Not impressed. Save your money. This was my first, and last visit to Crumbl cookies. I was super disappointed by my experience. I went to Crumbl Cherry Creek around 9pm on Saturday. When I went into the store ONLY 2/6 varieties of cookies were available - the other 4 were sold out. Additionally, they were sold out of ALL ice cream. Literally, over half of the stores' menu was sold out with a steady flow of foot traffic and 3 hours still to do business!!! I had really wanted the Choc. Chip & Oatmeal Choc. Chip cookies but settled for the Oreo & fruit topped sugar cookie. As an employee prepared my order she kindly let me know they were running low on the Oreo frosting but they had a whipped frosting of sorts she could add to it. I appreciated her offering but wasn't thrilled (it was obvious I wasn't thrilled and I was a little stand-offish not bc she didn't do her job well, she did! I was just already disappointed by my experience.) I said okay to the other frosting bc there was really nothing else they could do, I already paid, and my mom was expecting a cookie of some sort. I get the cookies & head home....when I get them home, there's half the amount of frosting there should be, and none of the whipped frosting on the Oreo cookies. (They had a sample/model of the Oreo cookie on the front counter in the store and the frosting covered the whole top of the cookie.) Overall my experience at Crumbl was pretty disappointing. I was underwhelmed and kind of confused about how a business that is open until 12am was out of the majority of its food products at 9pm on a Saturday night. If I had gone at 11pm, I would have understood, but 9pm is early to be nearly sold out when you close at 12am, AND also have steady foot traffic coming in to buy your products. Last but not least, in addition to not having the full amount of frosting on the Oreo cookies, they weren't fully cooked. THEY WERE RAW IN THE MIDDLE!!! The fruit topped cookies were BLAND. I was excited to try Crumbl cookies and thought it'd be a fun experience but I'm literally just disappointed by the whole thing. It looks like others have had good experiences and cookies, and maybe other locations are better but I wouldn't recommend Crumbl, and definitely not the Cherry Creek location on a Saturday night. read more

A friend gave me a gift card for Crumbl that has been riding in my car since November. I finally saw a location on my errand route and pulled into what looked like an office building. There is ample parking for getting in and out back onto Colorado Blvd. Not knowing what to expect I walked in and said it was my very first time. There were two people behind the counter and they both smiled and started giving me all the details about the cookies. I said I had a gift card and did not even know how much it was worth. I was surprised to see that I could get 4 cookies. I chose sugar, strawberry shortcake, cowboy chip, and hot fudge brownie. The husband and I split one for the next four evenings. We are huge fans of soft cookies and I thought these were great. I consider these cookies more like a desert than something that you can toss by handfuls into your mouth. The store just opened, so I was expecting the cookies to not be as high quality as I usually receive from Crumbl, but these were top tier. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever witnessed/experienced. I arrived promptly at the pick up time for a catering order. There were four employees there busy making cookies. While standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me, all employees saw me, said nothing and returned to their various duties...I was the only customer there. It wasn't like they were helping other customers. I had to finally ask to be helped. I get some level of automation/technology to help in "running" the business but this location will ultimately lose customers over time once they realize the cookies are good but not worth a poor experience. All employees had name tags as well...what's the point of a name tag if you have no interest in a customer interaction. Mgmt needs to rethink how the operations should run. read more

Ugh. It happened again. Lots of frosting on some cookies, barely any on others. So overpriced for what you get. This is by far the most inconsistent crumbl location I have ever been to. But that's OK, my waist line will thank me for not going here anymore. These places are all going to be out of business in another 10 years, Mark my words. I ordered a lucky charms cookie and was given a plain cookie with no frosting.. and the other time I was given the wrong cookie. Like a previous reviewer, this has nothing to do with the cookies and everything to do with customer service. I had some cookies delivered to a business from this location. The door dash driver called me when he got to the business's parking lot and asked ME where he needed to go. I was at work at the time and couldn't talk to him. A few minutes later, tracking said the package was delivered, however I wasn't confident that the cookies actually got to the right place. I didn't want to call the recipient myself because it was a surprise, so I asked this location to call the business to ensure they had gotten the cookies. The manager REFUSED! So, as a business, they didn't feel it was their responsibility! What??? Never going to this location again read more

I stopped at this place last night and paid $5 and a $2 tip for a pink sugar cookie. What I received was a cold mediocre cookie. I returned asking if it was supposed to be warm. I was told no. I asked if I could return it and get something else. I was told no and that I would have to purchase something else. This rating reflects this locations employees NOT THE COOKIES. I went in to pick up my cookies (ordered online) today 7:20pm 4/11. It was slightly busy but I made my way to the pick up counter. The girl that was working the pick-up counter ignored me for several minutes. I finally said "excuse me" and she said "can I help you?" I said "yes I have a pick up" she goes in looks and explains that I didn't press im here so they were making it. I said "okay". Sure my "okay" wasn't super nice but it also wasn't mean. She then goes to her coworker (I CAN SEE AND HEAR THEM!!) and she starts talking crap about me. So I said "I can hear you talking sh*t about me" The girl starts laughing. So I said "is your manager here - can you get them, this is so unprofessional" The manager comes out and I very briefly said how she was basically talking crap about me infront of my face for literally no reason and the manager shrugs her shoulders and says "sorry". (She clearly does not care how her employees treat customers). So I said "do better" and she just looks at me like I have 5 heads. I never have negative experiences with employees, and I am more than understanding. But this is unexceptable behavior and completely unprofessional. read more

4/09/22 at 12:23 I went in to pick up my free Birthday cookie. I was immediately met with attitude and told that I wasn't using the app right because I didn't "check in", which I had.... I have been a return customer for several years and just had my first bad experience at a crumbl cookies. :( The initial issue was with the quality of the food but it was made much worse by LIV , the assistant manager . I was not surprised to see other reviews on here complaining about her . I got my cookie this week and was disappointed by the taste and texture . I've had flavors that I don't prefer in the past but something was just off about this one . ( maybe under baked ?) so after 1 bite I took it right back in to ask for either a refund or a replacement. LIV let me know in a harsh tone that I would not be getting either and that it was not her problem I didn't like it . YIKES ! So I ended up throwing it away and just leaving . Another raw cookie i love this place but i have CONSISTENTLY gotten cookies that are raw in the middle and it's getting pretty tiring.

Ordered cookies for delivery, transferred the order to DoorDash, then cancelled the order and won't answer the phone to find out what happened to my order. Out $25 and have nothing to show for it. Simple phone call would of been nice... or hey maybe answer your phone? Been calling since 9:30p with no answer. read more
