I'm labeling this restaurant part of the MAHA group (Make America Huge Again) with just about everything smothered in too much sugar. Cookies here start at $4.50, they are larger sized cookies but they felt expensive and more flashy/showy than they appear. We ordered 4 different types and it felt like the core dough is the same across the spectrum. Also noticed that the cookie selection was very limited. Would have preferred a high quality taste with less volume and certainly less sugar at a more reasonable price. Some cookies are served warm and others are served chilled. Felt more for kids and people that just want to splurge on something sweet. Glad I tried it and ready to move on to something else. read more

I tried my best not to leave a review. I placed an online order so I can be in and out. But I am so upset at their service tonight. I came in around 9:10 and I was the second person in there waiting, after a couple minutes there was a rush of around 15 people in there, they all got their orders out before mine, mind you they had just walked in and placed their orders. I was still waiting and they started preparing a DoorDash order for someone else THAT HAD COME AFTER ME. I heard one of the workers say to another "you still haven't started this one?!?" And it was indeed mine after around 25 mins I got my cookies. I didn't get any of the workers names unfortunately because they were too busy talking to each other and not really paying attention to any customers. They also told multiple customers that they didn't have the cookies n cream cookie available and after several customers left without the cookie they wanted they realized that they actually did have the cookies n cream cookies in the back. read more

Love Crumbl and the employees are always nice, but the manager of this location should be replaced. Systems were down, nothing on the app or in the store was updated so you were just shooting in the dark getting a cookie, I can't believe I'm complaining about a cookie place , but I asked the employee who was very pleasant and helpful if I could get extra filling on top of a cookie, I even offered to pay, as he was attempting to find out if he could the managers" goes "no we can't do that". So I replied I'll pay extra and she said "no!". Then I proposed I buy an extra cookie and just get the topping, she said "absolutely not", then ignored me and explained to the employee how she was gonna tell him a story about corporate later. Most expensive cookies ever ($5 for a single) but they are delicious. The cookie is huge and eating half at a time is enough for me. They have some basic flavors and some more elaborate flavors. Crumbl Cookies is amazing! Every flavor we have ever gotten there has been great. My wife and I always get the four pack, which is MORE THAN ENOUGH COOKIES for the two of us. They usually last a couple of days...well maybe just a day...or maybe just a few hours ;-) Once you start eating them you can't stop! They're always so fresh and delicious and the weekly rotating flavors mean there's always something new to try! My favorite is the Classic Pink Sugar Cookie. It's amazing! read more

The store itself is very cute. You can order at the counter where they have a display of the available cookies or I think you can order at the kiosk off to the side (I didn't use them). The cookie flavors change weekly besides the chocolate chip and sugar cookie. Some are served warm and some chilled. I didn't personally try the chocolate chip but my sister said it wasn't too exciting. We split the cookies and cream milkshake and the biscoff white chocolate. We all LOVED the biscoff white chocolate. The other one was okay, but I probably wouldn't get it again. I think it was a bit too sweet. The service was quick and efficient. Pro's - they open til 10pm and they had fresh cookies available even at 9:15pm. I really enjoyed their red velvet cookie and the peanut butter cookie. They weren't too overly sweet. The peanut butter one was super rich but that's kinda expected. Con's - the cookies, while the edges were nicely baked, the middle was still super soft. Almost a little too soft and soggy for my taste. I only ate the edges and waited the next day to see if the middle hardened a little. Also... it was my first time at this establishment. I went up to the counter. Waited.... There were three employees there chatting with each other. Looked at us. And just continued chatting. We waited some more. Not once did they say anything to us. Until, finally.... One girl said "I'll be right with you." As she puts a few trays of cookies in the warmer. Mind you, the other two girls were just standing there chatting with her. To summarize the story.... Apparently my friend and I "could have" ordered our cookies on the ipad looking screens to the side ourselves. And they "could have" just packed our orders... BUT.... There were no signs to do so nor did we have any guidance or acknowledgement from the chatty employees by the register. So we just stood there waiting and wasting our time. The kicker was.... When she finally DID take our order, she turned the screen over to us to put a tip on our bill. I did... because I usually give a tip, but my friend with me asked.... Why did you give a tip? They totally didn't deserve it. This is from a girl usually tips even better than I do... I thought about this comment afterwards and she's right. They totally didn't deserve it. Moral of my story, yelpers --- if you ever come here, (1) there are iPads to the corner of the store. Go there and place your orders. The ones by the register are only for show. (2) don't tip them unless you feel they really deserve it. (3) if you happen to get a mushy cookie middle like I did, leave it to harden the next day and it'll taste better. read more

I have frequented this location since they opened. Love the weekly selection of cookies although my pocket and belly suffer lol. Employees are always friendly and place is clean. I try to do more of the curbside as this location tends to get overcrowded with customers. Today I thought I was good when I drove up and there was hardly anyone at the moment. Parked car and then BAM 7 people walk in before me and stand in the line for a box of cookies. Sometimes the employees are wearing masks. Not well designed for Covid footage restrictions. read more

Pleasantly surprised by how good these crumbl cookies are. They were so fresh and warm. No old or stale aftertaste in these cookies whatsoever. That has been the biggest disappointment in these new cookie bakeries that have been popping up everywhere. Crumbl changes their cookie menu weekly but I was able to try the Kit Kat and chocolate chip cookies. I like that they change their cookie menu weekly because there is always something new. I came an hour before closing and they were sold out of most options so I wasn't able to try the sour patch cookie.
