Chocolate chip cookie was a major disappointment. Will stick with less expensive and better tasting cookies. The cookies here are more like a fat pie crust with a topping and some of it giving the texture that it isn't thoroughly cooked. Expensive and disappointing. read more

I had to try because I love cookies! I got one chocolate chip, those are my fav! Unfortunately it was a flop. The dough was a little more than half baked ( no pun intended!) and the dough taste was rather bland. Almost like sugarless but they weren't. Saving grace was the actual chocolate chips but I don't think they were made there. What a bummer. read more

Ok, so these are very expensive cookies but they are definitely a delicacy and very delicious! A great gift option to surprise someone with! I will definitely be back for gifts and maybe myself- but not to often because these are addicting and will add to the waistline if not careful! Service was great- was new to their system of self checkout but I guess that's the way of the future. (They will ring you up too if your clueless like me) read more

I've gone to a few crumbl's before and have had a good experience at every one, including this one! I usually order on the app which is super easy but I went the day after the grand opening and the app still wasn't available for this location (it is now). I thought it would be really busy, and it was compared to other locations but they handled it all very well. An employee opened the door for me and showed me how to use the screens they have to order my cookies. My cookies were ready in just a few minutes and they were everything I could have wanted! Super excited we have a location in this area now! read more

Very inconsistent in the quality. Sometimes they have been great. However the last few times haven't been. For as much as they cost, it is disappointing. We purchased a 4 pack. When we went to cut them, they were extremely hard and would barely cut. The time before that he pink sugar didn't taste like almond, but of mint. Not sure we will be going back. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever.
