I'm a Crumbl fan, I've gone to Crumbl in several states and love their cookies so it pains me to write a bad review. This location is the WORST. I live 20 miles away and have come on 3 separate occasions and they are out of cornerstone cookies EVERY time. This time it was the chocolate chip, last two times the sugar cookies. I don't understand how cookies are your business and you can keep the appropriate amount of stock. That's literally the only thing you sell. The staff and management don't care either. Don't bother wasting your time driving here. read more

While I absolutely love the cookies & the taste is amazing . The employees & the curbside shouldn't even get 2 stars, I haven't left a review because I figured a one time mistake didn't deserve a bad review however we have officially placed 3 curbside orders (different months ) and all 3 times when we arrive we are told they are out of what we paid for . Nothing can be done because they aren't making more. The employees don't seem to know how to handle customers either . So while the cookies deserve 5 stars, the process is just horrible. I highly suggest going in to get the cookies (what they have left ) & if you have any issues don't bother thinking you will get any help from anyone at the store . Don't bother ordering ahead. If they're sold out by the time you get there - regardless of if you order hours ahead - they don't have it available. Drove an hour to get these cookies and left with nothing. Total disappointment for something I looked forward to all week. Some advice: Notify your customers their order is canceled before we drive all the way to pick up. Or just take away the order ahead option so you don't get their hopes up for nothing. read more

I love Crumbl, don't get me wrong. I used to drive to Plfugerville every week for some. This one needs serious help. They're always out of something, every single time I go in there. If you try and curbside always, always make sure to check your order. Mine has been wrong more than it's been right. Or they'll just forget to put the toppings on entirely and when you try and go back and say something you get a shoulder shrug and basically oh that sucks! With no offer to make it right. Now it's even worse because not only will they be out of something or make something wrong but you get the pleasure of waiting at least 45 minutes just to get it! Once they just canceled my entire order once I got there because someone had called in a catering order. Like you have 5 employees and the entire store is just going to basically be at a standstill for a catering order, what?! read more

This location is always sold out of 1 or more of the weekly feature cookies. Currently we have been standing in the store for an hour, waiting for the cookies we paid for. They told us the cookies were going to be done in 10 minutes, and it's been an hour. I *like* crumble but not the Georgetown one. They need to do a better job prepping plenty of cookies ahead of time. It's an easy solution. read more

Checked this place out after seeing it on TikTok. They did not disappoint. I used their app to order but they have two kiosks inside to order. They offer curbside and delivery at this location . They have different flavors every week. I ordered the funfetti, brownie batter golden oreo and chocolate. The warm cookies came out soft and moist. They were absolutely delicious. You can get 1 or 4 or 12. Cookies are large and smell so good. Definitely will keep trying more. Staff was super friendly and packaging is super cute. read more

cookies with a side of covid? crumbl cookies are not worth the anxiety i feel walking into a food service business that does not require masks to be worn. i went here last week wanting a treat, not expecting to see multiple customers with masks off, pulled down, and staff who were clearly uncomfortable. Was the first in line for over an hour, I can't even put this on the employees as they were working as best as they could and am sure is told my management that online orders are more important than customers in the store. So for that I was ignored for an hour waiting to just order. When I was finally helped all of the cookies were no longer available due to the online orders coming in. The location is also understaffed which again is on management so this review is purely for the company not being able to serve their customers properly and to help their employees. read more

I stopped by on Thursday the 14th around 1:00 PM and the young female was busy putting cookie boxes away and it seemed that was far more important than taking care of my order. I was the only customer but she seemed oblivious about customer service. This is not the first time I had a poor experience at this Crumble. Ordered online. Showed up at the quoted time. Was told the store was out of cookies and the order couldn't be fulfilled. Asked if I could come back in a bit but was told no cookies were in the oven. The cookies here are amazing. Much larger than I expected and so soft and delicious. We've had cookies from two other Crumbl locations and think the Georgetown location does the best job at baking the cookies perfectly. The ice cream is also good, but the cookies are the standout. First of all the large cookies are delicious, if you can get them. I have ordered from them 4 times for delivery, the second was the completely wrong order. The first one was fine and the third one was fine, and then yesterday I remembered that I had a gift card from the screw up with the second order. The website would not allow me to use my giftcard, you cannot manually put in the code and the QR code would not work. I ended up paying with my credit card received a text message that my cookies were on the way and then a cancellation text that the order could not be filled. I order these for the book club so I had to scramble to get something else from another bakery. I absolutely will not use them again unless I drive 30 minutes to the store and order in the bakery. read more
