The cookies are so Big that I wanted to order the mini cookies but was told that I wasn't allowed, they were only for your catering menu. I was always a 5 star for crumbl until my last 3 orders they've been sold out when I get there to pick up my already ordered order.. they should call to let you know they're out of it instead of waiting on you to get there and be like "yeah your order you placed we have none of those cookies" ... used to it would say sold out in the app and website. They don't even offer you a discount or something to make up for it and I think the ball has just been dropped by upper management and that sucks. read more

Let me start by saying I love. Crumbl cookies. I go almost weekly to try a new flavor. My biggest issue is they always seem to be sold out of at least two flavors every time I'm there even though there are 3-4 people actively making cookies. They need better management. I'm sure they sell a lot of cookies but think about how many you would sell if you kept ALL flavors stocked. I was there about 2 hours ago and they were out of two flavors advising entering customers that it would be an hour before they would have one of the flavors available! Also, the cookie I bought today was about half the size they normally are! For the price you pay the cookie should fit the box! read more

I've tried it twice and while they are good cookies I wish they had the semisweet chocolate chip on a regular basis. Milk chocolate is too sweet for me. Also, I love chocolate but at times I felt like I was bitting into a chocolate bar and not a cookie since they put too much chocolate chips in their cookies but that's just probably a personal preference. We started by ordering a 6-pack. My husband wanted to change to a Party pack & get 12. The server boxed them as 2 6-packs and charged us for 2 6-packs. I realized when we got home I'd been overcharged as we had indicated we were trying to get the 12 count Party Pack deal. I called the store and was informed because I'd walked out with 2 6-packs that I could not be refunded the difference as they charge for the boxes. So, I paid $7 for an extra box! Customer service would have informed us of the price difference and that it was better for us to get the Party Pack in one box. I'm not a huge fan of Crumbl cookies anyway, but the family hosting us had already been gifted bundtlets so we were trying to do something different. Next time we'll go with our fav. Everytime we go they are out of whatever cookie we came to get. Very annoying! We have tried different times of the day and still no luck.

The cookies were good. But we waited 20 minutes for 4 cookies. 1 choco chip, 2 chilled, 1 Oreo. All of which were already made, but had orders of 6+ in front of us. Nobody looked to know what was going on or how to work efficiently. As we were about to just ask for a refund and leave, they finally called our name. Will not be returning. To top it off, 2 of the only 5 cookies they had (and what we came for) were "sold out" at 6:45pm. Horrible experience. We could have baked our own cookies in less time. Really disappointing first experience. We left a nice tip when checking out too... very disappointed. read more

Cute little cookie shop. It was easy to order at their little iPads and seemed like a lot of people ordered online as well which I noticed they delivered to people's cars. The time ordering and receiving our order we were out in about five minutes. It's neat to see all of them working and making the cookies fresh. Cookies were pretty good. Purchased the sugar cookie and the molten lava cookie. Husband said the molten lava cookie was kinda dry but that could be because he didn't eat it warm like it came. The sugar cookie was more of a shortbread tasting cookie. It was good but probably won't get it again. I for sure will be back to purchase and try the others. read more

We absolutely LOVE Crumbl Cookies! We've enjoyed them a few too many times and they are my go-to for gifts! Curbside option is wonderful as is the delivery system! I love the bright white interior that has a modern day Charlie & the Chocolate Factory feel. It smells heavenly as you walk inside and the staff is super friendly and top notch Customer service. My favorite cookie has to be the Iced Sugar. I love that it is served chilled. Other honorable mentions are M&M & any of the Peanut butter options. But you definitely cannot choose wrong. First of all let me say, my family loves Crumbl Cookie. Unfortunately the Franklin store lacks in managing their cookie inventory. Each time we would try to grab cookies they were out of at least 1/2 the menu. Then I thought I was smart when I ordered at noon for a 6:30-70pm pickup. Arrived at 6:50pm and they had just run out of one of 2 of the cookies on my order. They told me I could choose 2 others or wait 10 minutes. As I type this at 3:20 on a Saturday they are currently out of 4 of the 6 cookies. The store in Brentwood has all of them available and Hillsboro is 2 of 6. Franklin needs to get their act together, there is no reason to have this issue when the cookies are made on site. read more

The WORST customer service seen in my life. One lady with red hair, who looked like the only one pulling weight there. If you order at a kiosk good for you, because they prioritize money in the store instead of all their customers. In my experience as an Uber, Doordash, and Grubhub driver. When you come in, stand there for 30 minutes and nobody at the counter. The COUNTER. Talks to you, do you just assume I'm standing there or do you care to say anything and ask me what I might be there for. Then I ask you, after you serve 30 groups (not individuals) no joke. If you have an Uber order I am picking up just to tell me you are out. While I sit there and watch you serve those 30 groups what I was there to pick up. How could I not be frustrated, you sat there and stared at me at your counter while you served your paying customers. But your Uber orders and everyone else sits there until you are ready to tell them. It's not hard, you had 1 person in the store. Me. You didn't even ask me if I needed help. I even pulled a card out like I was ready to pay right there. I can't believe that. read more

dangerously delicious - i don't care for the ones with a lot of icing but i love their peanut butter cookies and the ones made with oreo pieces! the first cookie i ever had was a butter cookie filled with nutella, and it was divine! reminded me of the old magic middle cookies from back in the day. i keep hoping i'll catch that one again but alas it has been a few years and i have yet to see it return. read more
