Had my husband go pick up the order and it was the quickest time we have ever had to wait at Crumbl and it was Valentine's Day. Didn't know they censor your notes but good to know for next time the worker got a good laugh out of it lol. The Dubai chocolate brownie was worth the 3 extra dollars I paid for it. I would have probably paid more for it that's how good it was..Fresh strawberries slices on top... the strawberry heart cake was so moist and sweet. The Oreo you can't go wrong with Oreo... the cookie 10/10 the frosting on top 10/10. The caramel cheesecake cookie was so sweet it definitely was a great choice for this weeks menu. Love this crumbl location!!! Will definitely be back soon
Long lines for freshly made cookies, in an atmosphere that seems lifted from a global burger chain, with all the charm and hospitality this implies. $3 per small, unfrosted cookie seems exorbitant, regardless of how fresh it is - especially when said cookie is lacking vanilla. The atmosphere is clinical: harsh white light, and no personal interaction until your name is called to pick up your order. How much do they discourage lingering? There are no chairs or stools or tables anywhere on premises. "Here's your hat/What's your hurry?"
My daughter is in her cookie era phase and wanted to try the tres leches so i got her one while she was in school - - totally did the evil thing and texted her a pic ofc at 10am :3 Well, jokes on me cuz she was fine waiting til after school to run home and try it while i suffered through the agony of counting down the minutes to taste test it with her. The big moment: wow! First of all it's not a cookie despite being from Crumbl. Having had *THE BEST* tres leches cake many moons ago when I visited Cabos in Mexico, nothing lived up to it in the US... until now. Must be the trademark Lotus Biscoff cookie butter they used. Granted i didn't have an epiphany flashback moment (like Ego did in Ratatouille) or get to devour the whole thing by myself... this tres leches is friggin drool-worthy-ahhhmaaaazing!!! Annnd I'm already planning to go back to Crumbl later -as in the minute they open- to get myself one: just.for.me! Okay fine, and one as well for my lil Cookie Monster. Not sure why Crumbl is now serving up cake but i also don't care as long as they continue to be this delishousss. Technically it has 'cookie' butter in it so if it's cake made with cookie they're doing i'd like to put Tiramisu in the suggestion box for next new flavor pls - crossing my fingers someone from Crumbl HQ read this :)
This was my FIRST visit to Crumbl. The place is so tiny & it was packed ! A few of us were in line outside the door. I got in & saw the 6 cookies they were offering. A few sounded good,but because they were almost $5 a piece, I figured I'd just get 2 and my son & I could split them both. You have to order them on a little credit card machine thingie , which they only have 2 of, so it takes awhile for some people with kids with them especially, to order their cookies. I ordered the "Wedding Cookie" & the "French Toast " cookie. They were so cute. It took about 6-7 minutes I think to get my cookies. They have you check them to make sure it's what you ordered & they look good. I got home & dug in. The wedding cookie was Delicious !!!! The French Toast was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. I'm definitely going to go back from time to time and grab a few. I can't wait to see what other flavors come up in the future.
This week's offerings (5/13/24) French toast... was excited for this, but it did not land. Not a lot of French toast taste, very dense. The butter cream frosting was good. I definitely need it with every bite to semi enjoy. 2 out of 5 Sea salt toffee. Now, this was my favorite! So tasty and chewy. Definitely get the sea salt and toffee flavor in each bite. 5 out of 5 Wedding cake. Another home run! Sugar cookie topped with tons of deliciousness! 5 out of 5 Peanut Butter cookies and cream. Had high hopes, who doesn't love peanut butter, chocolate, and cookies and cream. There were no cookies and cream flavors at all. The chocolate overpowered the peanut butter for me. If you love chocolate, you may enjoy this one. It just doesn't match the description for me. 3 out of 5
I ordered online special treats for our college student. I didn't realize how quickly they would be delivered, less than a 1/2 hour from ordering. The delivery person was amazing, patient and understanding. They were able to leave at the office for my daughter to pick up. The pink velvet cookie was her favorite, they all are delicious next time I will order more pink velvet for her if offered. Thank you so much!
Really really sweet cookies. If that's your thing, then this is heaven for you. They remind me of the grocery store cookies you get that are soft baked and topped with that artificially sweet frosting -- I know some people love this kinda cookie, but it was never my thing. The cookies here are actually massive and just as sweet as they look -- it's really hard to eat more than a few bites of a single cookie at once. In terms of this location, the service is quick and efficient. There was a line out the door when we went, but it moved pretty fast and we were in and out really quickly. You order on a mobile kiosk inside. They don't have seating inside -- it's more of a grab and go type place. Not for me but glad I gave it a try :p
Driving in the BLVD consumer Square, I always see a line of at least 30 people deep waiting outside this business. I had to give it a try and see what the big deal was. I'm glad I did. Crumbl offers a daily rotating menu of cookies prepared fresh throughout the day, and some are made to order. These cookies are quite pricy but large. They have a cake like texture, and every cookie is gorgeous in the presentation. I am now a regular there making a stop at least once a month on the way home from the gym. I have yet to try a cookie I have not enjoyed. This is strictly a take out location they do not offer any seating, and it is a bit crowded. Pro tip: Check out their rotating menu before you arrive and order ahead on their app to avoid the wait, although the wait is worth it.
We came here on a whim during a snowy evening and found it to be crowd-free which was a surprise since other times when we were near the store (in a busy plaza), there was a line out the door! Every week they change their menu of featured/offered cookies and so you never know what to expect. You enter and there is a touch screen for you to place your no-contact order. You can choose a single cookie, four-pack and a few other options. You enter your name, pay by a variety of choices and then just wait for them to call your name and take our order. They were really fast! This current week we chose chocolate peanut butter chip, mint chocolate chip, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and brownie chocolate chip batter. They come out warm and look very mouth-watering! They are really good, but very sweet so I could only take small sections of each. I'd try again but wouldn't bother waiting in a line that goes outside.

