Decent pastries, but a little overhyped. Every time I've visited, the girls working the counter have been welcoming and helpful. Service can be a little slow, but they are a busy place with limited hands. No inside tables, but there are a few under an awning outside - as well as some more seating areas in the immediate surrounding area. Clean bathroom. Plenty of paid street and free garage parking within a short walking distance. Mild noise level. They offer a good selection of entremets, sweet and savory pastries, and macarons. A few drinks as well. Everything is very pretty, and the pastries are mostly tasty, just nothing out of this world. The entremets are hit and miss. Some actually taste like what the descriptions claim, but unfortunately most are one-note, and at worst, a little watery tasting. The Peanut and Blossom are the best I've had here, but even those aren't anything I've gotten really excited about. Prices aren't exactly friendly either. At over $10 a piece, expectations are being set that aren't really being met. A little disappointing since I'm a huge dessert person and would love to have a place like this that lives up to the hype.

Beautiful and tasty pastries. I almost couldn't eat them because they looked like priceless pieces of art. Arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the case was still fully stocked. The mango caught my eye with its life-like ombré effect, and the (raspberry) framboise beckoned as well. Mango: Crackly white chocolate coating with tangy mango mousse, with coconut bits and cake on the base. It was a bit sour for my taste, but I tried it as it was one of their most popular items. Frambroise: Rich chocolatey mousse with crunchy bits and raspberry jam. I enjoyed this combo. I watched too many fruit mousse ASMR videos, so I was perhaps a little disappointed when the chocolate coatings did not audibly crunch, but I think it'd need to be placed in the freezer for that effect. I'd come back to try other pastries/cakes if I were in the area. Would love to eat one of everything in the case :9.

Every single time I'm in Socal Artelice is my first stop for dessert ! Everything they bake/make is not only gorgeous but flavors are on the point at a affordable price ! Staff are always patient and friendly ! If I can only afford the calories I would get one of everything ! A must stop for everyone

Love coming here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Coffee and pastries are always yummy!

Stopped by for some after dinner treats! We got a pistachio covered raspberry cream pastry and a ham and cheese croissant. Beautifully packaged and tasty!

I've been a fan of Artelice Patisserie in Sawtelle for many years so when I was passing the same bakery in Burbank, I had to stop in. They always have so many cute items and pretty dessert creations. Stepping into the store is like being in a Parisian Boulangerie! Staff was very nice and it was a quick pop in for some yums. I went basic with a Ham & Cheese and Chocolate croissant. Both were so incredibly delicious with a beautiful flaky shell. The ham & cheese had a surprisingly good amount of ham inside and made for an excellent breakfast treat. The chocolate also had a good amount of the indulgence to it. Always love the goods from Artelice Patisserie and this Burbank location upholds the consistency! I'll be back.

I hate having to rate this based on this experience. I've alway had a great experience all the prior visit. This particular visit, not so good. The weekend and I get that everyone loves a nice day out with dessert. We stopped by after lunch for sweets. There were a couple people waiting before we walked in but not knowing what to do. No one was at the register while one person was bringing things out. It was a little awkward trying to get someone's attention. People were just standing there at the register area as well at the pastry counter. The two ladies working walked by but trying to get their attention was non existent. Each time they walked by, they didn't want to acknowledge any one. Get it if you're busy but a little we'll be with you in a moment would help. After being there for a bit and not getting anyone's attention, one of the ladies finally acknowledged us. Still after a little more wait, we decided to leave. I alway like this place but service was little off. Hopefully next time it's better.

Great service, clean bakery and ample seating. I was taken aback by the beautiful pastries display as soon as you walk in. We ordered 3 different pastries and a couple croissants and macaroons to take home. The lady gave me her recommendation. And though I questioned it because it wasn't "chocolate", it was absolutely delicious! I don't know the names of the particular delicacies, but each of them were very good! The place seems busy every time we passed by, rightfully so. If you want to impress your guests, these are definitely something I'd love to take with me.

Assortment of desserts, all very tasty!

First time trying this place, and it definitely lives up to all the hype. We came late on a Saturday evening, about one hour before close, and they still had a really good section. We bought a variety of pastries, and all of them were tasty and extremely delicious. Our favorite was the Dubai Chocolate mousse dessert. The napolean was a second favorite, very crunchy layers with amazing cream filling. Presentation of all of the desserts were also spot on. The servers were all very helpful and friendly to answer our questions. We enjoyed our desserts outside on their patio, great experience!

I am a big fan of Artelice Patisserie. The West LA location is close to where I work, and the location that I have visited the most, with Studio City being closer to home and one that I have gone to a few times as well. This was my first time at the Burbank location and while it is very similar to the others, I did not love it as much as the other two locations. My significant other has a doctor located just around the corner from the shop. About six months ago he stopped by after an early afternoon appointment to pick up some croissants as a surprise to bring home and the shop was already out of all the croissants. He had an appointment a few days ago and I was going to be with him this time. In the past I have placed orders by phone a day ahead of going to the West LA and Studio City Artelice locations, so I called the Burbank shop the day before visiting to place an order for our favorite croissants. The process went very well, and I let the person on the other end know that we would be stopping by around 10:30am. The following day we arrived and were able to find parking just a few doors down from the shop. Upon entering, we were greeted right away, and I let the person helping us know that we'd placed an order the day before but would be adding a couple of items. As it turned out, the pre-order had not been prepared. Luckly, they still had the croissant varieties we wanted. We added a couple of New York Rolls, and an iced matcha latte. The service was prompt and friendly. When visiting the other locations, I have always been offered two complimentary macarons. At this location, they were not automatically offered. I did ask about it and was told that they were only offered to kids, but they could give me two. I thought it was a bit odd that things were different at this location. Overall, the quality of the baked goods was identical to the other two locations. But the fact that the preorder had not been prepared ahead of time was slightly disappointing.

