Went around 7pm on a Friday there was a small line that went fast took maybe 5 minutes. There are a lot of cookies to choose from all right in front of you. I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie. I thought they would be warm but they were more room temperature. There was heating instructions which was helpful. Overall the cookie was very good, I split it in two which was a good portion. These are some of the best cookies in Buffalo. I stopped in for a quick treat after running some errands and I even had enough points for a free cookie! I have been to this location and the Elmwood location, both are great but this one is a little closer to home. The service is always super quick and friendly at both spots. There are so many cookies to choose from. This time we tried out a couple of favorites plus some new ones like the Strawberry Poptart and Raspberry Cheesecake cookies. These cookies are huge, and very dense. They really each could be their own dessert but if you have a couple, you will be very full. They remind me of another cookie brand that I have had down south. Pretty cool concept here and they have other desserts too. I even saw what looked like strawberry milk in their cooler and I can't remember the last time I had a glass of that! We were craving something sweet after dinner so we stopped by this place, which had been on our "to-try" list for awhile. We were not disappointed! Even at 8:00pm on a Friday night the selection was great and the cookies still felt fresh. We got one chocolate chip, one oatmeal raisin, and one monster. Everyone was very happy with their choices. The staff was friendly and quick to take orders. The only thing we mentioned that could have been better was that we asked for them to be heated up, and they probably could have used a bit longer in the over as the middles were still cold. Still, that's a very small thing when put up next to these very big and very tasty cookies. I even broke mine in half and had the rest the next day, so it felt like I got two cookies! There's a new cookie shop in town! Locally owned, this is the 2nd location, with the 1st being the Half Baked Cafe in Lockport. The smell hit me as soon as I walked in the door! Every single time if you break open the cookie you can see that the texture is half baked cookie dough. I was in the area and decided to try this cookie place I've seen a few times. It's very cute and clean inside. There are some seats to eat in if you like. They also have online ordering to make it easier if you want to grab and go, but I wanted to pick out the cookies in person since it was my first time. Lots of options. I got 4 cookies for $18 , funfetti, strawberry cupcake, salted caramel and the oatmeal cream pie. They are pretty big cookies and heavy so one is definitely enough for someone. The four pack came in a small box with 2 stacked on each side. I prefer the flat boxes to see them all, like crumbl but that's no biggie. Honestly they all tasted like some version/variation of a sugar cookie with little tweaks to flavor except the oatmeal cream pie. They were all sweet and fresh, just not my favorite cookies. I will go back to try different flavors though because maybe there will be one that I like or love better than the ones I tried. The strawberry cupcake really tasted like a cupcake. Finally, a gourmet cookie place that opened close to me (that isn't a chain like Crumbl!). I went for the grand opening over the summer, and I had second visit last week. The store is clean, bright, and very cute, with all the cookies displayed out in the cases. The staff was very friendly both visits, and this past time my name was the name of the day so I got a free one!! I picked out the sea salt caramel chocolate chip and my daughter got the strawberry Pop tart kind. I love how big and soft the cookies are!! The only way to do a cookie is underbaked, so these were just right for me. The sole thing I wanted more of in my choice was a little more caramel filling, but otherwise, perfection with the right amount of sea salt. Now I know there are two other cookie stores that people like to get cookies from. Ones that are crumbly and ones that keep you up at night. But compared to the Half Baked Cookies those just don't compare. These are big and thick and half a cookie or even a quarter of a cookie goes a long way. There are all kinds of fun flavors like confetti and double chocolate, chocolate chip peanut butter and flavors or the day. Some sound delicious but end up left in the box until your sweet tooth over rules your taste buds. Desperate times call for desperate measures flavors! The lines can be very long and move very slowly. Mostly because some people are getting ice cream and cookie sundaes. The next problem I've run into is that they run out of cookies!! And after waiting in a long line and asking if there are anymore chocolate chip peanut butter cookie or is that the last one , being told it will be another thirty minutes for the next batch .... well that can be a bit disappointing. So my suggestion would be to go for sure go and take lots of money because they are expensive. But go at a strange off time, perhaps two in the afternoon??? read more

They recently opened a Williamsville location, and I finally made it in to give them a shot. They offer a wide lineup of cookies each day, though some flavors sell out early in the day -- keep that in mind if you see a flavor that strikes your fancy. I opted for a 4-pack on my visit: Brownie Cheesecake, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, and Apple Pie. The cookies were delicious! I tried some of each flavor -- the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip was my favorite. It was moist in the middle and the chocolate and pumpkin flavors were so rich and tasty. The rest were pretty good as well, I was impressed with how well they kept over the days after I bought them The cookies were a little steeply priced, around $18 for four. But obviously I'm a sweet tooth, so every once in awhile, I don't mind paying that much to support a local business and get myself a sugar fix. If you haven't been yet, you must go. Sorry for spending money and making you do your job. Just extremely miserable. Forgot to look at her name but you'd know her if you encountered her.(Was there on Sunday 11/24). Normally I would have sympathy and say it was a bad day but it's every time i'm in there. If you don't like your job in customer service, change directions. I figured for nearly $5 a cookie they would be amazing. Unfortunately , I was unimpressed. They are big, extremely thick cookies, which is good and bad. The good is you could probably cut it into quarters to share, the bad is that the middle of both types of cookies I tried were undercooked. The chocolate chip cookie was just ok. Frankly, Toll House cookies made at home are better. We love pumpkin flavored anything but ended up throwing away the rest of that cookie. My only complaint is that the cookies were too big!!!!! :-). Delish! We had one chocolate, chocolate chip. It had a layer of gooey melted chocolate in the middle of it. I ordered a carnival cookie that was to be a soft sugar cookie with mini M&Ms but whatever I bit into was hard as a rock and definitely not a mini M&M...... probably generic candy coated candies. They also had a reader board that stated they served Salad Wraps but when we asked we were sarcastically answered with a "Ugh no we only serve cookies and ice cream!" We passed by many times before unable to stop but curious due to the name of the place being Half Baked we happened to be in the area and we were starving so even after finding out that we couldn't get lunch we decided to at least buy a few cookies.
