To be honest, I wasn't initially impressed and didn't understand the hype I was seeing on Instagram. Fast forward to now, I noticed they built a location in one of the best plazas in Davie. First time at this location, probably won't be back. Upon entrance I was not greeted , i was actually the first one to speak and say "Hello" which the baker/cashier did not respond back with a greeting. When i entered there was no one in the store and the two workers were just talking amongst each other. The cashier only asked if i was picking up, i responded with no i want to place an order for the Cowboy Cookie. He said "Ok". Then, asked again what i wanted with a very monotone uninterested voice. Afterwards, i walked to the pick up counter and he just side-eyed me and the other baker and female gave me my cookie in a chocolate stained dirty box, and slide it on the table closed. Which at other locations they show you the cookie then close the box and say "Have a great day" or something similar. But , I said thank you and she stayed quiet. - Overall i had better experiences at other locations , won't come back here. I am a very understanding person. Especially when it comes to food service worker's attitudes because work can get busy and stressful at times. I'm working a show at the Broward Center and the cast is obsessed with these cookies! They have made 2 large purchases of cookies over the week and what is great is that knives are distributed and cast members take pieces of different cookies to get a sample. By far, my favorites are the chocolate with peanut butter. This cookie tastes like a peanut butter cup. Second up is the sugar cookie with pink frosting. This review is strictly for observations on the actual handling of the food items, which is reason for the 1 star. Although the young ladies in the store were polite enough, I did notice that they were touching the cookies, with gloves on, instead of using the spatula to transfer the cookies from the baking sheets or fridge to the to go boxes. Wearing the same gloves to touch the boxes, door handles and everything else. The idea of the cross contamination makes me uneasy. I sadly did not witness them put on a fresh pair of gloves to touch the cookies. I also don't see why they need to touch the cookies at all, when there are spatulas and I saw them using the spatula at times. I suggest ordering ahead from Crumbl Cookies. They get extremely busy and I had to wait much longer than I should have for my order. I just got three of their milk chocolate cookies. They have a rotating menu weekly but they always have this flavor cookie. The staff seemed a little frazzled. I would be too with all those customers waiting. I liked the simplicity of the restaurant, and the quick process of placing an order. As we walked in, we were greeted and given 2 options of ordering (through the kiosk or with an associate). We decided to order with an associate. The young lady who helped us was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable of the menu. She gave great suggestions on what to order. As soon as our order was placed, within less than 5 mins, our order was ready. The cookies are so big and soft (which I consider a win-win combo). My favorite cookie was the banana pudding cookie. The thickness of the cookie matched well with the creaminess of the banana pudding on top. It was just the right amount of sweetness. I love their simple logo and how quickly it is to order their cookies in store (they have a register and also two touchpads for self ordering). They are constantly changing their cookie flavors every Sunday and always brings out a new flavor or two. Their cookies are more like a cake mixed with cookies, as they are very thick and rich. I personally really love the chocolate chip cookie that stays on their menu every week and doesn't go away! I would definitely recommend at least trying if you're a cookie lover, but it may not be what you're used to as far as a traditional cookie. read more

Then I heard my name from a sweet staff, "Kara" And boom! I got my cookies. Once I got into the car, my mom and I had a little of piece of the oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. Soooo I have heard amazing things about this place and I wish I tried last week when they had the strawberry cookies but I finally gave in!! I got the red velvet, banana creme, and peanut butter. These are very rich and dense cookies and they are huge. You definitely get your monies worth in regards to quantity. The customer service was good as well. I made my order through the app and called after because I wanted to make some changes and they were great and responsive. The app is also very easy to maneuver. I wasn't in love with the cookies unfortunately, I wanted something more gourmet, gooey, and that melts in your mouth.. these cookies almost remind me of cake because they are so dense and rich.. and you will definitely want water after.. you can not eat all cookies in one sitting. I came during their grand opening/ free cookie day event. There was a line going out the door but it was moving very quickly. I didn't feel too comfortable going into the store after being invited by one of the employees to come in. There were signs for social distancing but it is difficult to do when there is 20 people in a small area. The ordering process was quick and painless. There are two screens where you can place your order. The cashiers offered us the free cookie for having the app downloaded. I'm sure they were tired of saying it by the time we got there but they were very friendly. I understand that there was a mad rush for the employees to get the orders out. We asked if we could stand outside and wait but they said it was better to wait inside so you can hear your name be called. We designated a sacrificial vaccinated member of our group to stand inside and wait. These cookies are HUGE. They were baked fresh and to perfection. I would have actually preferred their catering size cookies. The packaging for their cookie boxes are on point and very protective. They sell milk to eat with your cookies if you need it. Overall, in taste the cookies had a good texture. I got a 4 pack + my free cookie. They lay the icing on thick. Which is nice for some but I prefer mine to be a little bit lighter.
