now let me just say - my friends and i love crumbl. we do a weekly crumbl night together. we read all of the upcoming flavor leaks. we watch the test cookie reviews. it's truly our fave. this location is closest to us but for whatever reason, they are entirely incapable of getting an order right. it's been a problem for almost a year now. we're actually on a streak of incorrect orders for 5 weeks straight at the moment! if you are ordering in store, make sure that you check all of your boxes. otherwise you'll either be making a second trip or paying upcharges for no reason. the staff is not very friendly. sometimes they don't even greet you. i would say that if you're passing another crumbl, go there instead. the other locations in denver make beautiful cookies, check the orders on the way out with you, and are about a thousand times more friendly. this week our cookies were all so dry that they had the texture of an old graham cracker. bummer. read more

I've always had a good experience at this location and have been a few times. You can easily order at the kiosk and your cookies will be right out in minutes. If you've never tried crumbl, they have new flavors every week. Each cookie is big and hefty and filling. We usually get a 4 pack for 2 of us and that will last us two days. WHY are you on my way to and from work? This has been a horrible addition to my daily commute and waistline. I love the order kiosks when you walk in so you never have to wait in line, and I love that they have the cookies of the week out on display so I can start drooling while I wait. This staff is extremely efficient, I rarely wait more than a minute or two for my half dozen. At nearly 600 calories per cookie, the $4 price tag seems like a steal because one cookie can last you days. They're so rich I find it hard to have more than a bite or two at one time anyway. If you don't have a location close to you, check out their app for online ordering and delivery. With a weekly changing menu there's never a reason not to stop in for a visit. I received a box of Crumbl Cookies before from my friend on my birthday. And can I just say how ginormous these cookies are?! For about $4ish you get this cookie the size of your hand. You can have a single cookie, 4 pcs, or 6 pcs as well. They also change their menu or cookies every week so watch out for that! Their staple and I guess most popular cookie, the milk chocolate one is always available on the other hand. So far from all the times I've had my hands on them, I liked the flavors I've tried so far -- sugar cookie, milk chocolate, banana cream pie, Oreos, just to name a few. You can order them via DoorDash or pick them up curbside too. What's great about is they're open until 10pm (mon-thurs) and even as late as midnight (fri-sun) so you can head on here should you have late night cookie cravings. Expensive - but worth it (if you don't care about the calories ;). These are not just cookies - they're creatively designed flavor extravaganzas that are impossible to resist. For $4 each you get a large, thick cookie with a generous amount of frosting and possibly added toppings. There wasn't a flavor I didn't want to try. I went there with my daughter, who is a regular, and we picked 4 cookies. We split each one and even with 4 halves, it took me a couple of days to finish them. They stayed very fresh in the airtight container that I used. The front of the store is small but it's an open kitchen with lots of room for the bakers and it was fun to watch them. The staff was nice and patient. There's a menu on the wall to the right and kiosks for ordering/paying but my daughter used her app. They do have loyalty rewards. We stopped in on a last minute whim, the store was closing in 30 minutes. After being greeted, we began ordering but were told that two of the flavors we wanted were sold out, one being the Reese's Pieces one so we ordered a couple others. The cashier helping us (I believe her name tag read Maryliz) came back with the box and gave us a coupon for a free cookie next visit since they were out of a couple of the flavors we wanted which I thought was a really nice gesture. I am not 100% sure yet what the big to do is about Crumbl. Maybe I need to try more cookies? But do I really want to pay over $4 for a single one every time..? That's the question.i came in to redeem a birthday cookie yesterday. It was my first time trying them out. The staff working was very nice and helpful to this crumbl newbie. I wasn't digging all of the weekly options but the pink velvet looked so pretty I decided to choose that and an extra cookie, so I grabbed the funfetti. Wasn't expecting the cookies to be as big as they are. Definitely can't eat a whole cookie in one sitting. The funfetti tasted good around all the edges but the middle was a little under done in my opinion. The pink velvet was okay, verrrry sweet, too sweet...and I love sweets most of the time. My sister told me about Crumbl cookies at a location near her so decided to check it out by me. I had these bad boys delivered within the hour and they were still warm, tucked away in a pink box secured by a Crumbl sticker. What's interesting about the order is that you have to go through their app, but it leans on DoorDash for the actual service. I ordered 4 different types, doubling up on chocolate chip and peanut butter. I also selected the pink sugar and Oreo. Chocolate chip was good, but not write anyone other than Yelp about it good. The classic pink sugar was incredibly disappointing. The only thing classic about it was aesthetic - the cookie itself was, and it pains me to say this, over buttered. For a classic sugar cookie with pink frosting, I'll stick with the grocery variety. The Oreo cookie, on the other hand, hits the mark in flavor and nostalgia. Now, having said that, the peanut butter is damn delightful. A great ratio of dough and peanut butter. This cookie changed my review from 3 stars to 4. It's really tasty. read more
