They came out freshly made, huge and so chewy. Standout was the chilled key lime cookie. Also had brownie, maple cinnamon, Oreo, confetti and chocolate chip. They held up really well in the car so we finished them off after a day of shopping. Cookie dough was well made and quality ingredients. Staff greated us when we entered. There were many busy baking. Just opened today! Crumbl Cookies is a family owned cookie company that branched out to franchise partners in 36 states nationwide. I'm so glad to see another dessert option come to Amherst! Crumbl is located in the Boulevard Consumer Square Plaza. So grab dinner at one of the neighboring restaurants and walk over to Crumbl after for a warm, ooey gooey delicious cookie! The cookie flavors rotate weekly. I purchased a 6 pack to try all the flavor options. Cut them into 4's and sample a bit of each. Make sure there are no crumb snatchers in your house cause you won't want to share...LOL! My favorites were the Oatmeal Rolo and the Cinnamon Fry Cake. You also can purchase ice cream by the pint. I haven't tried that yet. I witnessed the employees in the back hard at work busting out those cookies! The employee that took my order was very nice! So happy we have Crumbl in Buffalo, I came here in the evening while shopping in Boulevard square, since it was opening day was a little crowded. Since they have both self ordering and counter ordering the lines to order went really fast. I've been so excited to try crumbl because i've been seeing them all over instagram, so glad i was in the area on their first day to get hold of some cookies. I got the 4-pack with their chocolate cake, raspberry lemonade, cinnamon fry bread and classic pink sugar, I really tried to get only one cookie but i simply couldn't resist. I only tried the classic pink sugar so far, and it was amazing, can't wait to try the others! I've been to the location a few times to pick up for Uber Eats and Doordash (so expect you'd be able to have your order delivered if need be). And overall, I really enjoyed my first experience. The customer area is reserved for the front in a roughly 6'x20' area. Bear in mind, it can get very crowded inside depending on how busy it is. You can either choose to order through a tablet in front of the entrance or make your way up to the counter worker (who has always been very pleasant). You can choose from 6 cookie options that change every week, but one of the choices will always be a chocolate chip cookie. I haven't been when one or two options aren't available, but from what I understand that's when they are baking more, so be sure to have backup options ready just in case. After ordering you'll be asked to move to your left for pickup and within 5-10 minutes depending on how busy it is an employee will bring you a box with your order inside opened so you can look at your cookies before taking them out. The cookies are very good, I particularly like the sugar cookies because of the light, sweet flavor and the texture of the frosting. I also enjoy how they tend not to be insanely sugary so I don't feel very heavy after eating one. Long story short I do recommend trying this place as it's also a great location for a late night sweet treat since they are open until 12am on Friday/Saturday. I do wish they had gluten free options so people like my wife who has Celiacs Disease could enjoy them too. But for now, we'll make do and pick her up something from somewhere else read more

Not sure what the hype is about. I did a mobile pick up for 4 pm. Got there and checked in promptly. It said I was 4th in line, then 3rd. Nearly 35 mins later it said my order was getting prepared. I had to get through the crowd outside to get in the overcrowded lobby to wait. Another 10 mins went by and I approached an employee. She said she would check on the order and never came back. Again, five mins goes by and I had enough. It was complete chaos in there and the workers could not handle the volume. Went to the counter to get a refund as I couldn't wait over and hour for 4 cookies! They said give them 5 mins and they would prepare the order. I waited nearly an hour for 4 cookies that were set with a designated pick up time, that's nuts. If you cannot manage that many orders, then don't take them until you know what you're doing. As far as the cookies, the chocolate chip was extremely bland. It tasted like flour with chocolate chips. Couldn't eat more than a few bites. The sugar cookie was also bland, dry on the outside, doughy on the inside. Frosting was no better than a canned one. Sure, they were big but who cares if they taste bad. I wish them luck.
