So disappointed in the way our order was handled at the Georgetown location. We placed an order for a party box in advance to pick up on our way out of town- when I arrived at the location to pick up my order the lady informed me they were out of half the cookies I ordered and they just ran out. I said I preordered and when I did everything I ordered was in stock. I also asked why they didn't have the courtesy to let me know prior to me driving all the way there that they sold out of half the cookies in my order. The lady did not care and was super unfriendly. So disappointed and this location needs a better process in place. There is a reason you preorder- to ensure you get what you want but apparently it doesn't work that way there! Horrible! read more

The cookies are pretty amazing. I would think that paying so much for a cookie, you should be able to request a different topping if desired. The cotton candy cookie topping is super sweet, so I requested a different topping. I was told that there is no altering the cookies; although the topping is added when it's ordered. I am not interested in inconveniencing myself again to go to your website to post a unsatisfactory review when I've done it once. This store is will eventually fail. The kids that work there literally move like sloths as well as have zero customer service skills or personalities. The most ridiculous part about this company, is the "order and pay ahead" concept. We ordered 4 cookies and paid online yesterday for pickup in an hour. When we arrived a girl came to the car and said they were out of the French silk. I expected this because it happened before. This is a horrible way to do business. When customers take the time to order and pay ahead online, you need to reserve the cookies they order. She said we had them when you ordered. Exactly my point I said. I got the "deer-in-the- headlight" look and at that moment knew I was wasting my breath. Crumbl corporate needs to make some changes. When there are two customers in the store wanting to order 1 cookie each and 6 employees programmed to do only certain duties, and it takes 30 minutes to help them, you have staffing issues. First experience...customer service could be better, if you try to stop a staff member for questions, you get a little bit of an eye roll. They do have self checkout kiosks set up, so makes it super easy to order. I do wish they offered a half dozen option, it's either 1, 4, or 12! Seems like a missed opportunity. All the cookies are really big, definitely shareable if you want to, and super soft. Overall a great addition to the upscale dessert scene, way better than TIFF's and open late! Flavors: Poptart- never liked them as a child, but if your into them, the flavor does give you a nostalgic feel...a little gluggy Buckeye- The advertising makes it look so amazing, but it's actually just kind of meh Oreo Pumpkin - super rich, but was our favorite...great blending of flavors! Love Crumbl cookies but this location is the pits! 1st complaint I ordered for delivery and they gave me someone elses order when I called to let them know they blamed the doordash guy (nope the box was labelled with my name) gave me a partial refund but not the loyalty points that added up to $10 (we couldnt eat the cookies as we have a nut allergy) 2nd complaint I drive there today for Twix which only comes around twice a year!! I get there, the system says they have 6 available, great I need 6 - after paying the rude old lady shouts across the store that there is no twix... wait what? No we don't have any (continues from across the store) they'll be ready in an hour erm, I'll need a refund then. She came over looking displeased and then hand gestures to the young lady up front to deal with me. I ask why there system says they have 6, I get no reply at all only that they got a late start and they didnt have any ready... no apologies, no nothing just rude. So my wife randomly stopped in while on her way home from running an errand. She was pleased as soon as she walked through the doors. But the real winner was the cookies themselves..WOW, how amazing. For cookies this big they bake them PERFECT, and that's all 4 that we tried. Chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter, a Twix flavored type one, and a chocolate in chocolate one, all fantastic. I called first and asked if I could walk in to purchase or if I had to order online. The employee said I could walk in to purchase. After a thirty minute drive, they said their card swipers were down but that I could order online. Ok. So I stood there and tried to order a box of six online. It said this location wasn't available for pick up. What!? I told the young lady that I would just pay cash. She said the register wasn't working. I said I would be happy to hand her the twenty dollar bill, take the six cookies, they could ring it in later and keep the change. Then a young man said "No. We can't do that. There are cameras all around and corporate would fine us." I said I don't want anyone to do anything dishonest but recognize that you have cookies, I have cash, and we can't trade because you can't ring it up right now. I tried a few more times to order online but their computers must have crashed. The owner or manager may want to put a contingency plan in place for this type of thing. Went in for first time to order cookies as I've heard good things about their cookies. Cookies may be good but the service sucks at the Georgetown store. I ordered on the computer in-store and waited for my order after 2 people that came in after me received their orders and departed I inquired about my order. The staff looked and found my order, mostly I believe because no one seemed to know what they were doing in the store my order had been over looked. The customer service at this location was awful. We placed a curbside order on Thursday for a Saturday pickup. We received a text directing is to text back when we arrive to pick up our order. We arrived a few minutes late because Google has their location incorrect, and 15 minutes later I walked in to ask about out order. The employee was rude and proceeded to tell me I hadnt checked in. When I showed him my check in, he rolled his eyes and then told me to go wait in the car. When he brought our order out, he proceeded to lecture is about the correct way to check in. I showed him the instructions we were sent, which we followed exactly. The cookies might be good, but we won't be returning to this location due to the poor customer service. My little one received a coupon for a free cookie as a reward for attendance. We went in and 2 of the three employees didn't even to bother to look up at us. One person said hello, but no one bothered to let us know that to order we had to use the kiosk. We figured it out of course but if that's how a company operates they need to greet and ask if the person has been there before. New customers deserve a quick explanation of the ordering process. The girl who helped us was nice but she was either new or not a self thinker. Since we got a freebie and I thought it would be in good form to make a purchase. I was about to put the order in and told the girl that she could just put it in the same box as the single one we had just received as there was plenty of room. At this point she turned to her coworker (I'm guessing her superior) and asked if that was okay. She was told no, she has to put it into it's own box. So I cancelled the cookie. I'm the customer and as such I ought to be able to have the product given to me in the manner that I request. I know that their website touts a signature box but giving out two boxes for two cookies is bad for the environment. Once in the car my son told me that he didn't want to eat the cookie because it tasted "weird". At home I took a look and it was practically raw in the center. It was also fairly tasteless. Ordered cookies online and arrived at designated time, but app wasn't letting me check in, so went in to the store and waited for about 7 mins before anyone would even come to the counter to talk to me. Worker couldn't find my order and was annoyed that I didn't stay in my car and check in on the app, even after i told her it wasn't working. When she did find my order, it wasn't ready. They were making about 7 other online orders before they started on mine. About 4 people came in after me and got their cookies before me, even though our orders were the same size. Workers seemed annoyed to be there and even ignored the other customers who came in to order in person. Workers need to work on customer service and online service needs to be fixed, in my opinion. read more

The Georgetown TX store has the worst customer service. Ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cookie and a lemon cookie. After 5 minutes they said it would be 20 minutes before the chocolate chip cookies were out of the oven. During my 1 hour wait I asked 3 times politely if they would check on my order. The manager and one rep brushed me off with a "your order is in queue" and one went to look for 2 seconds and then went to make someone else's order. Needless to say after finding out people were getting chocolate chip cookies that just ordered 20 minutes prior I was pissed and raised my voice so maybe they would stop brushing me off and actually find and make my order. Manager was rude like the first time and said she would just cancel my order since I was letting them have it for brushing me off the past hour. She can take the time to cancel my order but not the time to put 4 cookies in a box and hand it to me. Horrible customer service, big time superiority complex, would definitely avoid this store at all cost. Update: Support got back to me and apologized and offered some free cookies. Much appreciated, will go to the Pflugerville location to redeem though. read more
