I love this place. The cookies are so fresh! They change on a weekly basis. They always have milk chocolate chip. If there is a flavor that you like, you better try it within the same week because it will be gone next week. I've had some interesting cookies here including Vanilla Velvet M&m BoS off cookie Pumpkin cheesecake (bomb) Banana cheesecake Strawberry The list goes on Some cookies are warm and some are chilled. I wish they had better customer service. The gal there completely ignored me and told me to order on the tablet. I really hate placing my orders on tablets. I want them to take my order as I typically have questions. I don't like that companies are resorting to this kind of service. That being said, lll return for some cookies.

I have always wanted to try this place. So as my car was charging I decided to give it a try. They are a bit pricey for cookies. I got 4 different kinds for about $16 bucks. Hopefully they will taste good and worth the price.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment several days ago. I give it four stars due to their food violations even though they were listed as non-critical (not having adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible). It seems like cookies are the in thing right now. I'm noticing a lot of cookie businesses popping up and I love sweets. Upon entering the establishment we were pleasantly greeted. There were touchpads on the wall for ordering or you could place an order with the cashier. Since there was no one else in line we went ahead to place our order with the cashier. I ordered the key lime pie cookie and my daughter ordered Snickerdoodle ice cream. The inside was all white and very clean. There was another touchpad at the register. It was a bit dirty from hands touching it. Nearby were countertops where you could see the products being made. Think an open space bakery layout. Workers diligently made various doughs for the cookies on the other side of the glass. Note that some cookies are served chilled, while others are served warm. In addition to cookies, this location offers ice cream, milk, gift cards and the option to gift wrap a purchase for special occasions. The key lime pie cookie was served chilled and tasted just like a slice of key lime pie. It was absolutely delicious!!! The cookie was thick, soft and chewy. The key lime topping was sweet but not overly so. Just the right amount of lime. It was even in a tart shape with crinkled edges. It's perishable due to the key lime topping and needs to be refrigerated if it cannot be finished in one sitting. Some reviews mentioned the price point being an issue and initially I was skeptical about that too. But nah, it's worth it. $4.50 for a cookie might seem like a lot but they offer different quantities of cookies (4-pack $16, 6-pack $22.50) each comes with a slight discount compared to an individual purchase. My daughter also enjoyed her Snickerdoodle ice cream. She said it was sweet with cinnamon swirls and tasted like a Snickerdoodle cookie. At a half-pint, it was portioned perfectly. She actually had leftovers. It's a good time to support local businesses and I'm glad we visited this gem.

I was on my way out from Target and I looked over to Sleep Number and saw Crumbl Cookie. Strange, isn't it? Anyway, I thought I check CC out. What a lovely quaint cookie shop! And it's pink and black in color theme. The cookies are a tad pricey... $4.50 per cookie, but then again, they are gourmet cookies. Now you have the option to buy 4 or 6 cookies at a discounted price. I went with a box of 4 for $16.00 which averages out to $4.00 per cookie... still a tad high. Anyway, I got the Peanut Butter Brownie, Coconut White Chip, Honeycomb, and Cookie & Cream Milkshake. I was excited to try them all. Here's the verdict... PBB was the best (nice and warm, very moist and not that sweet which I like). CWC was 2nd best (love the coconut flakes and marshmallow, sweetness was on point). Honeycomb and CCM were my least favorite (frosting on top of cookie was super super sweet... even the cookie themselves were sweet... practically ate a tablespoon or two of sugar). Honeycomb was moist though. CCM was hard in texture and sandy in taste. I started out excited about the cookies, but unfortunately, I was left slightly disappointed towards the end. I ended up throwing away the remaining half of the last two cookies. Staff was pleasant. Store was clean and organized. I'll probably be back for their other cookie and ice cream varieties... hopefully, they'll cut down on the sweetness. Anyway, do give CC a try if you're in the High Desert area. Happy Cookie'ing!

