I was pleasantly surprised at how good the cookies are here. When you walk in you are promptly greeted by the staff. The store is clean and cool, which is nice during the summer months. I'm never in the store long because my order is always prepared super quick. The cookies actually look like the pictures too. I will keep coming back! Highly recommended. read more

This is the location closest to where I live and that is dangerous! I've ordered through and app and walked in to order neither time did I have much of a wait if at all. The service has been excellent each time. I have no idea how the employees are able to work there id have no self control (i love cookie dough). The cookies that I've gotten the times i have gone have been spot on including the chocolate chip that's always in the rotation. Time to accept I'll just never be skinny again. If you've ever been to a crumbl cookies then you know how it goes. Pricy cookies that at times aren't "all that" but sometimes worth the hassle. It's pretty hit or miss with this chain. Love that they change it up with their cookies but sometimes I wish they kept a certain flavor. Pretty cool they keep expanding also. I'll always visit a crumbl when I've got that gourmet cookie craving. read more

Honestly this is my first time coming to crumbl and was super disappointing. I'm a graveyard worker, and came with one of my friends after work around 9:24. It looks like they haven't cleaned the place in MONTHS-YEAR! It really felt unsanitary and left me wondering if that's how they keep most of their baking utensils as well. The cookies looked good but made me lose my appetite because of how dirty everything was. I have tried at least 4 times with this place. I understand when items get sold out. But today was it. Crumbl cookie is not worth the $. Employees who want to just chat instead of actually putting in an effort to make the cookies look nice. This looks like a child made these. Not worth the cost. These were for a birthday. Decided to try these cookies after hearing the hype. I pre-ordered on the app so that it would be ready when I got there. They make cookies to order, so it's fresh. Staff are friendly. Cookies were big and pretty. Some were creative and wanted to try them all. They only had six flavors to choose from. It changes every week except that chocolate chip is always on the menu. They had French toast, almost everything bagel, iced oatmeal, pink sugar and milk glaze with fruity pebbles. These cookies are expensive and very sweet. I've cut these cookies into quarters and you can see that some of them were still raw in the middle because it's a different color. Cookies are thicker than normal ones so these needed a little more time in the oven. My favorite from all 6 was the everything bagel cookie. I love that it's different. Icing is a lot so a little goes a long way. Glad I tried them. Not going to return for myself. I would still recommend it as it would be great as a gift or to bring to a party to share with others. I like the idea, but it's not for me. read more

Listen, if you're looking to watch your sugar intake or calories in general.. don't go here. This is a business that sells bigger-than-your-palm sized cookies with all kind of add-in's and toppings. That's their whole shtick. Now as far as location goes, I think it's perfectly fine. I've never received a "bad" cookie from this location and I haven't personally experienced bad service. Does it seem like the staff is a little shy? Yeah, but they all look young and like this is potentially their first job, or at least first job is food service. But the service isn't anything to complain about honestly. The only gripe I have it presentation and the only reason I have that gripe is because I've visited 3 other locations (some more than once) and the cookies I received from those locations were like picture perfect cookies. Coming from working in food service, the food looking good is a big part of what the customer is purchasing. From this location, my cookies looked a little on the sloppier side, but since it was a week after this location opened, I figure it's a kink that will work itself out as experience grows and business levels. Will I go back to this location? Absolutely. It's definitely a perk that I don't have to drive 30+ minutes to Vacaville and I can just drive about 10-15 to Fairfield. read more

Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. We agreed to bring fresh flowers in for the top of the cake and a gold crown cake topper we purchased. We dropped both items off the evening before our event. The princess birthday cake turned out nearly exactly how we wanted it. The style was elegant and they included a nice, sutle glittery sheen to the cake as well. The cake was moist, not too sweet (just how I like it), and was quite tasty. For the filling, we requested strawberries. Unfortunately, they included very little strawberries for the cake's filling. They did include a ton of fresh whipped cream more so than strawberries, which was disappointing for the amount of money we spent on the cake. Initially the customer service we experienced was pretty good. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable, even when we spoke on the phone. On the pick-up day, however, our multi-tiered cake was given to us in a donut box and not an actual cake box. That being said, the donut box was not closed around the cake, exposing it to the elements. My husband asked if they could place the cake in an actual cake box, but the worker said the donut box was all they had and handed it over to him. I'm very grateful for Fantasy Cakes being available to make my daughter's birthday cake on such a short notice.