Okay so I may or may not be addicted to Crumbl. I have a huge sweet tooth and had heard about them on social media in other big cities and was excited they finally opened in Buffalo. I have been several times now, usually about biweekly depending on what the flavors are. They recently had a price increase and I'm a little more choosy about when I order. I've learned I like fruity and cinnamon/snickerdoodle type cookies. I'm all about the frosting and toppings, and think that you get way more for your money vs a plain cookie. I only didn't rate 5 stars due to the price, and lack of curbside pickup in covid times. I do like how they are open late and being able to order ahead on the app. read more

Great cookie place to take a break and snack while shopping in Amherst. Clean bakery and friendly staff. We ordered a 6 pack to try all the weekly flavours. So I've seen the crowds waiting outside and considering tomorrow is my birthday and there wasn't much of a wait today, I stopped in after having lunch nearby. The cookies are absolutely huge... I ordered a 6 pack, thinking I'd have a couple days worth of goodies for my sweet tooth, but I can literally just eat two of these at a time... max. Quite honestly, just having one is enough to be perfectly honest. If I would have had three as I had originally planned, I'd be in danger of developing diabetes for real. For the flavors this week, I was slightly disappointed that the Birthday Cake Valentine cookie was sold out, but I wound up getting two each of the milk chocolate chip, the chocolate caramel, and the classic pink sugar cookies. I wound up having a classic pink sugar and a chocolate caramel one today, and loved how gooey the icing and caramel were, and the cookies themselves had just the perfect amount of light crunch on the outside, but super chewy on the inside. The remaining four cookies should be able to last me through my birthday weekend, so no need for a cake! I'm definitely going to be coming back, and am looking forward to seeing what will be available on a weekly basis, and try something new soon. read more

