Star bread in Fairfield is awesome. This is my go to Filipino snack when visiting my dentist. The service is great per usual no complaints here. The ambience is a walk-in bakery. That is the smell of everything Filipino.

Had to make a stop at one of my favorite bakery for the Señorita Bread. Got there about 11am, no lines and was able to pick up 80 pieces of their original ones and ate a few of them on the long drive back to the Bay Area. They also have some with filling, such as Pineapple, Caramel, & Strawberry Cream Cheese to name a few. Haven't tried those yet. If you haven't tried them, you need to. You cant just eat one!!!

Yesterday, I ate Hopia Baboy while working from home. I thought it was hair that came from my head and I just did not notice because it was on top of the hopia. I continued eating. Today, I was eating my Hopia Ube when I found hair embedded inside the hopia. I feel sick to my stomach now that I realized the hair from yesterday is not from my own head.

    Hot and fresh Senorita Bread!

If you've never had Senorita Bread before, you are truly missing out on an experience! Starbread is a Filipino bakery with locations across CA. Not to be mistaken with Mexican food...as Jo Koy says Filipinos are the Mexicans of Asia lol The signature product of Starbread is the Senorita Bread, a soft, lightly buttered and slightly sweet pastry. The aroma alone is a mouthwatering vanilla scent. This Starbread location has never failed us. The quality has always been excellent, as the Senorita Bread comes out hot and fresh. You can buy many different sizes for a reasonable price, and they make a fantastic, quick, on-the-go potluck or party contribution. We prefer this location to Vacaville where they seem to reheat old product, and the texture can be hard. Our kids love Starbread! Especially our 4-year old who has been requesting a batch every week now...Works well to bribe them sometimes lol...thank you Starbread for tantalizing our taste buds!

No line on a weekday at noon. Lady in the front took a few minutes to notice me, but once she did she immediately asked what I would like. Within a few minutes she had a fresh box of seniorita bread for me - a box of 40. Lots of different types of snacks were being sold as well, but everyone comes for the bread. I remember the original location in Vallejo. This place has the same sweetness, but with slightly bigger pieces (yay!) but a bit overcooked and darker (nay.) Definitely will be returning whenever I need a hot fresh box of some sweet bread, but will forever reminisce about the good old cheap days.

We love star bread. We've gone to the one in Vallejo for years and it's the best. We discovered they had one here in Fairfield as well and it's almost as good as the one in Vallejo. It is very organized and has a variety of breads and a couple other goodies to choose from. The service is okay. They keep it short and simple but give serve you fresh señorita bread pretty quickly. The inside is quiet and clean. We'll have to stop by again soon!

Starbread is an absolute staple of a place. Once you've had señorita bread you'll be immediately addicted. Bread is always fresh and hot.

I've heard of the famous senorita bread so I had to try it for myself and it lived up to the hype! I got a box of 15 for $12 because there is a $10 minimum for using a credit card but I didn't mind because more than half of the box is already gone. These are a crowd pleaser and I will definitely be back for more. These are so delicious while warm so sneak one right when they hand you the box because it's the perfect temperature. Then just pop them into the toaster oven or air fryer for a bit to warm them up later.

The señorita bread is always hot, sweet and fresh. I ordered 50 pieces for my family on a Saturday morning and they were ready immediately. I have always loved coming here since I was a teenager and I am glad to see that they are still in business. This is definitely a once in a while treat for me, but I cannot wait for my next visit. Service is always friendly and polite! I was so excited to get my box that I forgot to take a photo of the food! I always savor a piece with a cup of hot coffee or milk, and my kids love it with scrambled eggs and bacon. The señorita bread is perfect for office breakfast, weekend brunch, parties or for eating by yourself!

Senorita bread has always been a win, dating back to when we were first introduced to them over three decades ago in Vallejo. Glad there is a Starbread in Fairfield and other Bay Area locations. The Fairfield bakery provides good service and excellent baked good. I also buy the pan de Sal, hopia, ensaymada, and more. You can expect your senorita bread to be piping hot, straight out of the oven. Excellent go-to and always a win with friends and family visiting from out of state. While Starbread is a Filipino bakery, you will see many ethnicities at this bakery which says a lot. Support small, Filipino-owned businesses like this one!

    Carioca!!!
    Kim T.

The hype for señorita bread is real, but I get it... BUT the star of my show? Carioca! I've always looked forward to these at family gatherings or when my Mom decided to bring me a treat when I was in elementary/middle school. Finally, I got the chance to try the carioca from Starbread and it was just like I remembered. Fragrant from the caramelized sugar with a touch of crisp upon first bite and then you're introduced to the bit of greasy and chewy goodness. Just divine and four carioca balls per skewer provides just enough of an indulgence. $2 a pop! I'll be back to grab some señorita bread again soon. Keep supporting these local businesses, friends! xo

Both savory and sweet offerings are amazing! The pastries/sweets that I have tried are delectable- specifically, the macarons, cannoli, eclairs and cropuffs. The baked goods and sandwiches are consistent, fresh and delicious. I love the smoked salmon sandwich with egg (add bacon and avocado) which comes with a fresh side salad. My latest obsession is the poke tuna avocado toast on sourdough bread. For my supervisors going away potluck I decided to order an array of pastries and they did not disappoint.... Dubai chocolate cheesecake, Oreo croissant cheesecake, cannolis, cropuffs, etc. Service is prompt and friendly. There's adequate seating considering the space is tiny! There are about 3 moderate sized tables and a seating bar with individual stools if I recall correctly. Overall worth checking out!

I'm usually someone who can only eat a bite or two of cupcakes because they tend to be overwhelmingly sweet, but these were much more enjoyable. They were still a little sweeter than my personal preference, but not in an overpowering way--I almost finished my entire cupcake, which rarely happens. Everyone else loved theirs as well. The pricing felt fair, and the person working behind the counter was very friendly. My only suggestion would be making it a little clearer that the bakery and coffee shop share the same space. As a first-time customer, it was a little hard to tell which business was which. Overall, great cupcakes, friendly service, and definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Famous Creations has a bunch of sweets including cupcakes, cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, and custom cakes. This inside of their space is open, and quite empty. The decor is cute, but overall the space feels a little incomplete. I got the Ube Tres Leches after wanting a sweet treat after lunch! Their Tres Leches has good components of a good Tres Leches: moist cake soaked in milk with a creamy whipped cream on top. However, the milk did not appear to be evenly absorbed across my portion of cake, as some sections remained without any milk. The cake also seemed to be the only thing ube flavored, so overall the ube flavor was lacking. The cake in general was yummy, but was not my favorite as an ube tres leches. Their desserts overall look great and their custom cakes are super cute! I hope to try other items in the future.
