Never had an issue with the Temple store not being able to fulfill my preorder; however, at the Georgetown location, when I went to pick up an order I placed the night before for a morning pick up, they were preparing two French toast cookies for an order that had just been placed. When they started making my box next, I was told they had just sold their last two (literally right in front of me). I understand they don't make my box until I get there but a they should be prepared to have the cookies available for preorders during the time they are scheduled to be picked up. I mean what's the point of putting in a time you are going to pick them up if it's not to assist them in planning for the availability of cookies? I've been here twice now with my sister. The cookies are absolutely amazing of course! The first time we visited we went inside the store & each ordered one cookie (we were going to split each so we could try both). Although no one else was in the store when we entered & thus were the first to order (only 2 cookies), we waited 15 minutes in the store for our cookies. The staff kept taking orders out to the cars who ordered curbside. By the time we received our cookies, the line had really backed up inside the store as they continued to prioritize curbside orders. The second time we visited the store for cookies we made sure to order on the app for curbside. They brought our cookies out right as we pulled up! My point is, order curbside on the app if you want your cookies quick! You could be waiting awhile in the store. read more

Welcome to the Apple Store for cookies. Sleek, white, and with the product laid out in a minimalistic way on the counter. Like an apple product, you pay a premium for the cookie. It is a large cookie however so the price isn't ridiculous. My wife got several flavors which, again echoing the apple theme, was well packaged. As for the taste - sugar cookie was too sweet (almond in the icing?), chocolate chip was above average, and the pumpkin one was awesome (this was cream cheese icing and much lighter in texture than the cloyingly sweet and thick icing on the sugar cookie). As a customer, Crumbl is fantastic. For the price, you get a really big cookie and their flavors change every week, so if you dislike something, just wait and it'll rotate out! They're quick to get your order done if you are there in person, but I do admit problems from a Doordasher perspective. They tend to get so many orders to go that it builds up and gets confusing fast. It's also tricky to be sure you'll get what you ordered since they do at times run out of specific options and it takes a couple hours to finish a batch. I really dislike picking up orders from here and generally decline those, but aside from that I cannot find fault with the quality of their products, their friendly employees, and their unique selection of delicious, shareable cookies! read more

I went to Crumbl today hoping to enjoy a cookie. I love Crumbl cookies and buy them occasionally. Today, when I tried to pay for a single Peanut Butter Cookie with a twenty dollar bill I was told I couldn't purchase just one cookie with a twenty. They actually refused to take my money citing company policy. I'm astounded. Not only will I not buy another box of cookies from Crumbl. I will ask family members not to either.
