I am in this crumbl right now and there is 6 people working, there was a fair amount of people lined against the wall waiting for their orders. There's someone who looks like the manager possibly who doesn't have her hair up at all and she looks to be in a bad mood. The workers have no sense of urgency. I am not pressed for time at all. But I just find it a little strange how there was a lot of people but everyone was acting nonchalant and again with 0 sense of urgency. There was this one girl rolling dough and she looked so tired and was taking so long to just roll dough. It was frustrating how slow she was moving. I don't know the energy was not there. read more

What a delightful treat! I didn't know what to order or what to expect. I have never heard of Crumbl and only found out when I searched desserts on Google map. Many locations popped up and I decided to stop by to try it. They have a rotating weekly selection of cookies and I decided to get the classic or basic chocolate chip cookie. I ordered two and they came in individual boxes. That was great as I intended to give one to a friend. I tried one and was surprised to find the cookie slightly warm. It was soft and easy to pinch off a corner and the chocolate chip was melty! I loved it! I had the remainder the next day. I reheated in the microwave for 20 seconds and it recreated the melty warm chocolate chip. Awesome! Now I know I'll have to pop in here next time I'm in the area. Huge parking lot out front. Right by I-5, making it easy to just stop and grab and go. read more

Worst f%$King crumbl cookie I've been too and won't be returning. I'd rather drive 100 miles to a different one than to come back to this location. What f$%King sense does it make to be able to place an order online, pick your pickup time only for them to tell me they don't make the order until you arrive?!? WHAT!! That makes no sense. I shouldn't have to be forced to download the app just to say I'm here, maybe just have the f$%King order ready when I said!!! They were very kind at this location and it is good that this price point allows hopefully for their employees to be compensated well but was disappointed by the one chocolate chip cookie we tried. Couldn't justify the $5 price tag including tax, it felt undercooked and overly sweet. I honestly found it subpar versus other chocolate chip cookies I've tried from Seattle's Lowrider (a $2.50 chocolate chip cookie) or New York's Levain Bakery (similar price point to this and so much better). read more

To start this off, my family loves Crumbl cookies and I cannot bake a cookie to save my life. That being said we have been to multiple locations but Burlington, Wa is the best. Yes, they are new but I would expect overcooked or undercooked from them not perfect every time which they are. The location is great even if the immediate parking lot is not. I absolutely love how nice everyone in there is. The owner was half covered in flour working her butt off just like everyone else! Their kitchen is wide open for everyone to see the whole process! I 100% will be back and recommending them to everyone! I did not post about specific flavors because they change every week but my favorite ones I have gotten here are lemon blackberry, semisweet chocolate chunk, hazelnut, pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin cake. read more

Crumble Cookies is not your mama's cookies. These cookies are next level! The cookies were large and the flavors were amazing. This was my first visit to a Crumble Cookie store, the staff was super friendly and went over all six of the cookie flavor options with me. They all sounded so good I couldn't decide, so I just went with a six pack. The cookies are on the expensive side however considering these are large gourmet cookies I'd say they are worth the price. My wife has been a Crumble Cookie fan so finding a Crumble Cookie store not too far from home made her day. Needless to say I will be a repeat customer and look forward to trying different flavor cookies next time. read more

Soooo delicious! These cookies have got to be my favorite. I personally love the milk chocolate chip. I also tried the french silk pie, snickerdoodle cupcake and chocolate peanut butter puff and I've got to say there's not one that I did not like. The size of each cookie definitely fills you up so have someone to share with with you're not a huge sugar eater. The customer service was amazing, I had a tough time making a decision and the baker helped by describing each cookie and taste/texture. Highly recommend trying this place. Great cookies. They are cute. They taste good. However, on this evening I encountered rude service. The employees watched me drive up to the curbside pick up. I followed the directions on the text message that I received and texted "here". I know I was very early to pick up my order but I was hoping I could still grab them. After sitting for 4ish minutes I went inside. I literally said Hi, I know I'm early picking up an order but hoping I can grab them. And one of the girls went and got my box. Another girl out of no where chimed in quite snarkinly and asked if I had ordered curbside. And I said- to be honest I was just following the text message I got.. and she said ya that's not curbside. As I'm saying sorry I didn't know I was just following my text, another girl kept saying it's okay, while the snarky girl kept mouthing off. I never once complained. I didn't say I sat in my car waiting where were you guys?! I acknowledged I was early. I said sorry. And still got snarked at. So my suggestion- make the texts messages more clear. I do have a head cold so maybe I'm not reading correctly but I'm pretty sure the text was clear. read more

Oh.my.goodness these cookies are so good! As an elite yelper I was honored to be able to try 4 of their cookies. They were phenomenally good! Soft, full of flavor, and oh so pretty to look at. Oh gosh how I love crumbl. I only wish the semisweet chocolate chip cookies were every week. But that's not something they can control. Every time I have come into this location I am always greeted warmly and it's always a joy to see cookie dough being made. As a pastry chef I just love watching people bake. One thing I also love about crumbl is the cookies are served warm. I always have to make sure I take a bite of each before they get to room temperature, as I love cookies straight out of the oven.
