    Self Ordering kiosk

Was shopping in the area and came by to this Crumble store to get a cookie. Located in a shopping center, there was not issues with parking. As you walk in, they have a display of cookies that are on the menu for the week, which is Monday to Sunday. You can self-order at the two terminals on the right side, but the clerk took my order at the counter since there were no other customers. The cookies are $4.99 each with discounts in packs of 4 and 6. After I ordered, she said my cookie would be ready in a couple of minutes. She got a cookie from the oven and placed it in a pink box and handed it to me. My Semi-Sweet Chocolate chunk cookie had chocolate chips within the cookie and nine square chocolate pieces on top. This was a moist cookie and chocolate lovers would enjoy. Glad I finally got to try a Crumbl cookie. A good place for a tasty and warm cookie.

Six pack! Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Brownie, Honey Bun, Carrot Cake, and Buttermilk Pancake

I saw this new location listed as Walnut Creek which is technically correct but it is in the heart of Rossmoor and so close to Lafayette and Moraga. Their cookies are so good! Even though it is a new location the staff knows what they are doing and they were so fast and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Eggs and MILK left out, trash everywhere, dirty utensils and baking ingredients out everywhere. Where is the WC health department?!!!

I live in LA, so suggested we stop by this location while visiting family in Walnut Creek. 8:14pm and this location is WOEFULLY understaffed. At over 18.00 for SIX cookies, I expect more. Please get it together at this location because many people in line with us have already walked out. We're very close to getting a refund and doing the same. There are 23 people in line with TWO people working (one at a snails pace). Milk and eggs left out on the counter, trash bins overflowing. If we don't get sick after eating here I'll be shocked...if we don't leave this hellscape before then. *UPDATE-We got home with these 18.00 half dozen magical cookies we waited an hour for and, surprise, they're not even close to what we ordered (see photo). We asked for one of each flavor and two of the chocolate chip to make up the six. Seems like they just threw in whatever they felt like. Nice.

Clockwise L-R: pink sugar, Oreo, raspberry donut, honey bun, chocolate chip, & cowboy. The Oreo is my favorite hands down!

I've been a Crumbl fan since I first tried them at work in 2021. At that time, the closest location was in Brentwood. One can only imagine how excited I was when the Concord and Walnut Creek locations opened! I've been to both and the Walnut Creek location wins hands down. Here's why: 1) Parking is SO easy - OMG it took me at least 15 minutes at the Concord location to find parking tonight. I decided to head to WC as I knew I would be able to find parking quickly. Word to the wise: avoid the Veranda unless you want to spend more than 15 mins looking for parking. Don't get me wrong, the Veranda has some great spots (including Crumbl). However, I don't love spending more than a few mins looking for parking. If you're craving Crumbl on a Saturday night and hate finding parking, this location is your spot! 2) Service - both times I've been to this location I've been the only customer in the store. The employees who helped me are friendly and efficient. While I never had bad service at the Concord location (because I went on a Tuesday afternoon, I think), I believe it is more crowded during peak hours. Oh, and both times I've been complimented on my koala shirt! I had the M&M tonight and the Oreo last month. Both are my faves! As long as I live in the area, I will be loyal to this location!

Does anyone look at the nutritional info?

So I already know I'm not going to be popular with the fan boys, but here it goes. I love cookies, who doesn't? My first ever encounter with the Crumbl phenomenon was yesterday. Never had heard about it at all prior to this. O had the semi sweet chocolate chip cookie. Yes, just one, not to 4 pack, or the dozen. It was hot out, like 105°, and it was a little to gooey for that temperature as we went outside. It was good, not great. I know fan boys hold on. Upon getting home where it was like walking into a closet on the sun, I put the cookie in the fridge The next morning, after being in the fridge, it had more structure and was quite good. Just not sure it is $5 cookie. Also, this bad boy is 100 grams of net carbs for 1 cookie. I don't consume that many carbs in 7 days. OK here comes the hate..... I make a much better chocolate chip cookie at a fraction of the carbs and insane hit and wack to the pancreas. I did not try the other cookies offered that day 'cause I'm just not into cake batter or strawberry milk cookies. People's, yall'z really need to consume this in moderation. I have no valid information as to if they are in cohoots with the medical cartel to keep the population obese or not , but this is how it would be done. 3 stars cause the cookie was good, but it's going to take me 7 days to eat it

Special flavors: Wedding Cake, Peanut Butter Blossom, Galaxy Brownie, Fruit Pizza

Love that the flavors change every week! You can expect the pink signature and chocolate chip for sure. Mainey that the Crumbl Water was almost $3 each. Super quick service! So glad that even though we came towards the end of the night, they had hella flavors left. Like who doesn't love a late night sweet run?! Closing at midnight gives us sweet-toothers that opportunity. As soon as you walk in, you can tell it's set for straight up business like all the other ones I've been to. An iPad or server to order from, a short line to fit maybe 8 people, a small section for a pickup window, no tables inside but big baking section paints the picture that it's strictly for pick up and go. Still a cute vibe though with their black, white and pink theme. Loved snapping a quick pick with friends in front of the Crumbl chef.

Cookies are very big and really good. Almost feel like they are mini cakes. Love that there's a variety of cookies every week.

    Molly S.

Yummy cookies. They are very large size, heavy and very sweet. Kids like them. Made a good gift during holidays. Like the simplicity of the pink box.

What is is supposed to look like

The workers were polite but clearly overwhelmed. They couldn't find the order. Eventually, they did. They seemed to try to help us by rushing and really didn't finish the cookie when they gave it to us. At these prices, I wasn't satisfied. I did follow up by contacting customer service. I received no reply.

