This review is for their Too Good To Go promo. I paid $6 for $18 worth of donuts and it was a steal. Best bang for your buck program where they offer discounted price for food that will otherwise go to waste. Mike, the owner/worker that day was very nice and accommodating. He gave me a dozen assorted donuts. This little hole in the wall place is a hidden gem in the South Sacramento area. Go check it out!

Always looking into small mom and pop shops. This place is located in South Sacramento. I've passed this shop several times and is pretty close to me compared to other donut shops. I decided to finally try this place out in the early morning after the gym. When we came in, we were the only customers at 6:30 am. There were a variety of delicious donuts. I think the prices here are pretty average. There were no places for us to sit if we decided to stay in to eat our donuts. I decided to get an old fashion and a maple bacon donut. They are both pretty fluffy and flavorful. Just know there is also a charge if you use card so I suggest to bring cash. The owner is super friendly and nice. Definitely will come back here to try the custard filled donuts and croissants

This is all I got while tolerating horrible service and went to another shop.

Sara not satisfied with the service. If you are a rare visitor at a donut shop, don't come to this place because there's no name tag for any of the donuts and the owner guy gets impatient if you asking any questions. After my 2nd question, I had no wish getting any more. I was thinking about getting coffee but wasn't even offered it, was provided the check right away. I won't be back to this plac

This is a family owned business which provides excellent customer service. I like going to small mom and pop shops when I can to show support to them and the community. They have a good variety of donuts to choose from that are made fresh. Check them out when you can!!

Don't judge a book by its cover, outside looks suspicious. I went in a little late close to 12pm on a Monday but I still had some stuff and donuts and coffee. Gave me the option of creamers hazelnut, French vanilla or half-and-half. The donut was a little bit more bread style for my liking but it was really good flavor. Mind you I had 1 donut I will be back to try more. I've heard all the Kaiser workers are always ordering from there. No sitting inside because of Covid-19. They do sale other drinks bottled/caned. Support your local businesses!!!

Be warned, their Vietnamese coffee is very strong. I don't mind it though, and it's quite smooth. Most recently I had their ube cream coffee and that was delightful. There was plenty of ube cream, and once that was mixed in with the rest of the coffee, man was that delicious. I've taken my husband and a good friend of mine to Tram in the past and both of them enjoyed the drinks they chose as well. I have yet to try their matcha but my friend said it was great. If you're not keen on getting a Vietnamese coffee, their fruit teas are also nice and refreshing. I've had the Running Dragon in the past and that was really good. Even when they're busy, the staff have been able to get drinks out in a timely manner (at least that's my experience when I've gone). There also ample space to sit and enjoy your drinks, or hang out with friends. They even serve food here, but I have yet to try that too. Tram Cream Coffee is definitely in my rotation of favorite spots for an afternoon pick-me-up in the South Sac area, and I shall return.

The drinks are great quality, don't get me wrong. The strength of their coffee alone is enough to make you feel like you can run for an hour straight without any breaks. My only gripe is the portion size. Every time I've gone my drinks are almost always never properly filled. If I am spending near $7-8 on average for a SMALL coffee, I expect to have my drink filled every time. There is zero excuse to not fill the gaps of my drinks when I pay extra for the foam/cream that is meant to be included in my drinks. In fact, every time I've gone it is always a problem with the portions. The drinks are never filled properly to the brim or it's just littered with 60-70% ice and you get maybe 30-40% of your actual drink on a good day. I really hope the owners take this review to heart and improve on the portion/presentation of their drinks. Having your drinks filled all the way with foam/cream when your customers pay for it goes a LONG way. It makes your customers feel as if they are paying for the drink they deserve. The quality and taste of the drinks are amazing, but the portions alone make me want to pursue other competitors that treat me right and give me what I pay for.

I've tried their other drinks but I don't have pictures for them so I'll just review what I got recently. Purple Crush - 8.4/10 I honestly really like this drink since it tastes like taro/ube and it has Oreos in it which gives a nice chocolate-ly flavor to it. I also added boba in it which definitely gave a nice texture to the drink as well. It's pretty thick like a slushie/milkshake but regardless I highly recommend this drink if you're into taro and cookies and cream!! Although this drink is quite sweet even when you get it less than 100% sweet. Black Sesame Coffee - 7.5/10 I just tried this drink today and it's pretty yummy but all of the black sesame seeds sink in the bottom so I had to stir it every time before drinking it. I got 50% sweet with less ice and it just tastes like regular Vietnamese coffee with a hint of black sesame and it's honestly not that bad. Although I'm not sure if I will get this drink again though. It wasn't too sweet and I like that you can really taste the coffee. Popcorn Chicken - 7.8/10 I always get their popcorn chicken since that's what I mainly like to get from boba shops and I like that they have different spice levels like from no spicy to extra hot. I would either get mild or medium but I've recently got medium and I like that it has a kick in it. The ranch pairs well with the chicken and although it's not super crispy, it has a good amount of batter to chicken ratio. Overall, I recommend that you order ahead of time and I used DoorDash to order my stuff from the second pic since I usually wait like 30 minutes to get my drinks and food which was kind of annoying. Even when there's little to no customers, their service is usually pretty slow which I hope that they can improve on that. Also, there's a kiosk where you can order on the screen. I feel like their customer service does need some improvement though since they don't really interact with the customers unless you talk to them. However, the place looks really clean and aesthetic so it's a great spot to just chill while sipping on some boba.

Double Matcha Latte w/ Oat Milk + 50% Sweet - 8.7/10 They definitely use a higher quality of matcha which makes the latte itself not too bitter. Also, the oat milk definitely gives a creaminess to the drink. Even though I usually get 50% sweetness since I want to taste more of the matcha itself, it has the right amount of sweetness. The price is pretty on par with other matcha spots since it's $7.50 but it would've been a 10 if they filled the cup a little bit more. Mangonada Smoothie + Extra Sweet - 7.7/10 I didn't get this for myself but you can tell that they use actual mangos. It's definitely a refreshing drink to get and it didn't taste too sweet for me. Overall, I ordered my drinks through the kiosk so there wasn't much interaction w/ the staff but the guy who gave me my drinks was nice. The place is quite spacious and has a bunch of seats.
