Cookies were delicious! However not a single employee talked to us the entire time. You walk in and place your order at a screen and then they just hand the order to you. We had never been to a Crumbl cookie and just thought this was super strange and impersonal when you're paying $15 for four cookies. Like I mentioned though, the cookies themselves were delicious!

Crumbl - this is my 2nd visit ever and first at this location. We we were very pleased with the quality and flavor, nothing quite like it - currently in a sugar coma. It's a special week with the Kardashian (cringe) cookies, and man they were slammed. We ordered and split two - the Cookie Dough and Cookies + Cream Skillet. The Skillet was apparently the most popular bc they were all out and baking more, letting us all know it would be a 10 minute wait or giving us the option to order another instead (which we appreciated the option), decided to wait on it. They gave it to us straight out the oven but did not add the cream scoops on top, we noticed in the car when about to leave and went back in to request it. They said they were worried it would melt since it was so hot, which we understood and they then offered it on the side. We also had to ask for the chocolate drizzle. I would have been fine to wait for it to be made properly, it was awkward going back in and asking then asking again for the drizzle, but we are so glad we did bc it really made the cookie! While I loved them both, the cookie & cream is an absolutely MUST try, I hope they keep it or offer it again! I felt the cookie dough was too sweet (yes, I think too much sugar can ruin a sweet thing)!

Really good cookies when you're in the mood for an indulgent treat. The cookies are relatively large, always quite sweet, and with some creative flavor options. The smaller cookies that are on display are only for catering when you order large quantities. The regular cookies are definitely large enough to share with someone else--but I always eat the whole thing myself! Admittedly the cookies are a little pricey. But they're also decadent and delicious. I have found that at times they can be a little dry, but that's probably mostly about timing. The Waffle cookie I had today was really good, though quite dry out toward the edges. I was a little surprised that the "maple syrup" they provided with this clever cookie was really "table syrup" that consisted of corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup along with coloring and artificial flavoring. But I can't really complain that the syrup was basically garbage ingredients when I'm indulging on a couple big, sweet cookies! The Iced Oatmeal cookie was also a bit dry, especially at the edges. The flavor was good overall without overpowering sweetness. It didn't really strike me as having much in the way of actual oats or oatmeal flavor, but it was a good sweet treat all the same. The staff is generally friendly, though often it feels like for most of them it is their first day on the job and they're a little confused. But you'll likely forget about that the moment you get your cookies and have your first sweet bite.

I was pretty excited to see Crumbl Cookies in Franklin. I recently discovered this bakery in Centrsl Florida and LOVE their cookies. They are a little expensive but well worth every penny. I stopped by hoping to purchase two cookies and was disappointed to hear that they did not have single or double cookie boxes on hand. I had to purchase four cookies or have no cookies. Forcing customers to over purchase because you did not have boxes felt like a bad business practice. I decided to make the purchase because I promised the cookies to a friend and I didn't want to show up empty handed. The cookies that I purchased were as delicious as I expected them to be. Some days I really wish my friend hadn't been so generous and dropped a box of Crumbl cookies off at my doorstep when I was having a rough day. But she did, and now I am in love. Every time I get a box, I get a chocolate chip and a chilled sugar cookie (which is probably my favorite), and then two of whatever weekly flavor happens to float my boat. Today it was the Reese's Pieces and Dirt Cake and let me just tell you... a lot of times I don't love a chocolate based cookie but this Dirt Cake cookie is what dreams are made of. I seriously wish I never found this place! It's ridiculously good. Someone gave us a 4 pack, and we were hooked. Since then we have bought them for ourselves, neighbors, family and friends! Everyone is a fan! The cookies are GIGANTIC! But even being so large, they don't lose their great flavor. It is somewhat like eating a cookie bar/cookie. All the flavors have been great - but their chocolate chip and M&Ms are still favorites. The price is great! We have even have this delivered in other states and have had a good experience. Curbside has been a great feature as well. read more

Love Crumbl cookies, hate this location. It is run by a bunch of children who don't know how to do their jobs or talk to customers in a professional manner. We placed a delivery order at 7:50pm & it said they would be here in 30 minutes. It is now 9:10pm and we have no cookies, so we called to cancel the order. A kid answered the phone laughing, and the background noise of their coworkers laughing at something made it very hard to hear/understand her. We then got passed to a "manager" who was no more professional than the other kid who answered the phone. Normally in this kind of situation the employee or manager would be apologetic or explain why the delivery is so delayed - nope, none of that. Get your Crumbl from a different location! read more

We love crumbl, however, this location is out of cookies 100% of the time. We are 9 out of 9 on the last 9 visits with them being out of stock. It was once funny, now it's not. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. It's a running joke among friends, everyone knows they are always out & to go to the one off OHB. Today, they are out of 3 cookies and it's only noon. I had to get a refund because the cookies weren't even marked out of stock. However, if you go to the Brentwood or West End they are never out. read more