The cookies here are beyond delicious! There is no word for how good they taste. I have seen people talking about Crumbl Cookies online so when I ran across this location in my city I thought I would try it out. I have returned about three times since my initial visit. Cookie flavors change once a week so no need to go everyday but I will definitely be returning until I have tried every flavor. So far I have not been disappointed. The 4 stars is because the customer service was not impressive. I told the girl I'd never been before and inquired about the flavors. She was quite unenthused, spoke way too fast and low to be understood and acted like I was a bother. The cookies looked so good I wasn't leaving without them so I politely asked her to slow down and speak a little louder for me. Upon returning a couple of times I did receive better service.

It's ok, the customer service isn't great. I've only gone there a couple of times and it's takes them a while to ask if you need help. I also had confirmed that my cookies were ready and they weren't and kept assisting other orders that arrived after ours. I think they need to work on their overall costumer service is all! If u have never had an expensive cookie before, u would not understand why this cookie is like $5. I have tried these cookies and I think they are worth the price. Cannot compare to store bought cookies. These are like luxury cookies imo. One cookie is like 2-3 servings for me. These are a special treat for special occasions. I almost feel bad for the low review, but then I remember the cookies I ate and that feeling goes away. I ordered the 4 pack for $20. I got their Milk Chocolate cookie, Triple Chocolate Cookie and two of their Iced Oatmeal cookies. I felt like for the selection they had (I only saw a small amount), they should have it more dialed in. The cookies were fairly average to me. I even warmed them up a bit to see if that would help. It really didn't. If I'm spending $5 per cookie, it'd better be amazing. I felt like going to Stater Bros. And paying $10 for a dozen was a better deal. The only thing I really liked was their packaging. The box that it comes in is def on point. I still haven't finished my 4pk, but it feels more like I have to eat it out of obligation (since I don't want to waste money) rather than enjoyment. If I'm going to pay for a craft cookie, I'll take my business to the Cookie Plug. Last I went there, it was crappier service but a superior product. Edit: dropping down to one star due to their Business Manager telling me to visit their contact page so they can "make it right". Literally they basically said we can't do anything since there was nothing wrong with it, and that I just didn't like it. Well...duh! I never once said in this review that there was anything wrong with it. Ty for wasting my time management. read more

I don't care for the cookies, but give it a nice review anyway because they have cute packaging and the employees are nice. They also have a rewards program, for people into that sort of thing. I didn't know the place existed until I went over to charge my vehicle and ran into it accidentally. I really think they need more regular flavors. They don't have a straight chocolate cookie, or a straight peanut butter cookie, no oatmeal raisin, none of the classic cookies that your gramma made. They have a chocolate cookie with peanut butter in it, but I don't care for those flavors together in a cookie. I tried the sugar cookie and it has a very thick layer of icing on it. The chocolate chip was ok, but they don't have them with walnuts in them. So, its cute and good for people who like decorated cookies, it's just not something I'm going to be into. They are so full of sugar, they should be called Diabetes cookies. I changed from 4 stars to 5 due to their beautiful packaging, they would be good for a quick small token or gift for someone, or parties. read more

Finally the high desert gets this gem these are some of the best cookies I've had and the creativity with the cookies is awesome. The rolo cookie was the bomb and so was the chocolate cake. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Crumbl Cookie. They completely messed up our order and sent us the wrong cookies. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the DoorDash driver. I was then placed on hold for over an hour, only to be told that I needed to place a new order on their website just so they could refund that order -- completely ignoring the original issue. When I asked about the refund for the incorrect order, they brushed it off and told me to call back the next day to speak with their manager, Jaylen, who was supposedly out of town. Kailey, who identified herself as the shift leader, clearly didn't handle the situation professionally or effectively. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years, and this is definitely not how you resolve a customer's concern. For anyone thinking about ordering online -- don't waste your time. You're better off going into the store to make sure your order is actually correct. Horrible service and a disappointing experience overall. read more
