Hannah behind the counter did her best, and when owner Robert walked in, I calmly explained everything from the start. I won't lie -- I was heartbroken more than angry. This was a big night. They snapped a photo of the design from my phone, asked every detail, and promised to make it right -- with Robert personally delivering the cake to the venue (thankfully just 5 minutes away).
