I would not even call it a cookie. I was so excited to try it, the almost everything bagel cookie but it was absolutely terrible. It is not even a cookie, the frosting, cream cheese, whatever became yellow and hard after about an hour. The customer service at this location is horrible. I had placed an order to pick up and had gotten there before they had closed, and went to the door and they were both locked. I had a $45 order to pick up and they said they were closed. They wouldn't even open/crack the door to speak to me, so instead, they spoke to me through the glass. I assume it was the manager who I was speaking to, was rude and had a very bad attitude when speaking to both my brother and I. The man told me that they were closed and there was nothing they could do about my order. I asked if my card was charged and they said yes, so I asked if I could get a refund since it wasn't cheap and we didn't even get our cookies... and they said that we could come back tomorrow instead. Overall, this was just such a ridiculous experience and it makes me not want to come back to this location again. read more

Daughter received burnt glob of dough with smeared melted chocolate chips from curbside pickup. I don't remember seeing burnt glob on the weekly menu. Unfortunately we discovered it after getting back home, 20 minutes away, opened the box to find what looks to be a constipated turd that had been dropped on the floor. I sent my daughter in to pick up our order, and after standing there for 20 minutes watching the 2 employees play around with each other while ignoring the growing line at the counter, she came out and asked if maybe she had done something wrong? I let her know, no you just need to speak up at the counter and let them know you have an order. When she finally got a girl's attention another 10 minutes later, the girl looked at the order on the phone and told her to get in line and they would help her when it was her turn. I ordered a four pack. The S'mores cookie was undercooked. The dough was raw. I didn't care cause things happen. So I just threw it away. The real issue started when I bit into a chocolate chip cookie and to my surprise I was chewing PAPER. I usually go to the Addison or Grand Prairie location but decided to try out this new one, I regret it. Also, when I asked the worker if I could have a single box as well, once she gave me my order, she said "you have to pay for them" which I said "oh okay that's fine then" and she's like "what do you want it for?"
