Love crumble but I have been trying to reach the store regarding an issue with reoccurring charge to my card for a subscription that I didn't authorize. The lady has told me multiple days in a row the owner/store manager was going to call me and I have yet to hear anything back. The staples (chilled sugar, chocolate chip) are always good, and their other varieties are usually so good. Potions are generous- we usually share cookies in our family. You place an order using the app well ahead to be picked up. When you get there they don't have the cookies. They've run out. 2 problems. How do you run out of chocolate chip cookies and why do you take orders ahead of time if you only fulfill them when the person arrives. Funny thing they then ask what other cookies would you like. Soooo good! I love cookies and have had several people tell me how good these are. I decided to give it a try. Orders six: sea salt toffee, milk chocolate chip, sugar, cookies and cream, and carrot cake. The cookies are huge so the price was reasonable! To my surprise there is paper baked into my cookie. Tried to communicate this concern to them, I was quickly disappointed with the way they handled the situation. I'm not familiar with that grouping of businesses and the directions were wrong on Yelp. A couple of months ago, I wouldn't have give this store 5 stars. We had issues every time we went. The cookies were never in stock. In July, I placed a delivery order for cookies. The order never showed up in their system. I was told I couldn't be refunded. The poor driver there for my food just stood around waiting when there were no cookies to wait for. The manager at the time took the drivers phone & told me that she didn't have time for me at the moment, the store was too busy & I would have to come in for a refund. Unfortunately, I was going out of town & couldn't make it into the store for a refund. Today, my family is in town & loves Crumbl so we went in to snag some sugar cookies. I brought up the issue I had July 3rd. Roxie (the new manager) reassured me that the people who were in the store then are no longer there & that they have a whole new team. She promised those issues wouldn't happen again. Not ONLY did she refund me for my order I never received in July, she also gave my family an entire party box of cookies for free. Absolute excellent customer service & I feel confident in the team at that store now! Can't wait to get more cookies. If you happen to run into any issues, ask for Roxie. She's phenomenal! read more

So I stumbled into Crumbl on an impulse, and I am so glad that I made this impromptu stop! The first thing I noticed was how GOOD it smelled in the store! Nothing but cookie goodness in the air! I am a huge chocolate chip fan and this cookie jumped to my top 5! Soft and pillowy, thick and substantial! I was not impressed AT ALL with this place. Sub par at best. We got the chocolate chip, cookies & cream, and Neapolitan. The chocolate chip tasted like it was bland and too sweet at the same time. The Neapolitan was EXTREMELY sweet and overbearing, and the two flavors clashed completely. Not to mention, they HIDE how many calories are in each of the cookies.
