My sister wanted to try the Dubai Brownie this week so at the end of our day I ordered the brownie on the app...there was a 30 minute pickup window which we met and when we walked in there was a sign saying the Dubai brownie had sold out. I've honestly never seen so many people waiting for their desserts here, the computer kiosk order center was down, and the three employees were each doing their darndest to keep the processes going. Everyone was there for the Dubai Brownie, but they were willing to try another option as they were sold out. Cookies and desserts were flying out the door. I highly recommend ordering on the app as we received our brownie in about five minutes. I don't know if the fact that we had snagged a sold out viral brownie was part of it, and I generally don't like Crumbl cookies, but this brownie was spectacular! Absolutely delicious. Great textures and layers of flavor. I also requested a special message on the box for my sister as she had an important work day and they delivered! Just simply because it's a smaller establishment they have an app that's easy to use so you can kind of get an idea of what you already want when you go in there. And there's no really a long line you step in utilize their kiosk off to the side, punching your rewards number. Pick your items and in under five minutes you have your order. The staff here was nice, professional and prompt. The establishment inside was also clean, which is always a good thing when working around food and just simply because this establishment is known for that. This is the third time I have gotten cookies from this store. Perhaps because business is slow at this location, I always get harden cookies. Meaning they are not fresh. A cookie may not be warm but fresh cookie would not be this hard. Today is the last time I'll get cookies from this location. Twice, I went in the evening. Today is 2/17/26, I went in the early afternoon. I also got the snickerdoodle, reheat it for 15 seconds, still harden. Abother 15 second, the middle is softer but the rims stii harden. read more

In general crumbl cookies are too sweet for me to enjoy but that's just personal preference my friends enjoyed everything they tried! Last week I wanted a cookie for dessert so of course I had to go to Crumbl. The inside of the store is cute because they use a lot of light pink everywhere. I like how they display all their different types of cookies for the week because it gives people a real visual representation of what they will purchase. Crumbl's confections are the way to go if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth! Every time I have came here the cookies are fresh, warm, and filling! I have only had the pleasure to try their regular sized cookies which i usually split into four as one cookie will get you full. They do have smaller sizes which I am dying to try! They are a bit pricey so if you're unsure I would opt for the mini sizes to try. So far I haven't had a bad experience here as I have heard others have gotten undercooked cookies. Though, the employees here are very kind and helpful! Last time they handed me my box of cookies one of the cakes tipped over in the box and they immediately replaced it. Although it wasn't really necessary and I didn't even have to ask I took note of their willingness to accommodate to make sure I was happy! The building is pretty small with enough room to walk in and order either at the counter or through their kiosks. I got to the store at 2:30pm and there was a sign on the door saying that dubai chocolate brownie would not be ready until 4:30pm. I come back at 4:30, and there's a crowd of people. If all you want is a cookie with minimal human interaction, then this is your place. Getting Crumbl is a massive splurge. The cost per cookie/dessert and the calories per cookie/dessert is a bit much, but it's worth trying. I've tried ordering in store, on the kiosk, and through the app for in-store pickup. All have been fairly pleasant experiences, but the employees don't greet you upon entering like other reviews state, which isn't a huge deal as long as you don't care. There's a big screen inside the store that tells you when orders are next in line. The rotating cookie/dessert menu is fun! I haven't tried them all but have not had a bad cookie yet. I was advised it would be 10 minutes for them to come out so I should switch for another one. I declined because my favorite is chocolate chip. Then the wait time came down to 5 minutes. I came in really excited to get my free birthday cookie, but the experience was honestly awful. I stood there waiting for someone to come up and help me, and the workers kept looking my way but never bothered to actually assist me. Yes, I didn't have my ID, but they could've at least checked my app or helped me figure it out. I used to come every week for the new cookies last year, and the staff back then was always helpful. I guess the app doesn't work as well in Delta and it messed up my birthday reward again--just like last year--but at least someone took the time to help me then. I preordered 4 desserts for 4:30pm pick up. I ended up going earlier. When I arrived they had signs all around the store that the Dubai brownie won't be ready until 4:30pm. The employee said they could issue a refund they also didn't have the cheesecake I purchased so they offered me a full refund, but the system was down they took my name,number and amount of items I purchased. I have yet to receive my refund and my pending charge has gone through. The two employees were nice about everything. But I still want my refund. I called to ask about it today manager said 'they are working on it they haven't got to my order yet' (it's been over 3 days) she called me back several hours later asking if I want to come get the brownie I declined and requested my refund I was promised. Will Crumbl your self control. Do not try this place, once you do you'll want to try more and more. You'll want to check their website weekly to see what new cookie flavor they have. It doesn't help that it's right off the freeway and easily accessible. My favorite of all time is the Strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries but they usually are on point with at least one or two flavors a week. This place is so inconsistent, the online app will show available but you walk in and signs are taped to the window showing "sold out." I almost did not see the sign because it was above the entrance door in a lighter marker pen. It was for the drop of Cocoa Mouse Cup 12/7 to 12/13, i had a feeling if drove down there i would see a sign regardless of what the app says and I'd hate to be told to select something else when I arrive, so i did not order online and walked in. This happened with their drop for the berry cup - I ordered online, when I got there they said they were sold out even though I was able to add to my cart. So they gave me a free cookie card for next time. Had I known it was sold out I would have never ordered which would have saved me the trip and money - i had to pick what was available. Have any of you experience this? Go online, add to your cart, pay, and then get there and its not available so they ask what else you rather have instead. I have done other reviews about crumble being sold out but this is different, this is regarding online ordering, its either faulty or the workers don't want to make the more in depth items or its management not ordering enough supply for drops that are obviously going to be in higher demand - management should know if its outside of their normal cookie like the special cups or certain thres leches they need to have enough product on hand for their employees. This makes the employees look bad when they have to tape signs to the window over something they have no control over. Data should show what the average sales is when its a special drop so that should be a clue on how much supply is needed. I am going to push for a Nothing Bundt Cakes to be at this location (Delta Shores), they are a very consistent company and have great desserts. I think it would allow others to have a better selection if Crumble is sold out on special items. read more

However, if you don't enjoy baking, Crumbl is a great choice for cookies in a variety of flavor options! When I entered the store, there were a couple employees working with the cookie dough. I was greeted and had no problems with the customer service when I visited. The milk chocolate chip cookie I got was kept warm until they served it; it was packed with chocolate chips. The cookie was sweet, but not overly so (to my taste buds). It's a huge cookie, making it an easy decision to share. If you like a fresh tasting cookie, but don't want to bake, this is a great stop to pick up a sweet treat! read more

I prefer the elk grove location, they are more consistent with their quality. Placed an order in store and took a bite when I got in the car and they were barely warm. And the chocolate chip cookie is my favorite especially at crumbl for the thickness and moistness, but this location does not deliver that quality or at least not consistently! Got a dozen of cookies for a party. They were super big, soft inside, crumbly on the outside, delicious looking and super sweet! But did i like it? Some. I enjoyed the chocolate with the peanut spread with chocolate melt on top and the strawberry with the white chocolate were yum. The rest were okay too but not as good as the others mentioned. I'm not really a fan of pumpkin flavors so the pumpkin one with chocolate crumb sprinkles was my least favorite. They're all very sweet! One bite and my teeth were aching.
