This morning I was one of over 20 group members who converged on this location. We were welcomed, accommodated, and expertly served. Our server, Miesha, was friendly, competent, and never batted an eye when some checks were individual and some shared checks came from opposite ends of the table. I heard no complaints. Not one. Food was served quickly and efficiently. It was all good. We filled 5 tables in a row! We are a group that meets because we believe America has hope for a brighter future. She's so warm and welcoming, and truly makes you feel like part of the family. And if you come in the evening, be sure to see Chris, the manager. Last straw with Corky's. I have been a customer since 2007. Mike Towles needs to make an appearance to this location. Food is always inconsistent. Depending on the day you get a different size burrito. It can be great one day and the next day it's much smaller, but you still pay $15 , They raised their prices and it doesn't match the quality of food they provide. Host service is terrible. Placed a phone order to be picked up. Food was ready. Young man gives me my pick up. I ask for ketchup and he opens the bag up and says it comes with sour cream and salsa . That's great but I'd like ketchup. Makes me wait , starts talking to another guy waiting to place his order. Another couple comes up to pay their bill and still has me waiting for him to go get ketchup. Like he had to go to target to get it. It was very rude and unprofessional. It's too bad they can't be more like Rancho. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm not going to be discarded that. This place needs to do better . I have had been having bad experiences with this place the last 12 visits. I shouldn't think it's going to get better. Shame on me for keep trying when nothing changes. After so many bad experiences I had to leave a negative review. This place used to give good size portions for the price. That is NO LONGER the case . Went here with my in laws for breakfast we got seated very quickly but it took some time for our waitress to come over. When she finally did arrive we got to put in our order and got drinks quick. I ordered the strawberry pancakes and boy were they huge!!! I took the rest home and ate the following day. The portions were definitely big for breakfast. The coffee was also very good no bitter or burnt taste. Gotta come back for dinner to check some other dishes out. read more

The Turkey Burger was excellent. It was my first time having it here. The sauteed mushrooms, sliced avocado, and Swiss cheese really made it delicious. It is also huge so plan on taking half home if appetite is average. However, the Red Potato Salad wasn't so good. It was spoiled with a fizzy, fermented taste. Must have been a bad batch. I recommend the Turkey Burger but would probably select a different side next time. Service was fine as usual. read more

Do you want the GOOD or the BAD first? As nothing in life is Perfect! Well, I put in an order for my husband's FAVORITE pie for his birthday...a cherry pie! As my luck would have it....I was told that their baker, seemingly NOT that cute, harmless little old lady on the box, NO...it was "that other" spinster old lady who walked in the morning before and QUIT! ( mike drop) Pretty bad ass I thought, initially! COOL story... until I found out MY pie was one of the casualies of this cruel revolt, and was never born!! :o Freaking out because we live in the middle of nowhere and their really isnt more bakers available in the high desert... I started to straight PANIC! Thankfully, the wonderful Manager Monica was there to put out this fire, as she assured me they hired another baker, and I was sure to have my birthday pie made just in time for the celebration! Sure enough, the next morning the pie was made! A Perfect, Beautifully tan, sugar kissed crust filled with fresh, gooey goodness! While I am NOT a cherry pie fan in the least, upon his first bite, my husband stated that this was the BEST cherry pie he has ever had!!! Boy, I wish I would have lied and said I baked it, lol! The food here is always delicious. Our server, Julian, was awesome. Took our drink order quickly. I asked about the ingredients in the tuna salad. He took a few minutes and actually talked to the chef and looked at the recipe. He wrote it down and came back with the answer. I thought that was pretty great. They wanted the opportunity to correct the experience we had last visit (I have to add it was 1 not so good experience out of 1000). This is a follow up on a review I posted last week. I had commented on add one ins I received but I wasn't informed of the cost. I was contacted very quickly and asked for an email or phone to facilitate a response from management. I remain call the next day from Monica. She addressed my concerns with sufficient explanations, and no excuses, accepting that the misunderstanding was all my fault. I appreciate that. We were invited to return as their guests which we did, as I said before, the food is very good and plentiful. The manager on duty the day of the previous visit, nor the waitress were on duty this time. We did have add on's, they were properly explained, and the breakfast was awesome. I truly thank Monica and her team for addressing the issue and providing great customer service and a wonderful dining experience!!! read more

I dont normally give negative reviews, but my nephew and I came into the reception area of the restaurant. We sat and waited to have someone seat us. As we sat 3 other families came in after us. All 3 families with 3-4 people each were seated before us, even after I requested to be seated. So we left. I like this restaurant, but I do not like being ignored by a host or hostess, no matter what the reason. Really felt terrible to be looked over 3 times. read more

Their food is good. Love their cookies. My husband and I had breakfast there recently. They were very busy. Got seated, waitress took our order, brought our food. The coffee mug they brought me had fresh lipstick on it, I let the waitress know, she took it and brought me another cup of coffee. No apology, no acknowledgment of what she had given me. Nothing, Just brushed it off. Brought me the bill and that's it. There was no friendly ness, didn't ask us if we needed anything else, nothing. Very mechanical. Kinda felt like we were a bother. Idk. When I walk in there to just purchase cookies sometimes I don't feel that friendly service from inside. No one greets you. No one is smiling.
