We happened semi-accidentally across Nathalie's. We made it in within the last hour they were open that particular weekday, & we still got everything we could've wanted. A Spicy Boudin Kolache. OMG! So well crafted & delicious (boy, were we happy to see this item in the case that day, since this was THE item that had us trekking from Manor to Cedar Park)! We also indulged in a Chocolate Old Fashioned (crisp exterior, a personal 'requirement' of mine), an Apple Fritter (a gift for my Son, it had a delectable pronounced Apple flavor), & the most impeccable Maple Glazed with Bacon Donut we've ever had. I'm thankful this place isn't closer to home. I would literally be here every day if it didn't cost me $9+ in Tolls to land on their doorstep. It appeared Shipley's tried to compensate by including extra original glazed doughnuts; however, I still should have been informed of these changes so I could choose the substitutes I wanted, and the Shipley's menu on DoorDash may need an update. Given this experience, I am concerned regarding the long-term viability of this location. The market is full of doughnut businesses that offer superior-quality products. As a result of this experience, I will not be placing future orders from Shipley's, particularly from this location in Leander on Brook Drive.

Day old doughnuts just do not taste the same, and Round Rock Donuts also do-nut hold their freshness the next day.
