I usually don't do this. My aim is help Faria improve their product, and keep on selling good stuff. Faria's traditional croissant in 2025 was top notch and comparable to croissants in Paris, it was THAT good. Better than even Bay Area croissants. It was fluffy, buttery and flakey. With the right amount of butter ratio. But something changed this year. Now it's flat, quite dry, w/ lowered butter ratio, and higher sugar content. Like Faria decided to cut corners? Sorry, if this is wrong. But it's now a MID croissant, when it was damn near perfect. I tried it a few times this year, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. But obvious recipe change. What happened, FARIA?!?!?!?! When feedback was given under comments on their IG, they also blocked me. Weird. Why the defensiveness? Again this review is left w all due respect to what was a perfect croissant. No need to change a great product.

Street parking only. Limited indoor seating secondary to inside renovation. Lots of outdoor seating. They have some of their goodies on display but it's mostly ordering through an iPad/kiosk. The peach danish was ok. Almond croissant was also ok but I had just been spoiled by a popular SF bakery. Almond paste was decent, croissant a bit flakey but not maximally. The loaf was nice but I didn't get much pesto. I think it's a sourdough? The tomatoes were also a nice touch. Used it to make breakfast toasts. Minimal interaction with service staff 2/2 kiosk ordering. Vibes inside are chill. Outside was very pleasant minus the Broadway traffic.

Stopped by this coffee and bakery spot in Sacramento and had such a great experience. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and really inviting . Perfect if you want to sit, relax, or catch up with someone. The coffee was smooth and well made, and the pastries tasted fresh and high quality. I also liked that they have a dog-friendly patio, which makes it even better if you want to bring your pup and enjoy some time outside. Ordering was super easy too You can place your order on a tablet inside, which makes everything quick and convenient. What really stood out to me was the overall vibe. It feels like a place you can come back to regularly, whether it's for a quick coffee or to spend some time unwinding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Quickly becoming one of our favorite places for a light breakfast. I really want to try their pizzas, but we came too early (after 11:30am on Sundays). Strawberry Pizza??!!? Some of my favorites: 1. Croissants- all of them lovely... can't miss! 2. Smoke Salmon Tartine- some of my favorite things balanced on top of a yummy toast (roasted carrots, creamy cream spread, daisies, and of course salmon) 3. Red bean sesame cheesecake- sounds crazy, but quite good and I'm not even a fan of red beans 4. Mceggggg- yes, five stars for the "5G" Sando!

Cute little area where you can eat and the street is adorable. I got a latte and donut and the portion is huge which is a plus

We came here twice over the last 2 weeks. we love their lattes and pastries. The place is spacious and has lots of tables. We ordered their Cherry mocha, black sesame latte, mocha, cortado, cookies, canelle, bun, smoked salmon with bread, cakes, etc. They are all delicious. The latte is smooth and came out with beautiful latte art. You can request less sweet. The place is easy to order through their tablet. And the staff are efficient in getting the orders fast.

I can see the love of bread here. Their ultimate deliciousness of their baked goodness comes through once you sink your teeth into their almond croissant, peach & lavender croissant cup, canele, sugary morning bun...awww do I need to go on? It was our very first time visiting this bakery & most likely not our the last. My wife was chitchatting with the lady in front of her in line curious as to what she was going to order? Come to find out she convinced my wife to buy that peach & lavender croissant cup which was the supreme item that day in the bakery case! They did have savory baked items too plus the morning bun which she have had at Camellia coffee. Now that sugary bun was way too sweet for her & hurt her teeth which was the original reason why we hadn't visited here earlier. She didn't have that issue at all with the other pastries. Go figure. We now understand the long lines here waiting to purchase those most tasty treats. Our iced coffee & iced tea were just average & nothing special but that would not deter us for not returning to the storefront again. Service & ambiance was good. Parking could be a challenge. They did have little outdoor patio seating as well as little indoor seating inside. Their storefront is skewed inside so it makes for awkward seating. But you can always take your goodies to go. Our disappointment was we just didn't buy enough! Ok that peach & lavender croissant cup is calling us!!! It was such a pleasant surprise unlike something we never had before. A must repeat. No wonder that other female customer was there in line for it!!! Not surprised Faria Bakery is at Midtown Farmers market & now a brick & mortar location in Folsom! Lucky them! Now why are they not in Elk Grove??? We are waiting!!!

