Oh boy, there are a lot of complainers on this board! Crumbl has the best cookies I've ever had! I mean seriously, where else can you get a warm, gooey, fresh baked cookie??? While it's a little pricey (around $5 per cookie), they make up for this with the fact that the cookies are not only delicious, but extra thick and heavy. Think of it as an alternative to an ice cream sundae, and just as delicious. I've also never seen such a high employee to customer ratio. There must have been about 15 workers there, busily making the cookies, taking orders, and serving them up. Some of their cookies are served warm, and some are served chilled, depending on what's appropriate for each flavor. They offer an assortment of gourmet styles, such as brownie cookies and s'mores (which I had and highly recommend). They also have the standard flavors, like chocolate chip and peanut butter, but even these are served warm, rich, and moist. As for the people who said the cookies are undercooked, they are not. They're wrongly associating the warm, moist texture with the cookie being raw. This is how good cookies are supposed to be! In fact, even if they were a little raw (which they're not), there's nothing unsafe about this. You can even eat raw cookie dough and not have a problem with it. Crumbl is a great alternative to going out for ice cream, and for about the same price. If you want a good cookie, and you don't feel like making it yourself, try this place out! read more

Have no fear, Crumbl! I don't like to draw shade on other reviews but it is clear to me that several reviews are either far too entitled or traditional to enjoy Crumbl cookies (& we can complain about the fancy boxes, but if they were not nice, would we not be more upset?) The facility was erected clearly as a "grab and go" establishment, which lends to the fast paced, demanding atmosphere. I have been a few times and the last time I went, I ordered two cookies and they were handing them to me before I even finished paying with my card. I have always found the staff kind and accomodating. If you expect a spotless kitchen while churning out hundreds of cookies in a tight time frame, you probably have never baked before. The store appears rather neat and orderly, in spite of the massive demands placed on them. The cookies THEMSELVES are very sweet, but no one is coming here for health food! They are delicious and DECADENT, soft baked cookies with frequent flavor changeover (which everyone will probably find hit or miss, but therein lies the value of the change). I believe the flavor offerings are meant to be gourmet in the sense that they are unique and carefully planned. Looking up nutritional values, easily accessible on their intuitive website, each cookie is technically four servings. I would say due to this nature, along with price tag, these cookies are not run of the mill- daily purchases. They are a special treat. If you could get them at the grocery store, there would not be a business devoted to them. Crumbl appeals I think largely to a younger generation. Yes they cater and yes they are open daily but they are also open much later than many restaurants/ businesses in the area. If Crumbl is trying to appeal to the late night audience, I think they hit the nail right on the head. When I was in high school, the only place to go with friends late at night was McDonald's until 10. So hurrah to Crumbl for diversifying the completely undersaturated night market on the South Shore!! read more

Can I give a 0 star? Ordered the "Twix" cookie today at the Hanover location, which was supposed to be a shortbread base, but was instead a peanut butter cookie, which my daughter is allergic to and had already eaten some before I had tried a bite (after I did I immediately knew it was peanut butter)! Shortly after eating it she became nauseous and eventually threw up and broke out in hives. Luckily this didn't end with a call to 911, but could have been for so many others who are more allergic, like so much worse! I called the store and spoke to a nice YOUNG woman and she offered me a refund! I know she didn't exactly know what to say, but I more wanted to inform her that they may have given out the wrong cookie all day, or perhaps all week! I understand it is new and we didn't mind waiting in line at all. The first and most important to me is not one person working there was wearing a mask. Everyone in line was ! Not happy. Also the floor was very dirty with cookie ingredients! The one person taking orders was not friendly at all! That being said I will add to this review after we try the cookies tonight. I will never be purchasing from this business again. Just yesterday, my friend and I decided to go to Crumbl after a day of shopping. We stepped foot inside the building and got welcomed by an employee. The first thing I noticed was she didn't care about her work ethic whatsoever. My friend and I weren't sure what cookies we wanted so we stepped aside so others could go before us. The lady at the register was very impatient and asked us very rudely if we were ready. I told her yes and we got to ordering. Afterwards, I didn't know where to put my card, and she didn't tell me. So I asked her, is this where I put my card, pointing to a random black box on the counter. Very annoyed replied yes and rolled her eyes. I have never seen that type of chip for your card before, so how was I supposed to know that? Then, instead of paying attention to the customers, my friend and I, she was staring of into space. As the iPad was turned to me, I saw on the screen was a tip service. The options were 15%, 20%, and so on. Being the generous person I am, I chose 15. All I have to say about that tip service, is that it is awful. You get pressured into tipping someone because they're standing right in front of you and then they can see whether you tipped or not when they flip the iPad around. No thanks there. After the tip service, a new page came onto the iPad. It was asking me what the name for my order was. I knew she was supposed to be doing this, but as she didn't bat an eye towards the iPad, I answered it myself. Then, a new page came on. It was asking me where I had found Crumbl from, and a ton of different apps and websites had shown up. I asked her if I needed to fill that out and she rudely said no. So as she walked away, my friend and I went to the pickup area. As I'm watching the lady make my cookies, she starts talking to her friend. All is good until I look over and see her and her friend looking me up and down. Excuse me, but I came here for cookies. I gave them dirty looks right back, no worries there. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know the black box was for my card, because I had never seen something like that before. All I was asking was for some clarification, not an attitude. As for the questions, I'm not sure why I'm being interrogated, but maybe pay attention to the customer instead of looking out the window paying absolutely no attention to me. Absolutely awful customer service. As for the cookies, when I came home to try them, they tasted stale, dry, and did not taste like the flavor I had ordered at all. Very disappointing customer service. We placed an online order in the morning and we're scheduled to pick up our cookies between 2-2:30pm. We did not receive our order by close of business that day. They were very busy and it was clear they were continuing to take walk- in orders even though they could not fulfill their obligations to paying online customers. The following day we waited in line for a half hour to get a refund only to be continually passed over in line by the employees in favor of door dash orders. No apology was offered and we were treated as inconvenience by the staff. read more