The cookies are good and the only reason I'm giving any stars. The place is way too small, it's chaos with customers as well as the workers. It's not clear how you order, there is 1 register you can't get too because so many people are waiting for their order and 2 kiosks on the side you can place abs pay yourself but again hidden behind people. No signs, no works explaining the process. There is one sign showing pick up orders to the left and otherwise go to the right but there were not 2 clear lines. Once we ordered we had to stand shoulder to shoulder with about 25 others in a space that shouldn't have more than 5 people at a time. The workers (and there were a lot of them) did not seem to be in any hurry to get orders out and most of them were just standing around looking confused. After waiting for our order, the girl comes out and says the chocolate chip (most basic of them all) would not be ready and did I want to wait for 20 min? There was no way I was standing in there with all those people for 20 more minutes so i asked if they can just set my order aside when it was ready and I would be back in 20 minutes to get it. She looked confused so I told her to go and ask someone which she did and came back and said it was fine. I'm still not sure how you run out of cookies when you have about 20 employees back there standing around . Fast forward 20 min later and I go to get my order (again fighting through the crowd) and I tell the girl at the register I'm there for my order and she does not want to leave the register to check on it. I ask her to get the girl who helped me before and still she doesn't want to. Finally someone else comes over and gives me my box. At that point I didn't even want the cookies anymore especially for the amount they cost. Like I said the cookies do not taste bad but they need to get a better process in place to take orders and be able to fulfill them in a timely manner. This place is way over rated read more

Wow these are some cookies! They had a line out the door always a good sign but it moved quucly and efficiently. It smelled heavenly inside and we quickly made our order two chocolate chip, oreo, and peanut butter cookies. The chocolate chip was exceptional but admittedly a lot for one sitting they are a heavy thick chocolate delish! The location has plenty of parking but irs super busy nearby so be careful driving and parking. Cookies were about 4 a piece plus tax so definitely not giving them away but still worth it for how tasty! read more

WHAT A MASTERPIECE!!! Heard from my friends that there's a new cookie place opened in town, and they all addicted to it like crazy. Well, I have to give it a try. I'm surprised that they have the Oreo flavor which is my favorite. The cookie is huge, and perfectly made. When I took my first bite, my mind got blown away. OMG, THIS IS SO GOOD!!! The dough is soft and the cream just melted in my mouth!!! I'm not a huge fan of cookie, but this cookie is in the next level. Trust me, best cookie I have ever had!!! OMG, this is fabulous. My first review of the year. :) I used to always go in Crumbl cookies--Las Vegas and funny thing is, I even bought a 4 pack box for me to bring when moving here in Buffalo 2 years ago. I was happy when I saw Crumbl cookies came out in the search results while I'm about to check in at crunch fitness. Lol. We came in today and It was packed inside. Line was pretty long but it moves fast. Waited in line outside for 5 minutes. The store is tiny with no seating, one cash register, a 2 kiosk on the right side for self order, and a pick up area on the left that you can barely see since it's so crowded. Pick up and order area was a little mixed up, you don't know if people are waiting or about to order. (Some are just waiting in the order line). You can also order in their app to skip the line and earn crumbl points. The actual weekly cookies were displayed up front by the register. Fast forward, 10 mins later we got our hot, fresh, wonderful, huge cookies. You can get a single cookie for about $4 each. They showed it to us if it looked good and if that's what we ordered before handed it to us. Best customer service despite how busy they were. Working so hard back and forth yet still kind and all smiles. Inside is well lit and clean. Their menu rotates weekly, so make sure to check their website, facebook or Instagram. Chocolate chip and sugar cookies are always available. My favorites were PB Cookies & Cream and BUCKEYE BROWNIE! I'm waiting for it to be on their menu. They also do catering and sell ice cream by pint. I would be back again and I do recommend this place if you're in the area and get your sugar fix. Great addition in Boulevard square plaza located beside Jersey Mike's. *If you want a little harder cookies, try to eat it the next day, it's still delicious. read more

