It had been a while since we last stopped by Crumbl in Boynton Beach, and we forgot just how good these cookies can be! We tried three this time: the Wedding Cake cookie, the Chocolate Cake Toffee cookie, and the classic Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk. All were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. Our favorite was definitely the Wedding Cake cookie which was rich, buttery, and topped with just the right amount of sweet frosting. The Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk was solid and hit the spot if you're craving something more traditional. The Chocolate Cake Toffee cookie had great flavor, but we felt it could've used more actual Heath chunks rather than the fine crumbs it had to add more texture and that signature toffee bite. Overall, Crumbl never disappoints when you're in the mood for a sweet treat. We'll definitely be back for another cookie run soon! read more

I tried their Raspberry Cheesecake with White Chocolate cookie, and WOW--it was absolutely amazing!The cookie was perfectly soft and buttery, rich, creamy cheesecake and a delicious swirl of raspberry that added just the right amount of tanginess. This location is not good, always out of cookies. Made an online order October 2nd at 9:15 and they couldn't fulfill my order correctly because they were out of half the cookies. At this point either update your online system or just close earlier because when we got there they were already cleaning everything. So I wasted my time, money, and gas because I would not have come to pickup my online order if it wasn't going to be correct. I won't be coming back. One more thing, the customer service here is horrible, I walk in, no greeting and not a single word. The employee just stands there with his hat almost covering his eyes not saying a word. After seeing this location opened up in Boynton a couple months ago, I waited to go when the hype went down. It's located in the Sunshine Square plaza off of Woolbright and US 1 right next to Panera Bread. I was able to park right in front of the entrance and walk in without having to drive around the lot for a spot. It smells heavenly when you walk in. The joint may be small, but it's big on sweetness. There's a menu you can choose from and I went for a half dozen. The cookies are made to order and freshly baked. When it was presented to me after a five minute wait, the cookies were still warm. There is nothing like a soft baked cookie. NOTHING! ;) The flavors I got were vanilla sugar, Reese's Puffs, Fruity Pebbles, cornflake marshmallow, Lucky Charms, and sea salt toffee. I was able to try a quarter bite of each cookie and all of them were ah-mazing. Thankfully, my kids didn't eat them all before bed last night...lol! The lady who took my order was friendly and the staff was hard at work making the delicious cookies by hand. I didn't realize until looking at their website that their menu flavors changes weekly, so it might mean a return sooner than later to see what new ones they have in store. The grand opening of CRUMBL cookies near me is both a blessing and a curse. I am so thrilled to finally have a CRUMBL cookie within walking distance of my house...but I am terrified that a cookie store open until midnight is going to be my new addiction! All joking aside, this is an amazing business. You can see the mixers right behind the counter, see fresh cookies being baked, and watch them decorate them, too! I think it's really neat that they also weigh the dough out so you know you're always getting a decent sized cookie. So far I have tried the Rolo cookie and it is fantastic! Soft baked , chewy, and has the perfect amount of caramel. Sometimes cookies end up with a hard bottom or just aren't as good as you expected, but this was baked to absolutely perfection. I also tried the cinnamon cookie and it was delicious! Very soft with hints of cinnamon, and topped with some sort of cinnamon whipped mixture. Spread this on top of the cookie and it was out of this world. Whether you're in need of the perfect gift or just want a sweet treat, this place has it all. New to Sunshine Square Shops and a nice addition. The shop took the spot where GNC vitamins used to be. Parking is good and the store is nice and clean. While I was there, I could see a few employees making cookies and cooking cookies. The process is simple. You see your cookie choices on a platter next to the cash register and you order as many as you want, they have you pay and take your name on your order. Within a minute, your cookies are boxed in a pretty pink box and handed to you. I thought the cookies were very good and perfect for a special cookie treat. I felt that the cookie selection was a little weak and could have been a little more creative. The selection rotates in variety which is good to keep you coming back to taste other options. Yep, it was everything I had hoped for. The Blueberry and Cookie Butter ended up to be my faves out of four. I ordered the Rocky Road and received the Galaxy Brownie but, was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. Two reasons for rating four stars as opposed to five: although the quality is superb, the price tag is a bit steep@$3.98 per. The chocolate chip was good but not as great as the other flavors. Ok, I really wanted to like Crumbl cookies. I visited there a few months ago, and I did NOT like this cookie. So I thought, ok, 1. they are new, 2, it is an off day, 3, my choice cookie was from this morning, not fresh. So I visited there again this week. It seems that the cookies are just not good. I am a cookie lover, and looking for some redeeming qualities of any kind in a great cookie. Not hot, not fresh, gummy, pasty, under cooked, taste of baking soda, no flavor, just plain out flat. I could not eat this cookie. Because it was so bad, and as I wanted to let Crumbl corporate know, I tried to call them, but you cannot. NO customer service. Their website said that if you have any issues, that it should be taken up with the store directly. So the store will see me in person when I am next in that area. I will ask for my money back. Is it the $5.00? NO, it is the principle. Sorry, this is NOT a good cookie. Maybe for others, not for me. And, btw, I was not given a receipt. Bad showing Crumbl. read more
