Family dinner for 4 and absolutely amazing!
    Yuri H.

A big thank you to the entire team--from the staff to the owners--for your outstanding food and hospitality. From our family to yours, we truly appreciate everything you do. We'll definitely be back!

I really wanted this to be an exciting and new site to visit, but it was not what all the hype was about. I think my wife sumed it up the best as being like a Portos with a middle-east cuisine. Service was rather slow today but the food fresh and tasty. Dining is open air patio seating in front of the restaurant and bakery. My wife gravitated to the bakery and feels the bakery is more prominant and better than Portos. The location is super clean and located in a rather nice light-commercial district with homes nearby. If I lived in the area, I would visit every so often, but would not make this a destination dine...

No trays to bring out the coffee to table !

Love this place , food is amazing , coffee is amazing, just one suggestion, please do not carry coffee cups with hand , introduce the staff to plates and trays to bring out coffee and drinks on a tray , rather than carrying it with their hands to the table ! The coffee spills on the way to the table ! Not so professional

We randomly stopped by as we needed a pick me up as we were out and about very early in the morning. We used Yelp to help find a coffee/pastry place close to where we were. Enter Art's Bakery & Cafe. The store is beautifully set up with and their cakes displayed in their cake cases were amazing. Lines are a little bit disorganized as people were waiting around the pastry cases and wandering around the stanchions looking confused as where the line starts. We started to form the line by the stanchions but people just started waiting by the registers. When we finally were able to order, we opted to order a handful of pastries and ordered an iced Einspänner Latte and an Iced Latte to enjoy with our treats. Pastries were just ok and nothing really stood out. Coffee was good, but not enough for us to come back. Overall, it was good to try but we wouldn't go out of our way to eat/drink here again. Parking can also be a challenge, but we were lucky to find street parking.

It didn't have the clean, chic look I was going for

We've ordered custom cakes here before, which made this experience especially disappointing. I provided an inspiration photo and understood it wouldn't be an exact replica, but I expected the same level of craftsmanship. The finished cake had an uneven finish, rounded edges, and lacked the clean, polished look I requested. When I expressed my concerns, I was told, "It can never be exact." My issue wasn't that it wasn't identical, it was the quality of the execution. The photos speak for themselves

The cake was stunning and the ordering process fairly easy online. As for the cake, very dry chocolate cake and raspberry mousse tasted very artificial. We were so sad and disappointed.

Tasteful custom cakes. So far always experience good service and deliver right on time.

Love the neighborhood vibe of this place! I came here today for a late lunch. I had seen this place the day before on a jog and thought of giving it a try. As you immediately step inside, you get a whiff of fresh baked pastries and bbq'ed skewers. I stood in line and ordered the jalapeño beef and cheese lula kabob plate. The food took a bit of time but its to be expected for kabobs. The food was delicious, especially the salad and the beef! The hummus was also a hit. I will definitely have to come back and try their pizzas!

Boxed honey cake and raspberry napoleon

The hype is worth it - heard that this is a must try in Glendale and even visiting toward the evening there were plenty of options. I heard the honey cake and Napoleons were top options and when asking the attendant her recommends she also mentioned these and they do not disappoint. The pricing is reasonable for what you are getting and the quality is clearly there. This was my first time trying both - I'm glad I got them and appreciate that I was provided with a takeout box so I could bring home what I did not finish. Both are filling servings, and the honey cake is very dense. I know I will be returning when I come back to Glendale, and hope to try more of their options because they do a fantastic job all around!

The service was good. They only have outdoor seating with no shade therefore its hard to eat there on a hot day like today. There are separate lines for everything; warm food, pastries & drinks. Their pastries look delicious but we went for the food. It was good.

One of the worst coffees I've ever had. It tasted like hot water with a tiny bit of coffee--completely weak, bland, and flavorless. It wasn't worth the price at all. The service was disappointing as well. The staff didn't seem to care, and the overall experience was frustrating. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee

Wow, I want to Thank Anit she helped me over the phone, it was SUCH a short notice and they did such an amazing job. This cake its absolutely GORGEOUS. Literally only a 2 day noticed after someone cancelled on me. I will definitely be ordering again from here in the future. Thank you thank you!

Don't make my dumb mistake and order the Beef Khachapuri Lula Kabob. Taste is so/so but NOT worth the $21.99 charged.

    Lovely alfresco seating.

In the meantime we decided to take a look what there was around to go eat in the meantime. What caught our attention when looking online was the Bugolgi Pizza. We decided to head out there and try it out. We arrived and the shop was very clean. We were greeted with smiles on their faces. Once we sat we looked over the menu and decided what we were going to order. We ordered a Bugolgi Pizza and Korean Style Fried Chicken. ( We ate it before we thought about taking a picture lol.) The food was delicious, very good and presentable. The Bugolgi pizza toppings were the Bugolgi Beef, onions and green bell peppers. Absolutely like no other. There's no other place that we know of that has Bugolgi on pizza. The order of the Korean Style Fried Chicken (we got plain because of our daughter) . Our basket had some potato wedges, some deep fried dumplings, and the chicken. We also got some I believe radish side, ketchup and ranch. Everything in that basket stars! It was so good. We all enjoyed our meal. To top everything off. My fiancé and I were so amazed at their customer service. They pay attention to their clients, they want you to be satisfied. I played their claw machine and they hinted the best way to win a prize on it. They saw we needed an extra plate and they brought it out without asking. My fiancé was the one who was able to win a prize from the claw machine. Shortly after when, one of the employees ( I'm not sure if owner) blew up a little heart balloon and attracted it to the plushie for our daughter. After paying we headed out to the door and he went out of his way to say goodbye to us with a smile on his face as we left. We definitely will be back. Thank you Hello Pizza

