Being new to Nashville, I've never heard of this place. Thanks to a perfectly timed Facebook sponsored ad when I was craving something sweet late at night, I found this gem. The ad mentioned they were open until midnight so my daughter and I jumped in the car and found our way over. Simple store, they have chocolate chip and sugar cookies constantly but will have 4 flavors that vary monthly. Since it was late and I had a craving I might have gotten a bunch of cookies in a moment of weakness and tried every flavor. These cookies are freaking ginormous! Like 1 cookie will be plenty! More importantly, they are delicious! The sugar cookie is my fav so far, it has almond flavoring and it's so rare to find a bakery sugar cookie with this flavor. I love it!! Just try them! Totally worth the $$ and you won't regret it... well your thighs might but go walk a mile or 20, it's worth it, I promise!! read more

Having heard a lot about Crumbl cookies, a friend and I decided to try a cookie. Wish we had known that ordering through their app gets you preferential treatment, but standing in their lobby for so long, waiting and waiting and waiting for one cookie, afforded us the opportunity to watch cookies being made. We got to watch one girl, weighing and rolling dough, yawn over the dough without covering her mouth without a care in the world. Gross, not to mention a huge health code violation. We asked for our money back and were told that the manager would have to handle. The manager came over and asked for the name on the order. We told her. She pushed some buttons and said that we would see out refund in a few days. I told her I was not sure how that was possible as we paid with cash. So not impressed. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered (and paid for) 2 KitKat, one m and m, and one chocolate chip cookie at 9:10pm and they told me the KitKat would be 15 minutes. So I came back 15 minutes later and watched them fill at least 5 other orders that were placed AFTER mine. After waiting another 20 minutes, they finally go to fill my order and tell me they're out of m and m... I literally watched them fill orders for m and m 30+ minutes after I placed my order. They needed to prioritize who's orders they filled first. They should have filled my order with the cookies that were available and then added the kitkats when they were ready instead of filling 5+ orders that were placed after mine. I should have at least been offered a discount or something for THEIR mistake but NOPE. They need to train their workers in the proper way to handle orders. Service was a little rough. Employees looked overwhelmed and this store was out of every cookie flavor except for two when I went. My ice cream was the best part of my order. I got raspberry cheesecake and it was very good. It tasted just like the real thing. My cookie was okay too, but crumbl cookies are just very sweet and filling so I can never finish a whole cookie. read more

Every single time I come they are out of almost if not all of their flavors. This time I was notified they were out of 4 out of 5 of this weeks flavors AFTER I had already placed my order. I then had to wait in line again for a refund. I don't know why I even attempted coming because they NEVER have any of the weeks flavors. Placed an order through the app 24 hours in advance. Arrived to pick up and they were out of 2 cookies I ordered. No apology or explanation, just pick other flavors. The order was paid for and there are no options to cancel or change the quantity, so I had to make substitutions. Management needs to ensure the inventory is adequate so orders can be fulfilled. The cookies are fine, tasty and fresh, but the overall experience was disappointing. read more

I went to Crumbl Cookies in Franklin a few weeks ago, but it was such an underwhelming experience that I forgot to write a review. I drove past it today and remembered, so here I am. First, the cookies look MUCH better on their app than in person. I mean, I know all food businesses have fake foods they practically spray tan and put make up on to make them look appealing, but these cookies looked like they were made by five year olds. Second, they weren't that good--certainly not for the ridiculous price. I can make much better cookies at home for a fraction of the price of one of theirs. Third, they're always out of their daily cookies. I had checked their app before on several occasions before actually going in and all they ever had were the regular chocolate chip and sugar cookies. You're a cookie business. How do you run out of cookies? They can't be that difficult to make, so why are you always out of all your specialty cookies? You want the s'mores? Gone. The cinnamon swirl? Gone. Most of their cookies are always gone well before closing time. That's why I ended up getting the frosted sugar cookie. It was nothing special, though. It was also served chilled, which I didn't think worked well, but at least they tell you it's served chilled. Aside from the actual subpar cookie itself, at that time, Crumbl Cookies also allowed patrons to stand around coughing and breathing on everything both inside and right outside the store. I remember having to wait until a group of four unmasked women and three unmasked men who were right in front of the door left before I could go in. Because despite wearing a mask, I did not want to walk through a cloud of Covid-19. Then, inside, unmasked patrons wandered the store breathing everywhere, including the front counter. It was awful. I felt bad for having even gotten the cookie. It certainly wasn't worth it to risk all that for it. It seems Crumbl Cookies is more interested in making sales than keeping their employees and customers safe and healthy. Even though masks weren't required then, they should have been required, especially in a business that is so small. read more

Horrible service! Waited at the counter 10 minutes to pick up an order called in advance. The 4 employees working in the store wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge my existence. They served several customers right next me. After 10 minutes they still hadn't even looked at me. When I tried to get their attention the employee serving customers looked me in the face and then just turned around without asking what I needed. I ended up walking out without the order. I do not think anyone should patronize a business that will ignore people. How hard is it to acknowledge and serve paying customer? Don't ask them, it seems to be a challenge they can't handle. Bad. Went in and ordered 4 cookies and asked that the peanut butter cookie be placed separately due to an allergy. The girl proceeds to put the peanut butter cookie in the box THEN uses the same gloves (now covered in the peanut butter drizzle) to put the rest of our cookies in the same box. I explained that we asked for the PB cookie separate due to an allergy, so she takes it out and puts it in a single box. Then hands us the other box (which now has peanut butter on the outside of it, too). I explained that the PB drizzle touched the rest of the cookies since she touched the PB cookie before the others. She gave me an attitude saying that she could get me a new box, but that she wouldn't replace the other cookies that she touched with PB on her hands. The girl was incredibly rude; apparently customer service is not important to this location. read more

Money still pending on my card. Tried to call multiple times with no answer to see what the issue was. I have loved other locations and was so excited for this one to open.