The ambiance the bread and the drinks were perfect. Came here spontaneously on thursday morning and it was not very busy. I got a mocha which was delicious. I also ordered a pork floss bun, ham and cheese croissant, and almond crossiant. I was not planning on staying to eat my pastries but when I felt that the pork floss bun was still warm I sat down to enjoy it! It was amazing. Will be back to try the miso loaf!

Black Sesame Kouign Amann Latte and ham and Swiss croissant

Love this bakery! Large space indoor and outdoor. I'm usually an iced coffee girly but the Black Sesame Kouign Amann Latte that only comes hot is to DIE FOR! It's amazing, deff a must try. It's so good I came back literally the next day to drink it again but this time in a mug. The lattes are so gorgeous and the ham and Swiss has Dijon in it, with soft inside and crispy outside. The people who work here are all so lovely and the space is inviting, and clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking to find along the streets and lots to look at in the area within walking distance. A place that will quickly become part of your rotation once you visit!

First time to the new location and it is fantastic having so much more room for people to sit, stay and enjoy(e). Our favorite bakery in the entire country, an be sure to sit down and try their a Turkish Eggs and McEgg for fantastic brunch items, then load up on pastries to take home. If you're geeks like us, get a to-go coffee and sit out front, watching the bakers at work through the window before you leave.

The almond croissant looked good, but it was too well done. I was expecting a flaky crust with a soft and chewy center, but the entire croissant was hard. It was like eating a cracker. The middle was filled with a sweet almond spread. I tried to like it, but I was disappointed. 6/10.

I stopped by here a few times a month the coffee and espresso is phenomenal. I've had a few other food items. They're pretty good honestly I think the coffee cake might be the best thing that they have on their menu.

Faria is a new must when I'm in Sacramento! Came by for a team breakfast and I loved the Turkish Eggs! Such a beautiful mix of flavors. I loved the spiced yogurt-base and consistency of the sunny-side eggs. The baguette was nice and crispy. It came highly suggested by the staff and I couldn't disagree. The bakery is also beautiful with great lighting and tiled table tops. Hoping to buy from the bakery on my next trip!

It's the kind of place where you can meet up with a friend, get some work done, or simply enjoy a slow morning. The coffee was excellent, and I have to mention the chocolate croissant because it was easily one of the most chocolate-filled croissants I've had in a long time. So good! Another thing I appreciated was how spacious it was. There were plenty of tables and room to spread out, which was perfect since I came with my kiddo. She loved the open space and even turned it into her own little dance floor while I enjoyed my coffee for a bit. Overall, this is a wonderful local spot with a welcoming atmosphere, delicious coffee, and plenty of space to relax or work. I will definitely be back!

Honestly my first thoughts were, "why is there a car in here?" but Im sure car enthusiasts would fancy seeing a luxurious prestige vehicle in a cafe and everyone else would find it interesting as it is unusual for a cafe to just have a car right in the middle of its establishment. Their menu isnt overwhelming and only has a few selections, theres good pastries to try out as well. Coffee was alright and the pastries were ok, overall I guess I was just more distracted by the business's set pieces. In any case, check the place out, parking can be a pain if it gets busy, typical downtown sac. Issues.

The employee was talking on their phone a bit throughout the time I was there, but I didn't mind since I was still deciding on a drink and not ready to order. I got the mocha drink and the Finjan coffee. I enjoyed both but I think I liked the mocha drink more. They had a wide variety of dessert that looked amazing. I want to come back and try them one day! They were absolutely mouth-watering, but too early in the day for me to have sweets. Their coffee house is quite large, with a lot of seating. It seems like a nice place to study! I loved that they had murals outside and that the nearby outside seating was also lovely. There is a wonderful aesthetic inside the shop and in the plaza it is located in.
