The cookies are 100% delicious, fresh with a nice variety of flavors to keep it interesting. What I love is that they have a standard, fixed menu (chocolate chip rotating with semi sweet chocolate chip, brownie batter, pink sugar cookie, Oreo cookie, snickerdoodle, and celebration cake batter) plus a weekly menu that drops every Monday. I have used Instacart a couple times with no problem... the one time I placed an order through their app for pickup was less seamless. I placed my order on a Sunday with a time to pick up in the morning the following day. The app reminded me to pick up the cookies, but I was disappointed to learn that 2 of the flavors weren't yet available. I was told by one of the workers who I called over the phone that they would be ready by 4 in the afternoon. The flavors not in stock were 2 of the weekly drops, so I opted to wait until the afternoon. Although a little bit of a delay, not the end of the world, but it was a small hiccup. It seems they were not very prepared for the new drop. Asides from that issue, I have nothing but positive things to say. The store seemed pretty clean and the service was friendly. The cookies were really good and we enjoyed them for Mother's Day. However, when my husband checked the receipt, we noticed several additional charges besides tax that were unclear and not explained. First will have to say Crumbl cookies are not as good as people make them out to be. Second, 99.99% of the time the cookies will look better when advertised on their official social media accounts vs. in person. Third, it feels like all cookies are just sugar cookies, they all taste the same except for the different frostings on each one. That seems to be the only thing that changes in every cookie. I am so so disappointed, at this location when I went, I asked the worker if I could have a Caramel Praline cookie. He said yes, charged me for the cookie, then went to go get it. When he came back he said they were OUT of the cookie. First, why did he say yes to me asking for one if they didn't even have some. He then said he had it in the mini version which he told me after paying. I wasn't there for a mini version, I was there for one regular sized one. As if things couldn't get worse, when I saw what the cookie looked like, it didn't look at all how it looked online! It didn't matter that it was the mini version, they always have other regular sized cookies that never look the way they look online. They really do catfish their products! I do think crumbl is overhyped, it's once in a blue moon they actually release a decent tasting cookie, but maybe this location lacks in making them because the cookies here always look dull. read more

I have tried at least 10 different flavors over a few years, and... they LOOK good. Whether they TASTE good or not is completely unpredictable. Some flavors I genuinely liked - banana nut and iced peanut butter come to mind - but most were mid or just completely bad. The bake is terrible. There is no textural consistency between the different flavors. Majority are under-baked. Aside from that, they are just generally not good. How can a staple like chocolate chip or iced sugar be bad at a place that only sells cookies? This is not a dig on this location. It's company-wide. Take your money to Butter Pecan, their cookies are better in every way. read more

This facility is so dirty that it's alarming. I'm surprised the board of health has not cited them. At one point this was my family's weekend treat. Every Friday I would come home with a 4 pack of Crumbl cookies. I stopped coming here about 2-3 month ago because the place was so dirty. Well I picked up my grandchildren today and decided to take them to Crumbl for a weekend treat. They were excited. I was excited. I just knew after several months the manager must have noticed by now that the place needed a real good cleaning. To my surprise, it was still filthy but of course worse. THEY DO NOT CLEAN. The floors, the walls, the equipment, the glass doors, everything was ridiculously dirty. Never again. This is my 2bd review and it's obvious to me Crumbl does not care.. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick. I didn't want to take a picture of the employees or customers so I only took pictures of the floor. They're closed on Sundays, take the day and clean. Maybe one Sunday a month do a building overall. This is just too much to say you care about your customers. read more

Attended Opening Day. There was a small line formed outside but it went by quickly. We used the kiosk near the front door to order - it was seamless and convenient. Don't even get me started in crumbl cookies. It's deserves a 1 star for how bad it is for you, but every cookies I've had has been devilishly good! A little crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. If you take it to go and let them sit for a day or so... pop in the microwave for about 20 secs and it like you just got it fresh! My go to is the chocolate chip. But, if I'm feeling sexy on a cheat day I'll try and new flavor. Another one that sticks out is the lemon cheesecake. Was in Cordelia/Fairfield having lunch at Sushi King. Saw the store Crumbl, cookies looked good, so thought I'd try some. I was the only customer there, asked for a sample to see if they were good, and worth the $3.99 for a small cookie. Was told no free samples.......that surprised me. I remember when Mrs Fields opened up, they were always giving free samples. I can get free tastes at a Baskins Robbins ice cream store. alse free samples at the deli....in fact most places offer free samples. So why not Crumbl? Ordered catering and exceeded expectations! Loved my cookies and so did my gathering!

I was excited for crumbl cookies but was underwhelmed. The box is so cute and the cookies are really big. They look better than they taste in my opinion. This week's menu included chocolate caramel, strawberry shortcake, and banana bread. I got a classic chocolate chip that is offered weekly. Chocolate chip: 8/10- freshly baked out of the oven, soft and warm with milk chocolate chips Chocolate caramel: 7/10- expected stronger chocolate flavor, cake like texture, would have liked if the caramel was more buttery. The caramel exploded/melted on top of my chocolate caramel cookie. Strawberry ice cream bar: 6/10- tasted like those prepackaged sugar cookies from the grocery stores, looked better than it tasted Banana bread: 7.5/10- hint of banana in the cookie, good cream cheese frosting, slight notes of cinnamon with brown sugar on top I think they are overhyped, but worth trying because this is just my opinion. The chocolate chip is solid and a classic that you can't go wrong with if you don't know what flavor to choose. I was just underwhelmed by the roll out flavors, which I had high hopes for. As for the service, it can improve. I walked in and was welcomed by a worker in the front. I walked to the pick up area and three more customers came in. I was upset when one of the workers approached us and asked one of the customers who walked in after me for their name but didn't attend to me when I arrived first. However, another worker eventually came out and called my name with my box of cookies since I was #1 in line based on the app. He showed me the cookies before closing the box. I don't know how the caramel in the cookie ended up melting all over by the time I came home. Maybe due to it being a warm cookie, the caramel exploded in the box. The workers seemed shy and were just looking at the customers without saying anything. They were mainly rolling out dough and the worker in the front started dancing out of nowhere to fill the awkward silence plus background music.
