This banana bread right here?! GLORIOUS. I haven't tried many of Crumbl's non-cookie offerings but when I saw BANANA BREAD on the menu this week I couldn't resist!! It is a much more filling portion than I thought it would be! I will say I wish it was warmed up but I didn't mind warming it up at home. This location may have changed my opinion about Crumbl Cookies in general. I've had cookies from this brand a few times in the past few years and while they are good..they are just ok. More raw than I like. And that is sad considering I tend to cook things (anything and everything) on the rare-er side to avoid overcooking, tough foods. I ordered cookies on a whim after picking up my groceries from Amazon Fresh adjacent to the street. I picked up 4 cookies and I drove them. I do find it odd that you have to order through the app or their tablet. There is almost no interaction with the staff minus the greetings from the person selecting your cookies. I picked Chocolate crumb, peanut butter with Snickers, brownie batter, and sea salt toffee. They were all delicious especially the chocolate crumb and sea salt toffee. However, they change their menu weekly.. ?I believe? however, I don't like that since it seems very short. In the end, while these cookies were slightly raw which seems to be their theme...they were not completely raw. I would probably return back to this location in the future. read more

The cookies are always awesome! When they're actually available. More than a couple of times I've had to cancel my order because they're out of what I ordered. But the thing is, their app still let's you order the cookie they're out of... so you get there & wait around to pick up, only to be told they don't have it. Talk about disappointing. It's 9:00pm and they close at 11:00 pm and most of their cookies were sold out. Maybe the three workers in the back should have been baking while the young lady in front was doing everything. I think the lady in front was the lead the guy came up front eating Cheetos asking for a task and when she told him he was dismissive. I love so much about Crumbl Cookies. First of all, the cookies are delicious. (Some of the cookies with frostings are a little overly sweet for me, but that's just me personally.) These cookies are slightly gooey/underbaked in the middle, but to me, that's a huge plus. As someone who loves to bake, I can tell you the secret to great cookies is to pull them out of the oven a minute or two before the recipe tells you to. Presentation-wise, Crumbl cookies are like no others. They are just beautiful...and the cute pink boxes really take these cookies over the top. They make great gifts. One thing that makes me a Crumbl cookie fan is the different selection offered each week. I love waiting for 7:00 pm every Sunday so I can check out the weekly menu. The service at this location is amazing. I have never had anything less than stellar customer service. I came in for a gift of cookies for a friend and wanted something fresh and more specialty for her! I was impressed when I walked in with the simpler kiosk ordering design. I was able to order quickly picking the amount of cookies I wanted and the flavors. They came out in what felt like 2 minutes and were super warm. I didn't realize they would be so big - oh my gosh, when I got the box I was so surprised! Based on what I had tried before, I got four flavors: Molten lava - so soft, melted inner chocolate core, super chocolatey and rich, second favorite Graham - frosting too sweet but I appreciate unique flavors White chocolate - too sweet Milk chocolate chip - soft and warm, enough chocolate pieces, my favorite I think they can definitely tone down the sweetness of these - sometimes sweets places overdo it with the glucose, and I would say these definitely fall into that realm. Don't get me wrong - these are solid options for cookies if you want something to gift that's fancier. I know they're popular, and there wasn't anything particularly wrong with my experience, but I just thought they did not blow my socks off. They were not raw or undercooked like other reviewers mentioned, but I do agree that prices are steep. Just trying one cookie to pick for the price would be my suggestion :) read more

Stopped by for my free birthday cookie! Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I don't live near a Crumbl Cookies but I was headed out this way for another event and decided to stop by. The flavors this week were too good to choose from. I decided on the banana cream pie since it seemed the most different. It was basically a sugar cookie bowl filled with banana pudding. I loved it! It wasn't too sweet like other flavors I've tried. I wish they let you buy the smaller sizes individually (they are only available via catering). Anytime a new business opens, there is sure to be excitement and people want to experience the new novelty! I certainly fell into this category with Crumbl and have tried them on several different occasions, usually ordering delivery. While the chocolate chip cookie is available daily, each week the rest of the flavors are changed, which keep things exciting! The one time I did come to the store, I did not experience any lines. I was confused at first, as to how to go about ordering cookies. There are physical registers but also video screens on the wall. I stood for a few moments, looking around to try to decipher what to do...when another customer walked in and explained the process to me: you can order at the registers or place an order, using the video screens and even add your phone number for rewards, to be used towards free cookies in the future. read more