I only wish I could give zero stars to evaluate this place. They rushed us through the ordering process when there aren't any prices or menus posted. You need to just look at the display and order or they'll try to skip you and move onto the next family. The cookies were raw and undercooked. They were very oily and greasy and completely oversugared. After one bite, you'll feel gross. Also, be sure to bring your own napkins because nobody in there could find a napkin, which is crazy when you're paying 4-5 dollars a cookie and they want you to tip 20%. read more

The cookies are my favorite. Some flavors are better than others but most are excellent. The 3 stars is for the chaos and disorganization of this particular location. No one greats you when you walk in. If there is a line and you've already placed an order then you just stand there hoping someone is getting your cookies together but there is no way of knowing. If you get inside after they have called your name for a preorder then you might as well just place a new order or grow old waiting. And don't let them be super busy because you will stand there not knowing if the line you are in is for pre orders or for the actual line to order...and again, no one is helping or telling you where to go or even saying anything. What an absolute mess! Not to mention one of the entrance doors is habitually locked and you can only use one door making is even more difficult to get in and out of the crowd. read more

Oh boy, where do I start on this place. It was not a good experience from start to finish. The woman waiting on us rushed us through our order and was ready to skip us to go to the next family when we weren't too sure how things worked. Then the woman didn't even take my youngest daughter's order. No confirmation of order. When my order came out I asked the woman if there were any napkins and she looked at us like I had 10 heads. She replied, "I guess I can go look for some." Wait..... it's 70 degrees and the place is called "Crumbl" and there areno napkins??? No menu. No prices posted. Just pick from a display plate of cookies. My four kids reported that cookies were oily and greasy and really heavy in the their stomachs. They were sort of half cooked and didn't taste great We ordered five different types and they were WAY too sugary. Most of the kids needed a drink after the first bite and none of them really wanted to finish them (which has NEVER happened in our house). They really should spend less money on the boxes and invest in napkin dispnesers for customers. This was our first and last visit at this place. Keep driving south and go to Shaw's bakery for cookies that don't make you feel gross and a fraction of the cost. read more

So disappointed! Had been waiting for this location to open for weeks And finally made it there this past Friday. A small line outside but packed inside and the first observation I noticed were the large amount of customers unmasked only to realize once inside that not one employee was wearing a mask either....not good and the place for being new was a mess, from counters being worked on, to the floors being extremely dirty. The place is chaotic with one register and no organization whatsoever. They should only allow so many customers inside at a time and have a second register on the other end of counter. Now for the cookies. If you are looking for undercooked cookies, this is the place. I don't mean soft inside, I mean undercooked. Trying to handle the crowds and with no organization, they are failing miserably. The milk chocolate cookies were just ok but nothing special. The Reese's cookie was tasty with peanut butter but again, undercooked. The rocky road cookie was the best as it was the only cooked cookie but at almost $24 for 6 cookies, I expected far more. Will wait for the crowds and the opening to slow down to give it another chance but I'm not running back any time soon. So, so disappointed!!! read more