12/23/2025 DUBAI CHOCOLATE PASTRY [Chocolate mousse, dubai chocolate filling (kataifi and pistachio cream), chocolate crèmeux, chocolate moelleux sponge and pistachio ganache monte on top] For all the work that goes into this pastry, as you see in the description above, it did not taste like dubai chocolate. Very little to almost nonexistent pistachio flavor, did not see nor get the kataifi either. There is a lot of semi-sweet chocolate flavor that does taste like hazelnut chocolate and is fudgy and dense in texture. Hard to cut with just a fork. Had to use both fork and knife to cut through this pastry. There are crunchy layers and the crunch from the outer chocolate shell. The top of pastry with the decorations taste like whipped cream, but slight thicker in texture. The flavor was still good, but it's not the dubai chocolate flavors that you would expect. Disappointed and would not order this again. NAPOLEAN [Layers of caramelized puff pastry with pastry cream and 24hr infused Madagascar vanilla ganache] Puff pastry was not crispy nor crunchy. It was almost to a point of tasting stale. Puff pastry was soggy, almost cardboard-like in texture. I was surprised that they served it! The pastry cream was delicious, yet overwhipped where you might as well eat butter. It was butter-straight-from-the-fridge-consistency. Not pleasant at all. The Napoleon pastry size has changed too and it is bigger in size too. That won't be so bad if it is good, but now it's just a large, dry, pastry. I've had this at the Sawtelle location a few years ago and everything was perfect! Wonder what happened here at the Burbank location. Very disappointing! SAINT HONORE [Caramelized puff pastry with Madagascar vanilla pastry cream and salted caramel atopped with 24h infused Madagascar vanilla ganache] This was okay. The pastry on the bottom layer was also cardboard-like. The pastry cream was overwhipped, albeit the flavor was good. The only redeeming part of this pastry was the choux puffs are dipped in caramelized sugar. That was crunchy and delicious! Surprised how both the Napoleon and Saint Honore were very underwhelming. Sadly, this dessert and the Napoleon is one of my favorite desserts at Artelice. TIRAMISU 2.0 [Vanilla mascarpone mousse, coffee crèmeux, soft coffee caramel filling , hazelnut crunch and lady finger sponge] Very good! Light texture all around except for the crispiness coming from the outer chocolate shell. Coffee flavor was there, but not that strong espresso coffee flavor. The crèmeux was very creamy and melty soft. The ladyfingers were deliciously moist and spongy too! There was another layer of hazelnut crunch that was still a whisper of it, but very pleasant to eat. The vanilla mascarpone mousse and coffee crèmeux only bring more softness and creamy mouthfeel to the whole dessert! So delicious and very tempting to eat in one sitting! It's not your usual tiramisu, but a soft and flirty version of tiramisu. CUSTOMER SERVICE Good, welcoming, friendly and patient. AMBIANCE / SEATS It's a medium-sized space, from the outside, it looks big though. They had a couple of Christmas trees lined up towards the wall, so that took over a bit of the space. Not sure if they had indoor seats before they've added the trees, but there were only outdoor seats. It was still a good space to sit and enjoy coffee and pastries. PARKING Street parking only. It will be difficult to find parking. It is located on a small street and businesses are lined up throughout that whole street. You might need some patience to find parking here. Given my experience here with all the pastries I've tried, I might not come back to this location. Sawtelle has been consistently great the few times I've been there, so I will return to that location.

    Must get Saint Honore

Dreamiest cakes and desserts. Too pretty and too good to eat for sure! Will definitely come back for the Saint Honore, Hazelnut Eclair and Roche!

Artelice Pâtisserie is honestly one of the prettiest pastry shops I've been to. The desserts look like edible artwork with velvet finishes, mirror glazes, and incredibly detailed presentation. I tried the Tropical Mango entremet and absolutely loved it. Light, silky, refreshing, and packed with tropical flavor without feeling too sweet. I also tried the raspberry chocolate pastry which was beautifully executed with raspberry compote and chocolate mousse, but I'm just very particular about chocolate-forward desserts. The iced vanilla latte was the perfect balance alongside the pastries, and I ended up leaving with a handful of macarons that were honestly addictive. Every flavor was delicious. Love the outdoor seating too. Perfect spot to slow down for a minute, enjoy a coffee, and have a really elevated pastry experience.

There are a few tables if you'd like to enjoy your food there, but we decided to get everything to go. The staff told us the pastries could stay out of the refrigerator for up to an hour, so we were worried the cakes might melt on the way home. Thankfully, they stayed in perfect condition. We especially loved the croissants. They were incredibly flavorful and surprisingly large, so I'd recommend getting a few different flavors to share. My favorites were the almond and Parisian croissants. They gave some free macarons at the end!

She also informed me that I was able to get two complimentary macarons. Patisserie Of Choice: 1) Blossom: Consisted of vanilla mousse, pistachio/red berries insert, pistachio crunch, and pistachio sponge. It was too pretty to eat, but I ate it anyways. So good and soo yum! 2) Roche: Consisted of hazelnut mousse, house made praline combined with soft caramel, hazelnut sponge. Taste like a Ferrer Rocher! It's very dense and sweet, but great to eat. Not something I'll have all the time. Macarons Of Choice : I got the Cookies and Cream and pistacio. They were both good. Artelice Patisserie For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back. I'm coming for you almond croissant.
