she approached I explained the dilemma and all she could say to me was "I don't know what happened, I guess the kids got the orders out of order". No kidding!! No other consolation, no empathetic apology to a paid customer. I will never return to this location ever again. Shame on you, and it was not due to lack of workers (there were exactly 10 people in the front working) and a number in the back. read more

Amazing cookies! They are big, so you can share them. They were pack in the box warmed. Gooey in the middle and crunch on the border. Liked the fact that they rotate the flavors every week, so it gives you the chance to try other flavors. They sell pints of ice cream too. read more

Wish I could give one . Absolutely disappointed. Came this week excited to try the key lime flavor cause I've never tried it before and it also brought my friend along that has also never tried crumble before because it's just so good. First she got a chocolate chip cookie was barely warmed and basically raw, I also got a key lime cookie which I was headed to try but I tried a little bit of it and it didn't even taste like he lime it was like an off-brand lemon ring topping it was really bad. I win in the first time for my friend asking if they could reheat her cookie or make it hotter in some way they said no and gave each other like looks so I ed out. I had to come in a time my was with was gusting and it for the for and I'm guessing the manager quotation Kelsey quotation told me just because I don't like it she cannot replace it, she also said I had a third of the cookie although all I did was try it. I think it's very weird on how I'm not allowed to like how much is not supposed to know if I like it or not if I don't try the fucking cookie. We've ordered cookies from the Alpharetta location several times and they have always been great. We bought some yesterday afternoon for my husband's birthday and within 3 hours they were all soggy and soaked from a cookie they did not tell us to chill. The caramel leaked on all the cookies. They were all ruined. I called them and they told me I was SOL. They said sorry and that was it. I wish they would tell us so this does not happen. That's 13 dollars down the drain for 4 cookies. read more