To quote Gordon Ramsay, "It's f***ing raw!!" That is, 4 of the 6 cookies I purchased were so severely underbaked that we brought them back! I should begin by saying that a gracious friend gave me a gift card to this costly cookie emporium, which is why I was trying out the wares today. They theoretically sell single cookies, 4 packs, 6 packs and dozens but when I arrived the clerk said that because of supply chain they were low on boxes and could only sell 6 and 12 packs. I could see single boxes behind her though and asked, "Well, couldn't you package 4 in single boxes and sell that as a four pack?" She seemed dumbfounded. I mean, it's not the customer's fault that you're out of boxes; some of us don't need a dozen cookies. Get creative! But I ended up buying 6: 2 chocolate chip, 2 salted toffee, 1 peanut butter cookies and cream, and 1 mint brownie. I took them over to my parents' house and cut into then so we could share. Both of the chocolate chip and toffee cookies (4 total) were extremely underdone: raw, gummy dough inside each cookie. While I was in the shop they were industruously slinging out orders of these so I wonder how many undercooked cookies got sold today :( The pb cookies and cream was baked enough and was the best tasting; mint brownie was good but ended up being too much frosting for me. I took the four underbaked cookies back (for what they're charging I wasn't going to let it go) & talked to the same girl, who didn't question and gave me replacements. These were better, though still slightly underbaked, but maybe that's just their style? (But I mean, chewy is one thing, literal raw dough is another.) I went to another location before, but was glad I came by here to try this spot out when they opened. Knowing how popular this place is, predicting that there would be a line, I had ordered for curbside pickup from the app since I did not have a lot of time with my schedule. I got here and sure enough, there was a line. I waited for a little bit in my car and the status of when your cookies would be ready is updated on the app as well. I had called the store to double check if they had gotten my order and was informed that they were waiting for one more cookie to finish baking & my order would be brought out. I'm so glad that the staff makes sure to keep baking throughout the day so that nothing will be sold out too soon, which had happened at the other location. I get there and they tell me to make some other selection instead of the snicker cookie because apparently they were "preordered". I ended up chosing chocolate cheesecake but it's too curdled and tastes like stool. I ended up throwing away the two chocolate cheesecake ones. I'm mad that there was three left of the snickerdoodle and I HAD ORDERED IT AND HAD A RECEIPT. I was told told it's "preordered". So was mine. I'm not coming back to this damn crumble. This boutique cookie shop rotates their cookie menu every week with surprising new varieties that'll expand your comfort zone (and your waist size if you're not careful!) ~$4/cookie may be a bit steep until you realize these are not your average sized cookies. The specials also have quite a bit more toppings and more to them that help justify the cost. There's a small discount if you order a 4 pack or more plus there's an app where you can get points for your purchases and order ahead. All in all, Crumbl does one thing well and sticks to it. I took my son to get a cut at a shop where this location is at and while waiting for him my daughter and I checked this place out. I knew nothing about them and was in for quite the experience. You order on a screen and they box up your cookies. It looks like an assembly line where they are boxing/making the cookies at. We order 5 cookies I think it was. They looked good and smelled delicious. I can't say that it's the best cookie I've ever had. The cookies are quite larger than a normal cookie. Overall, I was not impressed. Finally decided to come try these cookies I've been hearing about. There was barely any wait at all and we ordered on the screens. Was a little shocked to see that each cookie was almost $5, but okay, I can justify it since the cookies are a decent size and they make different flavors every week. I got the Twix flavored cookie and my friend got the peanut butter one and they both came out fairly quickly. For some reason mine was cold and his seemed like it was warm, but maybe they had to be served differently. We decided to eat them on the bench outside, but because the peanut butter cookie was warm and it was about 90°F outside, it quickly turned into a dripping mess and also broke apart when you tried to pick it up. It was quite messy and hard to eat. Surprisingly, the cold Twix cookie actually worked in my favor because it stayed in one piece. Both cookies tasted really good. Honestly, I wish they would sell a sugar cookie option with just the cookie and no toppings because that by itself is delicious. I definitely couldn't eat the whole cookie in one sitting (it was too sweet & also just a really big size) so it was a nice treat to save for later. I purchased 6 cookies 11/14/23 around 2:15 pm. I brought them home and hid them in the microwave so my kids didn't get to them before dinner. I set them out around 7 pm and went up to bed. I woke at 4 am 11/15/23 to a text from my 17 year old showing a picture of a cockroach inside the cookie box. It MOST certainly didn't come from my house. I'm all in for decadent cookies. These are a bit expensive, but I don't mind the price tag and they are pretty massive and dense cookies. I also only eat like 1/4 -1/2 cookie at a time, so it's not that bad when you factor in the serving size. I've had some hits and misses on the flavors. I automatically love any cookie, dessert really, that incorporates cereal into it. I find the fruit flavors are too sweet and artificial tasting for me. The peanut butter cookies are pretty dense and very heavy with the peanut butter flavor. I prefer the dark chocolate chip cookies over the milk chocolate chip cookies. Cookies are great but it just depends what cookies are out that week. My absolute favorite was the classic chocolate chip cookie which was delicious and huge and the pumpkin with cream cheese; it was soft and delicious but didn't taste like a cookie, more like a muffin. Ironically, I was browsing Crumbl Cookies' website on Saturday, then my sister-in-law gave me a cookie on Sunday. A frosted sugar cookie isn't my treat of choice, but this was ridiculously delicious.
