Cute little cottage licensed for baked goods. Delicious cupcakes, cookies and mini pies. Also has some adorable art work.

Well their tags are color coded for gluten-free, organic, plant based, and keto friendly. It makes shopping for friends and family super easy. They were done incorrectly, so I called the manager immediately, who said, "No problem. Bring them back in the morning, and we will refund you." I showed up the next morning and was greeted by Georgia, who asked, "How can I help?" I let her know what happened, and she said, "No problem. Do you want three new sandwiches for free for your trouble?" I said, "No way!" She said, "Way!" I waited patiently for 20 minutes and received three free sandwiches. What great customer service! The atmosphere there was so welcoming. Thank you so much to Georgia and Kerri, my favorite sandwich maker now. I will make sprouts one of my stops during the week. To make sure I buy something from there. And always get sandwiches that are made excellent. And the way you want them. Other businesses can learn from their model way to go Sprouts Farmers Markets. When we walked up to the checkout, the cashier and the employee bagging groceries were engaged in a conversation and laughing together. We completely understand that employees interact with one another, but once customers are at the register, they should feel acknowledged. Unfortunately, neither employee looked up, smiled, greeted us, or said a single word during the transaction. The only thing the cashier said was while handing me the receipt, and it was so quiet I couldn't even understand what was said. The lack of even basic acknowledgment made us feel like an interruption rather than valued customers. Metropolitan Market has always had a reputation for exceptional service, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. I hope this was simply an isolated incident, but it's something management should be aware of.

It's much more a deli than a grocery store- not a dig, just the truth. I arrived around 1pm and they had a steady stream of people ordering smoothies and deli items. They have a fun mix of locally made crafts, some organic food items and some weird art. Truly an original mix! But the most important things - the place was clean. The bathroom was clean. The employees were clean and exceptionally friendly and attentive. And most importantly - the food was soooo good!! I had the veggie wrap grilled (because I'm in an endless search for good vegetarian food to eat on the go) and omg was it good. The perfect mix of crispy and fresh veggies, just enough sauce without being overpowering. The wrap itself was delicious, flavorful and super fresh tasting. If you're in the area and like healthy, clean food - this is your spot.

It does take a little longer than a fast food restaurant, but the quality is worth it! It's inside a little market, and there is no seating.
