Overpriced thousand calorie cookies with little difference from what you can get at the target bakery this place is all about brand and image and impressing your friends if that's what you're into go for it otherwise I'm sure the owners are enjoying huge profit margins and the people working there are having rage parties after they close up with all the dollars they're making, but if you want a good cookie, you can make much better at home and half the time and 1/10 the cost this place is a joke. We ordered ahead of time on the app said it would be ready at 6:50. I showed up and went to the pick up area. I mentioned our name. I hit the app button to say that I was there present at the store all that didn't seem to matter because it was 656 and they still had no clue and came back several times asking my name then by 6:59. Went there today, it seemed just one dissatisfied worker there. All self order machines were down, so I wait in line at the cashier station for everyone to go through and get their cookies. Then I say I want to order via cashier. NOPE. All machines down, even cashier's. You could only order if you have the app, which I don't want. Everyone who knows me knows I DESPISE Crumbl Cookies! But when they have pies or cakes I immediately run because they're delicious! Unfortunately a Crumbl addiction has started for me.. The excitement of the new flavors every week gets me. This specific store is pretty small but the sweets are still great and workers are nice. I came in on my birthday on Tuesday and the worker was soo sweet and made the tres leches cake topping into a heart! :') I fell in love with Crumbl ever since I tried their pumpkin square. The pumpkin square was soo delicious and my favorite of them all, and the tres leches cake with lotus biscoff comes in as a close second. The lemon cake and banoffee pie are the only other two I've tried and they were good as well, but I think the cake squares are the true winners for me. I just wish everything here wasn't so high in calories, I feel so guilty after eating Crumbl but it's just too good to resist! The stars are mainly for this location because the cookie was phenomenal. I came in to order my cookie. Someone was baking cookies, doesn't even greet me or anything. Then some guy comes after 3-4 minutes and he helped some other guy that came after me, and then asked what I'd like to order. Pretty pink interior and relatively clean besides a few crumbs on the counter near the register. I blame the customers bc they have display cookies and most ppl are touching them creating a mini mess lol The staff was actually in the back of the store when I entered but once they realized I had walked in, they came up to help. I ordered the Peach Cobbler Cookie and waited about 10 min for them to prepare it as there were a few pickup orders in front of me. When I tell you, that was the best thing I've eaten all year!! Where do I even begin. This was by far the worst experience I have had with Crumbl. Let's start with the box shit had chocolate and cream all over it. I chose not to say something, fine. When I got home and opened the box I see that two out of the four cookies aren't even made correctly the cranberry one looks like a load was taken on it and the snickers one was missing the snickers and the sauce. Where to start! My crumbl experience today was beyond horrible. This review is for the Irving, TX location. I first went this morning to pick up my order. They were taking WAY too long, so I ended up leaving and coming back in around 30 minutes. The second time I went, I was in a huge rush; I saw that the order looked a bit strange, but it didn't seem major. When I got home and properly looked at them, wow. I had ordered two French silk pies and they were both JUST ganache. Literally just ganache. No pie, no crust, just ganache. The carrot cake I ordered was damaged to one side, and the two Biscoff pies I ordered did not have glaze or the cookie on top. So, I went back to crumbl for the THIRD time to ask them to fix my order--if I'm paying 5 bucks a cookie (and extra for the cake and pies), I want it to at least have all the stuff it's supposed to have! The customer service was awful. The young girl behind the counter was the same worker who had been there the previous two times, but she did not apologize for the mess-up and was slow to fix the order. She took my box into the back room--the box I had brought home and opened. I do not work in the food industry, but that has got to be a health code violation. When she came back out, the cookie top for the Biscoff pies were still missing. The new French silk pies had all the components, but they looked awful. I made a face, and she told me, "This is all I have." But the real cherry on top was the carrot cake. The first time, it was just slightly damaged, but by this point, she had COMPLETELY smashed it. It looked like someone had straight up punched it into the box. I was so shocked I couldn't even think of anything to say. She just pushed it in and boxed it up. I was tired from running around, had a sleeping baby at home and kids to pick up, so I just took the box and left. Please, if you're considering ordering from crumbl, save yourself the hassle with bad service. The cookies themselves aren't bad, but wow, the service is AWFUL. This is not my first time having bad service at this location and I will not be ordering from them again. The Crumbl Support worker I reached out to, Paige, was extremely helpful and gave us a voucher that can be used at any location, so if anyone else has trouble, reach out to their Support team! read more

