I know it's a chain but damn, they make good cookies. Went by this evening for the first time. Needed dessert for 9 people without a lot of notice. It was after 5 PM and my usual choice for sweets was closed. We took a chance and rolled over to Crumbl. Got a "party box", which is a dozen cookies. Asked for two of everything. The people working there were very friendly and super efficient We watched them box the cookies and frost the cookies, everyone was busy. The cookies were a hit with our friends. They are so big, we cut them all into fourths and everyone had plenty of choices to try. They were truly delicious. I especially enjoyed the pumpkin with cream cheese frosting. The woman who waited on us explained that they have different varieties each week, so we look forward to returning to see what's next. first time trying this new cookie place! love the pink and dainty aesthetic! the kitchen is right behind the cashier so it's neat to see the big dough mixers and oven. the front layout is simple but a bit small. a self serve tablet is where you input your order. you could get a single cookie, or four, six, twelve cookies. there are a variety of warm and chilled options. you can also order milk too. the system was easy to use and you can sign up for points with your phone number. you wait for the cookies by the pickup counter on the opposite side. i thought it was neat that there were a horizontal and vertical television screens playing cinematic videos of the cookies. i appreciate the brand's effort to make the experience visually pleasing! service was quick and we received our cookies in a cute little box in minutes! the cookies are HUGE. could easily split between 2-4 people if you don't want a sugar rush. the milk chocolate chip cookie came warm! the outer edges are crunchy but the middle is doughy and a bit sticky. but the chocolate chips melt just right. my partner ordered the churro cookie and disliked it. he wasn't a fan of the frosting and the extreme sweetness. I love crumbl and I get crumbl a lot, but it's always a gamble on whether the cookies are going to be completely raw. People could get really sick from ingesting literal raw dough. There is no reason to be serving raw cookies to people. They're great when they are fully cooked all the way through but you never know what you're getting. read more

These cookies are AMAZING! There's a reason it's a franchise in that they really know what they're doing. We tried the macadamia nut, chocolate chip, hazelnut sea salt, and hawaii rainbow cake (with the chocolate chip and rainbow cake tying for the favs). Cookie sizes are GIANT, easily big enough to split. We used to love Baked! in Bloomington, but the consistency (perfectly baked - not too dry) of Crumbl may have them beat. read more

I love Crumbl! Cookies changing every week means flavors are always fresh and new--but also means I experience heartbreak when my favorite cookie (chocolate cake cookie) is not on the menu. The store is great and they have a display of how the cookies look on the register (which helps a lot when we're indecisive). I have used curbside pickup, especially when there are lots of people in the small space of the store, and it's so easy and efficient for people concerned about health/social distancing. I'm a huge fan of Crumbl! I suggest you go to Baked of Bloomington if you want customizable cookies and if you want to support a local business. The cookies at Crumbl are about as real as Kim Kardashian's face. Reading the ingredient list is like an exam in advanced Chemistry. Food colorings/dyes, processed seed oils, processed sugars, preservatives. "Oh, but it's so neat how you use touchscreens and you wait in line like you do to get into da club!". Oh crumbl you are the downfall to my diet... I live an hour away from this place so any time I'm in a close proximity I have to get cookies! This day was no exception. My daughter is always wanting to try the new flavors of the week! I love that o can order on the app, pay, tip and then drive there and they bring my fresh cookies out to me. I don't even have to get out of the car. Way too convenient! The cookies I got were the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it was a tad dry and crumbly which is so unlike crumbl so I'm not sure if it was just a bad day or what... I also got the chocolate featuring Reese crunch, the cereal milk featuring fruity pebbles and the cornflake marshmallow. The chocolate was ok, I'm never a real fan of the chocolate cookies and that's just my preference, the fruity pebbles was my family's favorite and the cornflake marshmallow reminded me of a Rice Krispie treat made with cornflakes. I normally LOVE this Crumbl, I visit them weekly purchasing a four pack or a six pack. However this week was a disappointing one for sure. They were out of the Salted Caramel Cheesecake cookie. I placed my order at the kiosk, first time, I like to order at the counter after viewing the cookies. Placed my order for four cookies. Waited for them to be prepared along with other customers inside. When they called my name, they said it would be 20 minutes for the French Toast cookie, but they had a batched that had an ingredient left off before baking (the cinnamon sugar egg wash) but I could have one of them and it would basically be the same cookie, or I could just choose another flavor. If it wasn't for my grandsons being with me, I would have asked for a refund. So the boys decided to take another apple pie cookie instead of waiting. No sorry, thank you for waiting, would you like to try that one on us and get a different cookie that is made correct. Just thought it was a poor way to handle the situation. read more
