The store manager is always such a delight when I visit to pick up orders to deliver thru doordash.

Stopped in to grab a couple cookies, but there was no one at the counter. An employee was rolling dough but did not acknowledge me. I thought it was a case of her having to man the store while making the product, so I waited and waited, and finally gave up. I saw the kiosk but I didn't have an account, so I was unable to place an order and was uncertain who would actually hand me the cookies. I left cookie less. Normally I wouldn't bother to write a review, but this situation was surreal. read more

Came in for the 6 for 4 deal around 8:30pm. There was a gentlemen mopping, but no one else in sight. I went over to the self kiosk, but it looked like you had to sign in. My wife is the one who normally gets Crumbl, so I don't have my own account. I then walked up and stood awkwardly in front of the front kiosk, and the gentleman mopping looked up and welcomed me to Crumbl. He then went back about his mopping. In the past, they've had employees to take your order, and I can just enter her number, but apparently, that's no longer the case. Self kiosk or no cookie for you. I looked around for about a minute to see if there was maybe someone else in the back who would come out to help, or if the gentleman mopping would summon someone, but nothing. I finally called my wife and asked her what to do. She walked me through the kiosk process, shared her text code, and I was able to complete the order. I mean, the kiosk wasn't that bad, but I literally would not have been able to do this without my wife's code. The two stars is because the cookies looked good, and it was a deal. But honestly, getting sick and tired of the no-effort customer service from certain people and businesses. And then they have the audacity ask for a tip on the kiosk. read more

A bit of background here - the Pink Cookie is the only Crumbl cookie that actually gets me into the store; I don't like cookies a whole lot and can't justify $5 on a snack I don't really like. About 6 weeks ago, I got the Pink Cookie at this (Gig Harbor) location. It tasted like pie crust. I contacted corporate who told me to email the manager. I emailed the manager and politely asked if something was maybe missing. No response. I decided today to do a side-by-side comparison of a similar cookie (Vanilla Bean), the second cookie being from the Silverdale store. Sure enough, the one from Gig Harbor is salty and tastes like pie crust. The difference I shows up in the photo as I thought it would. I'm guessing it has less egg in it, but I could be wrong. Is it petty? Maybe. But Crumbl corporate makes contacting them difficult, and the manager didn't bother to respond to my email, so here you go. Side-by-side comparison; the Gig Harbor location cookie is on the right. It tastes dry and salty. If I'm going to pay $5 for a cookie, it should at least be edible and not (apparently) be prepared differently than another Crumbl store's identical cookie. read more

The cookies are an adventure and fun. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Store is always consistently clean and tidy

The staff doesn't greet or help unless you ask for assistance. I ordered the wrong SZ and often have questions... just not very friendly.

the cookies are definitely sweet, but the worker is not. i went to the register to order my cookies, she didn't say hi or anything all she said was "what do u want" i said "can i use my points at this register" in a very nice calm tone and she said "u need the app for that" in the nastiest tone. i am a paying customer so i don't know what her attitude was but i hope she doesn't use that attitude with other customers. read more

Tried the old fashioned donut today and I must say it was pretty yummy for the most part that I was able to consume. Wish it was cooked a little longer considering the fact that it was a bit underbaked. Overall it was pretty good! No long lines per usual and the wait was pretty short. My husband and I were so excited when we heard there was a local Crumbl store, as we'd had many friends tell us of their cookie splendor. I am happy to say the cookies lived-up to ALL the hype. They were beautiful, delicious, and SERVED WARM! Not to mention, the store was bright and welcoming, and the staff we interacted with were delightful. Enjoyed ordering online ! I have the app which made life so easy. I got to see what flavors they had , created a box and had a pick up time . Our first time here. We drive by all the time, and the see the long lines. Today was the day, no line used the kiosk to look up all the cookies available that day. We also placed our order and made payment at the kiosk. Process is seamless. Cookies taste very good, especially warmed. These cookies are so big! One cookie is easily shareable between 2 people. This is a super expensive cookie store. I think for me its a one and done type place, you go in, have sticker shock, and buy something because your kids are clamoring for a cookie. I mean, I am glad I tasted one, but I can honestly say I will be able to happily live the rest of my life without eating another one. Look at all these 5 star reviews. They're ALL from woomen thinking with their emotions instead of with their brains.