Hello Pizza brings Korean-inspired pizza to the neighborhood. Love the unique flavors (bulgogi,…read moreBuldak, potato) and pizza styles (ie. sweet potato mousse gold crust) they serve up here. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wasn't really a fan of their pizza dough, which to me, has a consistency of thin, dried, stale bread - that's just my personal opinion though. It didn't seem to bother anyone else in my party. I guess could round up to 4.5 stars 1. Bulgogi Gold Pizza (4.5/5) The bulgogi was marinated well and were evenly spread throughout each pizza slice. The base of this pizza is tomato sauce and it is topped off with onion, bell pepper and cheddar cheese. The gold crust of course if a layer of crispy melted cheese. The inside of the crust contains sweet potato mousse, which adds a slight sweetness to the palate. The combination works well. 2. Buldak Pizza (2/5) This is the newest item on their menu, so we had to try it. Love the concept of the flavor, but it just wasn't our favorite because it was too sweet. The bulk sauce is a Korean sweet and spicy sauce that kind of resembles BBQ sauce. We felt that the sweetness of the sauce overpowered everything, including the spicy part. The chicken was also too dry. I did like the stuffed cheese crust though as it had a decently cheesiness to it. It was good to try, but we will skip it next time. 3. Bulgogi Taco Pizza (5/5) What is there not to like about bulgogi and taco, let alone, in pizza form? The toppings are Korean marinated BBQ beef, chopped red onions, cilantro, and hot taco sauce. It was pleasantly savory and packed with flavor that's truly reminiscent of street tacos. 4. Potato Gold Pizza (5/5) If you are hungry and looking for a carb-heavy, yet satisfying bite, this is the pizza to get. It has tomato sauce base, topped with cheddar cheese, ground beef, strips of bacon, corn, onion, mushroom, sour cream and a slice of potato wedge on each slice of pizza. Of course, the crust contains the sweet potato mousse. The bacon and seasoned potato wedges really adds savoriness to this pizza. The corn and sweet potato mousse crust adds a tinge of sweetness. The combination of all the ingredients made our taste buds dance with happiness. Overall, I recommend Hello pizza to anyone who is wanting to venture to try new pizza flavors. It's a palate experience to remember!!!

It was my first time back since the event. Got here about 30 minutes before closing time. There was only one other customer at the time. Free parking behind the restaurant. Thanks Eddie for your service and help. During my order, I found out that their pizzas have a base cost which was about $19+. Depending on what flavors you want, they will charge $6.00 for each flavor you build your own. I wanted half Hawaiian and half Vegetarian. Custom Medium would have cost me $31+ rather than $23+ for Medium Hawaiian Style only. I ended up with the latter and also got a regular Vodka Sauce Pasta. Total bill came to $38 including tax + tip. I enjoyed the pizza very much. Crust was thin. Sauce was tasty. Plenty of ingredients on pizza. Square cuts versus slice cuts. As for the Vodka Sauce Pasta, it didn't taste the same as before. This time it tasted bland as if it had plain marinara sauce only. Slightly disppointed about that, hence, 4 stars! I don't know when I'll be back to La Canada Flintridge as I'm usually not in the area frequently. When I do visit again, I'll have to try their other pizza flavors and pasta plus chicken wings. My friends and I came here on a later Friday evening and there was no wait to walk up to the counter and order. Lots of historic pictures of celebrities who have dined there. Fun fact, NONE of the framed pictures and artwork (especially the largest one) are centered. If you're not too sure what to order, they have a lot of their pizza behind the glass for you to get an idea of what you're going to be feasting on. Most items come out quickly and decently hot, but for freshly made/assembled items like the garlic bread I ordered, it may take 10-15 minutes, but it comes out super hot and it's super worth it. Water is self serve and they also have condiments like Parmesan cheese, crushed red peppers, garlic powder, and other various spices. For my order, we got the: 1) Spicy Spring: -Rectangular cut pizza with Diavolo (one of the funniest Jojo villains to be honest) sauce, small cup pepperonis, fresh mozzarella, and Pecorino Romano. -I love pepperonis and they did not skimp out on how many goes on a slice. Crispy edges and salty perfection. Not super spicy, but has enough of a kick to make each bite addicting. 2) Sicilian Style Garlic Bread: -If you told me this was a sauceless cheese pizza I would have wholeheartedly believed you. Comes in a rectangle cut into 6 pieces. Super shareable and comes with your choice of sauce and I got the vodka sauce. -The worker in the cool goggle glasses recommended putting the crushed red peppers with the vodka sauce, and he was COOKING. Delicious and super garlicky and cheesy on it's own but the additional add-ons added a much needed extra kick to keep things lively. Word of warning, it is SUPER oily, but that's partially what makes a pizza so indulgently deliciously. Solid favorite of Pasadena and for pizza enjoyers.