We needed something sweet after eating in WC, so we stopped over in Rossmoor for some cookies. Surprised to see they were open til 9pm, with hours soon to be til 10pm. We received a friendly greeting from two young women who were hard at work shaping cookies. We ordered a 4-pack from the kiosk: Brookie, Semi-sweet chocolate chip, milk chocolate, and the raspberry danish. We got our cookies quickly and dashed home to eat our still warm cookies. They were great, except for the 600-700 calorie per cookie!

What a variety! Cut in half and quarters for easy sharing

Receiving a texted coupon for 15% off my order, I was excited to use it since I needed a birthday cake. Though there was an online code, I could not use the discount online. I called the shop several times, but there was no answer, and I even left a voice message but never heard a call back. Finally I noticed there was number on the website to text so I did, and got a response. The response was that it was too late to order the cake, and the coupon couldn't be used online ordering system because the online ordering system was different from what was used in the store. BUT I was told I can still call my order in and pay in advance over the phone to get the 15% discount if I still wanted cupcakes, and if the store didn't answer, the person sending the text said he/she would contact the store. I appreciated that kind gesture. The next morning, I settled for cupcakes and decided to call the order in and pick up the cupcakes in the afternoon since I had no time that morning to go to the store. But lo and behold, I called and again no one answered. I texted the same number from the day before and a response came back that they would contact the store to give me a call. I checked in by calling the store two more times and still no answer. And no one called back that afternoon either. Sadly, I had to give up, but was glad to give business to a way more responsive bakery with delicious cakes.

The hygiene alone should be enough to make anyone turn around and walk out. The employee working the front repeatedly coughed into his hands, rubbed his nose, sneezed, then immediately went back to handling customers' utensils, napkins, and food-related items without washing or sanitizing his hands. It happened over and over again. It was honestly disgusting to watch. Basic food safety should never be optional. Then came the bill. Three items. One tiny crepe, one madeleine, and one quiche. Nearly $50. I actually thought there had been a mistake. The crepe was embarrassingly small, and the chicken inside was some of the worst I've had. It was dry, stringy, chewy, and tasted incredibly cheap. There was absolutely nothing fresh or high quality about it. The portions were tiny, the quality was poor, and the prices were completely disconnected from reality. My husband was born and raised in France, and we've spent plenty of time eating at cafés and bakeries there. This isn't even remotely comparable. It's an overpriced imitation that relies on the idea of being French instead of delivering food that's actually worth eating. If you're going to charge premium prices, then deliver premium quality, proper food safety, and an experience that justifies it. This place failed on every one of those fronts. We won't be back, and I genuinely can't understand why this place has the reputation it does.

We ordered a raspberry fruit bite, 2 chocolate supreme croissants, 2 S'mores Belgian waffles, a sugar mochi donut, a coffee donut croissant, 2 slices of S'mores chocolate marshmallow cake, and a slice of rainbow cake. We also got the cream cheese puff and the crème brûlée bombolone ... quite the name! And, of course, a S'mores frappe! The server helping us at the register was polite and efficient, but there was only one register open and a long line. As such, other folks were helping gather the goodies from the cake case, and as we were taking these to go, we did not realize until we were home that the rainbow cake was not a rainbow cake, but a THIRD slice of S'mores cake. Ugh. That one was chosen by the 8-year-old, who was understandably not happy, and the additional insult of paying extra (above the cost of the S'mores) for a cake we didn't get made ME unhappy too! Paid $8.29, got a $6.99 cake slice. The pastries are generally good, with some very good and some more of a "meh." Among the best were the raspberry fruit bite and the coffee donut croissant. That coffee one was a surprise, as it had a soft liquid filling we didn't realize when buying, and the taste was very coffee, which I loved. Will get that again for sure. The S'mores chocolate supreme croissant was also popular. The crème brûlée bombolone was different, with a light pastry and a filling different from what I usually find in crème puffs, and it was tasty. The waffles were not a light and airy as we would have liked, but the flavor was good. The mochi donut was a bit dry as well, not up to true Japanese bakery standards, and the cream cheese puff was all puff and short on the cream cheese (see photos). And the S'more cake was good for flavor, very rich and S'morey, but the presentation really is lacking. Not that I normally compare one chain to another, but for example, when we get Crumbl, the product is very close to the advertising. Not so with the S'more cake, and I am not even sure all the layers were there and in the proper order or proportion; check out the photos and see what I mean. However, the flavor was spot on, and that is the ultimate goal, although the "eyes eat first," as we Yelpers know! And the highlight was not a pastry or cake, but the S'more frappe. It was layered beautifully, fresh-tasting, and very S'morey (yes, a new word I now love!). We even got a second, as we had to eat this there so it could be shared by the group, and it was calling us! Definitely hope it is available next visit, and Starbucks could take a lesson in quality versus price point. Some of the pastries here are really not worth the cost for the product (would skip the cream cheese puff, for example, and the mochi donut), but everything else was very good. Other than an error in fulfilling the order correctly and a couple a poor pastries (quality), it was a good first visit, and we all would come back when near a location.

I needed my coffee fix and some breakfast, found this location along the way to my Destination…read more Even for early morning, they had a good selection of pastries out to choose from. Grabbed a few pastries-- all were flaky and delicious. Probably even better if it were warm. I was in a time crunch so didn't ask for it. I ordered their caramel macchiato--really sweet for my taste buds.
