1 Star -- The Cookies Were Sweet, the Tip Wasn't I completed an Instacart order from Crumbl that consisted of 5 dozen eggs. Yes, 60 eggs. I still took the time to shop for the order, carefully handle 60 eggs, load them into my car, drive them to the customer, and deliver them--all while using my own gas, vehicle, mileage, and time. And for all that? A $1 tip. I understand that tipping is ultimately the customer's choice, and I'm not expecting anyone to leave a huge tip. But when someone is paying for the convenience of having their order shopped for and delivered, it would be nice to see the person doing the work valued accordingly. Apparently the cookies aren't the only thing being delivered from Crumbl--the bare minimum is too. Five dozen eggs might be "just eggs," but they still don't walk themselves to someone's front door. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE. Their customer service is horrendous. They literally blame the customers for expecting the messages to be included because "most of our customers should know by now that our printers don't work, so it's not our problem". Excuse me? I ordered a year ago. How was I supposed to know a year later that your printer was STILL broken? She then said that the store owner lives out of state and doesn't care if the printer doesn't work. I suggested that if that's the case then they need to handle it another way because, the recipient is a large school and without the message will not know who the cookies are for or from, or why. She then reiterated that this really wasn't their problem. Seriously? I asked who was the store manager and was informed, "Her name is Hannah and she just had a baby, so good luck talking to her!" I had a pretty disappointing experience here. There were two girls working who seemed very overwhelmed and unsure of what they were doing. I ordered two different cookies that were advertised as having cream cheese frosting, but both were made with a basic vanilla frosting instead, which completely changed the flavor and made them taste nothing like they should have. I also ordered two waffle cookies, but was told they had no syrup available, which made those cookies disappointing as well. Overall, the experience didn't meet expectations, and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

Pretty bummed out on my experience at crumbl today.. my husband ordered the brownie and Oreo cookie but the Oreo one around the edges was literally hard as a rock!! So was the brownie! I went to see if I could get them remade but the gentleman just told me if he gave me new ones it would just be the same thing. He did replace them but again hard as a rock around the edges, not fresh at all! Very disappointed since I go to crumbl all the time and I've never had this experience before. Delicious Boston cream pie cookie. Out of this world.. best cookie I have ever had! Wish this was a regular!! We made a deal at work to buy cookies from here once a week or so to try new flavors as the are released. We have ordered twice so far. This last batch we bought had pink velvet which was a hit for our cream cheese frosting fan. The prior red velvet chip was also a hit. Our lemon fan loved the lemon glazed. The Hazelnut mudslide ft Nutella was a bit overwhelming with all it had going on. It was good and the flavor reminded me of brownie batter. I don't enjoy nuts in my cookies but these were easy to scrape off the sides. The mom's recipe was a great oatmeal style cookie, but had a lot of different flavors and textures going on. Chocolate chip was classic, pretty good and not too chewy or hard. Snickerdoodle was delicious. The show stopper was the Boston cream pie was out of this world. It needs a permanent spot in the listing! Can't wait for it to pop up again. read more

They don't frost the cookies enough. The cookies are supposed to be completely covered and there is way too much edge showing. I had to ask for a new cookie because of how ridiculous it was and it still wasn't covering as much as the pictures show, nor at other crumbls I have been to. Nobody looked enthusiastic. I was so excited try Crumbl so I downloaded the app in advance before going to the Grand Opening. Unfortunately, I was trying to redeem my free cookie and buy some extra for my office and no one at the store was able to help me with that. I was very surprised no employee had any knowledge on how to use the Crumbl app. It was at that moment I decided to head out and check out Yelp for any other cookie places nearby. Thank goodness the kind people at Cookie Plug helped me out with that complimentary cookie I so badly wanted at Crumbl. Worst cookie I've had in my life. Got the classic chocolate chip and it tasted like they used milk chocolate instead of semi sweet. When baking it's usually semi sweet chips, not milk. Didn't even finish half of it before throwing it away. Plus they're super expensive. read more

I had to try because I love cookies! I got one chocolate chip, those are my fav! Unfortunately it was a flop. The dough was a little more than half baked ( no pun intended!) and the dough taste was rather bland. Almost like sugarless but they weren't. Saving grace was the actual chocolate chips but I don't think they were made there. What a bummer. read more