I placed an order online using the app and the app literally says what number in line I was, when the app said it was ready i went inside and i asked the employee and her answer was "I called your name and you weren't here so i gave it to customer after you" which is absolutely ridiculous I waited a WHOLE HOUR and its very unprofessional that she gave my order to someone else, the space is so small and it's very crowded I couldn't be inside the building for a WHOLE HOUR. Crumbl is one of those places--you know, the kind everyone raves about so much you feel like you're missing out on some kind of cookie enlightenment. So, naturally, I had to give it a try this past weekend. And... meh. I mean, the cookies weren't bad. They're big, they're creative, they're... fine. But was I transported to dessert heaven? Did my life change with one bite? Not even close. They're definitely unique, I'll give them that, but it's like they're trying too hard to impress. Some of the flavors felt more like an experiment gone rogue than an actual cookie. I'm glad I tried it--because, you know, curiosity and peer pressure--but it's just not my cup of tea. I don't see myself going back unless someone drags me there or I have a sudden urge for a cookie the size of my face. Love the cookies and "cookie-cakes" so much! The service varies per shift and day but generally excellent! The one thing I wish is they would always make more than enough of a popular cookie when it launches again, so they DO NOT RUN OUT aka, the Tres Leche cookie. When you know it is that popular, over calculate the normal amount you make, double, triple the amount! But always have enough, so you do not disappoint a customer (one that has sincerely waited all day because they were at work during the day and could not get by earlier), and have to tell them, "I'm sorry we have run out of this cookie." . As far as ambiance there, it is a bakery:) so ambiance doesn't really fit in there well but it is a neat place to be able to see them work behind the scenes; for young kiddos especially so! Perhaps consider offering a tour for mom's clubs or schools, with little kids they would love to go there for their kids to see all that goes on behind the scenes of big cookie making at your amazingly delicious cookies! read more

Because it was incredibly sweet, I did not like the icing. And while the cookie itself wasn't properly cooked all the way through, I think it would've been good if it had been fully cooked. Unfortunately my stomach hurt every-time I went back to finish it, which finally caused me to throw a mostly uneaten cookie in the trash. I'm going to give it one more try to see if my rating will go up. This is the slowest crumbl location I've ever visited. Even if you put an order in the app and order ahead it still takes them 15 minutes to frost a cookie. I was the only person in line - this is unacceptable. Only to be told 10 mins after waiting (while no one helped) that they were sold out of several cookies that i ordered 3 hours prior to coming in to pick up. I only go here because it's close to my work. I've had countless less than optimal experiences at crumble!! read more

Two experiences so far... Experience #1: First customer to walk in on opening day, and they put together my party box quickly! Super friendly, awesome cookies, and my office staff at school thoroughly enjoyed them! Experience #2: Placed a curbside order on the app for a 4-pack to be picked up at 5:15-5:30. I arrived at 5:15, and the young man came out within a couple of mins to inform me that they were out of peanut butter cookies (half my order). He apologized and asked if I wanted to replace those 2 with other cookies. I asked if they were baking another batch (yes) and how long it would take (15-ish mins), so I opted to wait. He thanked me and said he'll bring it out as soon as they come out. I waited until 5:45 then went into the store. They were preparing my box as I walked in. He again apologized profusely, and I told him - Hey, y'all are way better than the cluster-you-know-what that the Southlake store is. For the extra wait time, he then gave me a card for a free chocolate chip cookie. It was a nice gesture. I'm SO GLAD Irving now has a Crumbl Cookies! Keep up the great work! read more

The cookies were mostly fine when I got them, but one had pieces of plastic on it and it just gave me mixed feelings about quality control. Cookies are way too sweet for my taste, especially those covered with the sugary frosting. Also somewhat expensive, although they are rather large--more like eating a slice of cake or a cupcake. The "rewards program" that I guess you only get if you submit a review, apparently requires the review be submitted immediately. I went to the link to take the survey in under 4 hours and it had already expired. I think you need a bit of time to actually try the cookies before reviewing them? Had I had a chance to respond to the survey and earn loyalty points, in addition to the product being very sweet (but nice looking / large) I would have also commented that asking for a tip when all someone does is box and hand you the product you ordered seems a bit odd, especially since when you order you have zero idea how that small amount of "service" will be. I would hope with the prices of your cookies you pay your workers a decent wage and you could eliminate the "add a tip" option. Perhaps a tip jar like Starbucks? Maybe if you had table seating and someone served the cookies and cleaned up after? I am less apt to return to a place like this that assumed tipping since I don't really like having my order show up with a "big goose egg" for all to see since I am sure there may be a few that get upset by that. Even Dominoes pizza where there is at least as much if not more prep and packaging does not even provide the ability to tip when ordering carry out. Will I return? Probably not mostly due to the product being too cake-like and sweet. But it was a good one-time visit and certainly worth a try for those that like these type of cookies. read more

I would not even call it a cookie. I was so excited to try it, the almost everything bagel cookie but it was absolutely terrible. It is not even a cookie, the frosting, cream cheese, whatever became yellow and hard after about an hour.