After the long wait, I finally went and tried the famous Crumbl cookie. All I can say is wow!! I tried the Oreo cookie and was stunned at how good it was. It was huge so was easy to split between 2 people! I believe their cookie flavors change weekly which is also neat! highly recommend this place! read more

Yogurt was ok. Cookie was great! Price is expensive for what you get. I understand why they charge. Because there were tons of people going through when I was there. Now all that being said I would probably have given this place three stars, but when I asked for a spoon, for my frozen yogurt they said they did not have any. They had forks. Now maybe they just ran out but they did not say they just ran out. So I find this embarrassing and sad that it might be normal for a place that sells yogurt to be out of spoons. They had enough workers there that they could have sent someone to get spoons. Seriously Ice cream, yogurt, custard, sherbet, and anything else that comes in cups or cones and is frozen or very cold, it is probably a good idea to have spoons! read more

Great cookies don't get me wrong but it was a very strange experience. I walked in and not a peep of acknowledgment from a single one of the 5 employees. I turned to the kiosk and typed in my order. Yes, very quick and easy, but nothing an employee standing two feet away couldn't do. Not to add, I was asked for a tip by this screen... what is that for? Does the tip go to the computer? Because I was definitely not going to tip the employees as I did 90% of the work myself and I felt like I was in this strange silent world. Great idea if you are mute or antisocial but the lack of communication or any source of welcoming is not for me. read more

Everyone who has tried Crumbl, loves Crumbl. Unfortunately, if you come to this Franklin location you will not have much luck trying them. They are consistently sold out and from what I gather and the location is not managed well. My most recent visit today (Friday) was just after 5PM and the only cookie available was Milk Chocolate Chip. Very surprising that a location that is open late night would have such a limited selection at this point in the evening. The member of the team who greeted me explained they are "understaffed" while I counted 9 employees. 9! They must be incompetent or mismanaged; not understaffed. read more

I was very disappointed in my experience this morning. I placed an order yesterday to pick up at 8 AM this morning to bring to a work meeting. When I got there at eight, they hadn't even started baking cookies for the day even though they were open. Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

The shop is cutesy with pink walls and a little social media worthy photo op on one of the walls. Lines are hit or miss. I either walk by and nobody is there or it's a long line. I can't say service at this location has ever been noteworthy. It's more just moving people through the line. They offer mini and regular sized donuts. I love, love, love that they offer mini donuts. I've never been a big fan of their donuts, but the winter donuts may have changed my mind. My favorites have been Sugar Cookie and Gingerbread Latte. I enjoyed the buttery, flaky layers. I also grabbed an iced sugar cookie and that was delicious. For drinks they offer coffees and a case with sparkling waters, juice, and canned coffee. Five Daughters is worth a try if you find yourself near a location.

The staff were patient and helpful as I asked questions and considered all my options. I had forgotten that they brew Nashville's own 8&R spresso!! Their 16oz drinks come with four shots - coffee lovers like me will appreciate the strength! Most of their syrups are Monin, I think maybe I saw 1 housemade. What really sets this place apart is the charming farmer's market-style vibe. Besides food, coffee and fresh-baked pastries, they offer their own delicious sourdough and focaccia loaves to go, and a very thoughtful selection of local items - like organic Amish eggs ($6/dozen - unreal price right now and I saw they reuse the cartons/place to return them - heartwarming), bone broths, small-batch sauces, and so much more. I loved spotting a whole shelf of Republic of Tea bags, sold individually so you can sample new flavors before committing to a full tin. You can tell everything is chosen with care both in quality and with a community focus. Franklin Bakehouse is one of those places that just makes you feel good the moment you walk in. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had thumbprint cookies. I'm a huge fan of thumbprint cookies. There's something so nostalgic about them from when I was a child. What makes their thumbprint cookies the best is that they make them with caramel! Most bakeries don't sell thumbprint cookies and that ones that do, I've never seen them with caramel. These are little amazing nuggets of goodness! If their shortbread was a little more tender, it would probably be the #1 bakery item, I've ever had. The magic is in the caramel! It's so soft, gooey and perfectly sweet. It's the perfect pairing with the lightly sweetened shortbread. Since I had the cookies, I haven't stopped thinking about them. Let me start by saying I love. Crumbl cookies. I go almost weekly to try a new flavor. My biggest issue is they always seem to be sold out of at least two flavors every time I'm there even though there are 3-4 people actively making cookies. They need better management. I'm sure they sell a lot of cookies but think about how many you would sell if you kept ALL flavors stocked. I was there about 2 hours ago and they were out of two flavors that I went there to get.
