The last time I reviewed 4 yrs ago, the menu has changed, now they do more dessert and mini dessert like brownies and stuff. They are busy, I suggest to use the app less of a wait than using the kiosk inside. There is no seating and more of an order and takeout vibe. They are hit and miss when greeting people depending on how busy it is, but they are friendly when you pick up your order. I liked it better when it was just cookies, just saying!!!!!! read more

Which we are not because we are not fans like that however we bought a chocolate chip cookie cause that's the safest bet because crumbl is not good to me however the $5 chocolate chip cookie, which must've been there award-winning cookie is always pretty good and I ate a bit a bite or two and it was good so stay with chocolate chip, but those other kind of cakes cookies or experimental flavors are not for me. read more

I honestly don't get the low ratings for Crumbl Cookies. Maybe I'm just a glutton, but I've never had a bad cookie here. Sure, the customer service is pretty much non-existent, but who cares when the cookies are this good? My absolute favorite is the Cornbread Crumbl. It's so incredibly good that we keep coming back just for that one. It's the perfect mix of sweet, buttery, and just a touch of savory. You also can't go wrong with a classic Chocolate Chip. The Snickerdoodle is solid, too. I love that they rotate their menu every week. We occasionally try new options, but the Cornbread cookie always calls us back. So, if you want a warm welcome and friendly conversation, this might not be your place. But if you're here for cookies that are ridiculously good, then Crumbl won't disappoint. read more

Me trying to catch up on reviews from January 2023, edition #3!! Lol Like the other locations, this Crumbl is small inside. I'm glad it wasn't busy when I went. The order counter has one register, but also 2 kiosks off to the side where you can place your order. The cookies here are always so soft and decadent. We were in and out within a few minutes. I have never seen a Crumbl that doesn't look clean. Kudos to the employees for keeping the stores in immaculate. Get your cookie fix here at Crumbl! =) read more

Due to T-Mobile Tuesday, I got a free chocolate chip cookie. It comes nicely packaged in a cute pink box. And the gentleman that came from the back to help me at the self help register was very kind. Due to the hype of this cookie company, I was excited to try a $5 cookie. I was hoping this free cookie would change my reluctance in spending $5 on a cookie. However, once I got it home and took a bite, I was disappointed. It tasted strong of baking soda and was way underbaked. The center was pretty much dough. There was nothing different or exciting about this cookie. Will I be back for another cookie? More than likely not. read more

If you have a sweet tooth, you should come and try the cookies by Crumbl The cookies are made fresh every day. You have to check daily to see what kind of cookies they make. Once you come in, they have all the selections of cookies that they made for that day. The place is very clean and they have a kiosk for customers to order. To get a better deal with your purchase, get the 4 or 6-piece variety or combination. We opted for the 4 pieces. It came with a nice pink box with the order. My favorite is the strawberry cookie. We shared a couple cookies on a Monday afternoon, and enjoyed them a near the fountains at the Veranda plaza, since there's no seating at Crumbl. We got the milk chocolate chip and chocolate cupcake (plain cookie with chocolate frosting on top). Both cookies were soft and chewy, sweetened by plenty of chocolatey goodness. They don't compare to my favorite cookie spots (ie. Insomnia), but they were still pretty good, and the place was clean and inviting, no waits, easy ordering from the employee at the counter (there are also self-order kiosks available), and sufficient service. I'm not a big fan of the weekly changing menu for cookies, plus other Crumbl locations have offered ice cream in the past, but not in Concord, so that really limits dessert options. But at least we had a good experience here. read more

Crumbl has been the new talk of the town for a few years now, revitalizing the spot where other breakfast/brunch establishments once occupied. Went there one morning after picking up my son from Oakland Airport, no line got seated in 10 mins. Pretty good selections, decor is very festive. As I've been on the "hunt" for a great Chicken Fried Steak, ordered that...not too bad. My son says the lemon ricotta pancakes were pretty good. Pretty neat gimmick to have menu on iPad type device...makes me feel like techie. will definitely visit again. read more

The cookies here can be overly sweet at times. I typically only go for the chocolate chip since it's not as decadent as the others. The staff here are usually warm and pleasant and I have yet to have a negative experience when engaging with them. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the store is pure chaos when busy. No clear line, extended wait times due to people struggling with the self-order kiosks, and no designated space to actually wait for your order. It's like one big hodgepodge that makes the experience feel extremely overwhelming. I mean whoever at the top designed the in-store experience...please I'm begging...put more intention behind designing a more seamless customer flow. read more

been getting really into crumbl lately and this is the closest location for me. workers always seem tired and never really acknowledge you other than to call out order names. each time i've visited, the counters are sorta dirty with cookie crumbs and/or frosting. they don't have any napkin dispensers and instead leave out a huge roll of paper towel for customers to rip from (i'm assuming so since it's left on the customers' side of the counter, not the employees'). other than that, the actual cookies themselves are well-made and decorated. i am so satisfied each time; the cookies are warm, delicious, and always have the perfect consistency. if you were to visit this location, i recommend ordering through their app and picking up instead of having to order + wait inside. because the building is so tiny, it can get pretty uncomfortable with how many people are inside and hot from all of the ovens. read more
