I placed an order in my Crumbl app at 530pm for a 7pm curbside pickup. When I arrived and checked in, there was a line of at least 10 people out of the door waiting for their orders. I waited 10 minutes after checking in before I walked in to see the status of my order, which wasn't even listed on the screen as "in progress". When I asked an employee about it (there were a total of 4 that I could see working), he stated that my order was probably so low that it was off of the screen. I promptly cancelled my order and walked next door to Nothing Bundt Cakes and purchased a Bundlet. I have purchased Crumbl almost weekly at home in Indiana and I have never seen such a poor execution of orders. read more

Well my saga with the greedy company continues. Since my last review and talking with the person who said she was a regional manager I am not getting the refund I was told I would get. There is some kind of technical issue and Crumbl is blaming this on my bank. Well it's strange to me how one of my two purchases could be refunded. Of course the lowest price order. I only want my $5.27 that I spent on a cookie that was so hard I could not eat it. But ok I guess they need all the money they can get so I'm out money for the crappy product. These are cake cookies. HUGE, Pillowy soft, and warm. They do offer cookies that are cold but they will tell you. I came on opening day and was impressed with the store's structure and operation of an opening. However, they ran out of two cookies which was a bit of poor planning. I would definitely come back. My advice is by the four cookies as you get an additional based upon price. I would also check to see if you could see the upcoming cookie list as they get very creative. read more

I celebrated this past Christmas with family where I was introduced to the Crumbl cookie. IMMEDIATE obsession thanks to their peppermint bark cookie!! Ohh myyy... So you can imagine my excitement when I heard of their grand opening in Gastonia! Today I was able to visit their new location and get a look-see myself. The location was bright and happy, the music positive and catchy. The employees were friendly and quick on their feet. I really appreciated that I was able to watch the employees prepare and bake the cookies from scratch. It turns pastry shopping into a whole new and exciting experience. In line, I was able to use a tablet to make my order before reaching the register, which made my checkout so much quicker. I thought that was pretty neat. And now, for my order. Simple. One chocolate chip for hubby and one chocolate brownie for me. The cookie was warm, fat, and HEAVY. But the taste........ *Drool* After learning that Crumbl has rotating flavors, I was bummed to know I have to wait for my peppermint bark again. But I am sad no longer! The chocolate brownie is equal in quality, bursting with flavor, and oh so delicious. Everything from beginning to end was quality. Nice work, Crumbl. Placed an order on yelp before they opened and tried to pick up at 2:30. Order wasn't ready and said they couldn't find it. Showed them my confirmation and still waited 10 minutes.i told them i was in a hurry. I was the 2nd person in the shop. Sent me out with ice cream! Not what I ordered. Again I waited. The cookies were ok but definitely not worth the price! Two were not good, super hard and cold. My review isn't necessarily about the cookies cause this was my "giving a second chance" at this place to see if maybe I showed up on a "bad day" my first time there so I wasn't getting my hopes up but my main issue was I didn't get all my money/change back and All the employee could say to me was "oh well (under their breathe) I'm sorry I can't give you change back" then walks away after having a BOX full of money/change they pulled out from under the counter to Look through it and still didn't give me my change back. Then proceeded to walk away giggling with another coworker. This location is consistent on one thing and that is poor quality. Often the cookies are sloppy and they never look like they are supposed to. This last week I got a rock hard dry cookie with very little frosting. This has never happened with Crumbl. They are known for being very soft and fresh. Staff looks unhappy to be there. 2 years ago this location was much better. Not sure if there's newer management or if this is an absentee owner situation but save your $. For the cost of Crumbl you will be disappointed in this location. read more

We go once (or twice!) a week because of the weekly menu changes. The kids look forward to our Crumbl night every week. After our first week grabbing a 4-pack, we now don't know how to walk out of here without a 6-pack. We bought the quarter cutter they sell and we always get different flavors and cut them into quarters so everyone gets to try all the flavors every time.
