Great location, easy to find and right off the freeway. Lots of parking out front near the Target. The store is clean and bright and wasn't crowded at all on a Saturday early afternoon. I ordered a 6-pack of cookies via the website and I picked the noon pick-time. Turns out I was in the area early, about an hour or so. I walked in and was greeted right away and one of the girls helped me out. I told her I was actually early and if I could get the cookies now and she got my box ready and handed it to me within a couple minutes. Great service! This location SUCKS!!!! Worst customer service of ANY food service. They are rude and do not care. They'd do better working at dicks last resort. They never have cookies. All day today they were sold out of everything besides 2 cookies (and none were specials). They never answer the phones. This place needs to be flipped upside down with all employees! I went into crumble today and had no idea what or where to order. I saw there were multiple employees who were there just talking to each other and didn't ask if I needed help whatsoever. The only person who was genuinely nice was an older woman who made my order and gave it to me unlike everyone else who was really just standing there. Cookies were a 3/5 as well. The sugar cookie with pink frosting was my favorite. The Dubai had a very weird texture. read more

Not sure what the hype is on these cookie shops opening up. I think it's really the packaging tbh bc the cookie was mehh. They were ok... not horrible but not great. We were gifted a box of Crumbl cookies in a pretty pink box by our neighbor. The cookies were ok, HK a wee bit too sweet for my liking. Let me start off with the cookie itself and the packaging. I purchased 2 chocolate chip cookies at $5 each. The cookies were packaged in their own pink box. That's a nice touch but it would add to the ambiance if they added a piece of tissue paper also. The cookie itself was large and very thick. Very thick. Because of that they are rather cakey. It was pretty tasty but not overly so. Nothing to bring me back to the store. If you are a fan of Mrs Field's cookies, the cookie I tasted didn't meet that standard. This facility has zero ambiance. It's uninviting but clean. There was an uncovered cookie sheet on the counter with cookie samples of maybe 10 different cookies to choose from. They had a note by them requesting that you not poke holes in their sample cookies. Kinda funny. There was nothing inviting about the samples but I was already there so got two. The young woman who helped me was as uninviting as the facility itself. There was another woman making cookies upfront who never looked up. Another woman was way in the back. No coffee, no tea, no napkins, no tables, no cheerful greeting. In fact there was only a hint of that "cookies in the oven" scent we all love. I won't be back. . read more

I ordered through their app, $40 order. They use DoorDash for delivery. The DoorDash driver messaged me and said they were out of the cookies I ordered. I asked to cancel the order and he told me the store employees said I have to cancel it through Crumbls app. There is only one contact number on the app, which is the store. I called 3 times and no one answered. I had to drive to the store. When I got there the employees told me that I have to cancel it on the app. I explained the app only gives me an option to call the store and that no one would answer the phone. The employee told me that their phones don't work at this location. I asked if I can cancel the order through here at the store. They originally told me no because the manager was not in. They tried to call the manager, but she wouldn't answer her phone. They said the owner lives in Utah. The employees told me I will have to come back on Monday when the manager is working and try to get my refund then. I'll never order from them again read more

Because the Crumbl in Temecula is temporarily closed, I headed to the Crumbl in Murrietta off of Cal Oaks. Its located in the Target shopping center next to the Albertson's. Like all the other Crumbls, they have the counter that displays the cookies of the week and to the right of this store were the tablets you normally would order off of if not from the cashier directly in front. Today the tablets weren't working, which wasn't a big deal as there was only one other person ordering. The employee assisting me was nice and helpful trying to figure out what I wanted to order. Once ordered, the cookies came pretty quickly with a young lady who was also quite friendly as she showed me what I ordered and asked if everything looked ok. This place has the tiniest lobby and is always packed. The staff are always rude and have zero manners. Call with an issue... don't bother to leave a message because nobody calls you back. The flavor board in the shop yesterday had FOUR flavors sold out, but they were showing as available on the app. So what gives? Last week I ordered the marshmallow chocolate cookie and they didn't even use the marshmallow topping, instead they used some kind of runny pudding. My Dubai brownies were served WITH the baking tray still attached half of the time! What the heck guys! Get it together! I jogged into the store prepared to only buy one cookie, but I followed my heart which enlightened me to buy 4. I ended up with two chocolate chip, one chocolate toffee, and a French toast. It was only my second time at Crumbl cookie and I was not developed enough yet for this sublime taste that was ingested into my potbelly. As I shoveled my French toast cookie into my mouth, it unlocked core memories and was a very emotional time for me. I wish I would have gotten the 12 pack because the whole box is almost gone, for I have been comfort eating and have been feeling a euphoric sense of freedom.