Crumbl Cookie had its grand opening today. They sure weren't giving anything away! I bought a delicious chocolate cake cookie. It is approximately 4 inches in diameter and easily sharable. I recommend having a fork as the consistency is between cake and cookie; it crumbles easily if you try to hold it in your hand. As an occasional treat it is worth the $4.00 per cookie price. What is annoying is that this is clearly a bakery, not a restaurant where one can sit with a cookie and a cup of coffee yet they have incorrectly programed their registers to charge sales tax. In New York State, there is no tax on bakery items sold "to go". If a bakery item is ordered in a bakery/restaurant and the customer sits at a table, then the food/drink is taxable. Unfortunately Crumbl Cookies is not the only bakery that does not know the NYS tax law. My chocolate cake cookie was delicious; I will try another flavor on my next visit. The flavors change weekly. There were 6 flavors today; I think 2 are standard and the rest change. Per the website, they also have 6 flavors of ice cream. I did not notice a freezer. I have never been one for desserts , but I make an exception for this place . Although I cringe at the $4 price mark per cookie, these things are enormous , and moist (I know people hate this word, but I'm using it anyways!) They change out their flavors each week , always having their standard chocolate chip in addition to 5 specialty cookies . They are a well oiled machine back in the kitchen , reminds me of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory , but friendlier! My favorite cookie I have tried thus far is the Hazelnut Churro . Sometimes the frosting can be too much , I just scrape some of it off . But , the simple fact that I check their Facebook page each week for the new flavors, gives this review 4 stars! read more

If you know me, you know I've been waiting for Crumbl Cookie Amherst to open since the news outlets first announced it would be coming here last spring (!!!). This was their grand opening weekend, and while I was a little nervous to go, I decided to stop in Saturday morning shortly after they opened since I was already in the area! There was a line but it moved relatively quickly. I think they did really great for their first weekend in business! They were out of a few of their weekly flavors, however they do churn them out rather quickly, so had I stuck around longer I could've gotten my hands on some. What sets them apart from competitors (besides the weekly flavors) is that their cookies are super thick and incredibly rich. A small piece of one or two cookies would certainly be enough to satisfy your sweet tooth! The workers were kind and everyone was patient throughout the ordering process. I can't wait to see how they do once they have a few weeks more experience under their belt! Until I stop in again (probably for my birthday in a few weeks), I'm just thankful the cookie gods have blessed us with such a unique bakery! read more

Yes, the hype is real and should be believed or better yet try them yourself and you'll be sold. They are $3.20 each but are mainly served hot and you'd be happy to pay twice that. They are that good. Most of the menu changes weekly and there are usually 6 different varieties to choose from but they have definitely mastered the chocolate chip cookie so that one is weekly. Like the box pink box says "nom, nom, nom". These are totally fantastic. You'll be in love at first bite! read more

Located in the boulevard amherst shopping center with plenty of free parking. This place changes their cookie weekly with six different choices each week.They have holiday inspired cookies like pumpkin pie, they have green mint, boston cream pie and white cranberry to name a few.With fast and friendly service I placed my order for a cream cheese pumpkin cookie and it was incredible, so yummy. Situated in the boulevard amherst complex,this place has six different cookies that change weekly. They have seasonal varieties like pumpkin pie or white cranberry, plus Boston cream pie, chocolate chip,blueberry Muffin, hazelnut sea salt, birthday cake, pink sugar and snickerdoodle.On my recent visit I ordered a seasonal cream cheese pumpkin and it was so delicious, I can't decide which I should try next they all look and smell amazing. read more

Stopped by for a special birthday request for cookies. This was my first time visiting. Was early in the morning on a rainy day. No line was in and out. It's a small storefront. No seating area to relax and enjoy your dessert. The cookies are big and yummy. It's a little on the expensive side, but they are still good cookies. read more

I finally tried Crumbl tonight! This place is fantastic and you should all come here!!! I was in the area so I asked my friend to see if they were open. (I came here on a Sunday afternoon at the end of April and they were closed.) We got here around 9pm. (They're open until midnight on Friday nights!!) They have five new flavors every week, (I think chocolate chip is a constant.) They had Blueberry Cheesecake, Honey Bun (like the Little Debbie snack), Chocolate Chip, Galaxy Brownie, Rocky Road, and Cookie Butter Ice Cream. The Cookie Butter Ice Cream flavor is in the lower right hand corner. It was served chilled, which made it my least favorite. The others were served warm. My favorite out of the warm cookies was the Blueberry Cheesecake flavor. The cookies are huge and heavy. It came to $21.64 (before I added a tip.) It's a bit too pricy for me, so I won't be here all the time, but this place is awesome so I'll definitely be back soon!!! Come check it out!!! read more
