Usually pretty impressed with crumbl. Always greeted friendly but not really talking to the employees outside of that. This week had the most foul tasting creation I've put in my mouth. I would not even call it a cookie. I was so excited to try it, the almost everything bagel cookie but it was absolutely terrible. It is not even a cookie, the frosting, cream cheese, whatever became yellow and hard after about an hour. Outside of that cookie I'd highly recommend coming here but do not spend your money on it you will regret it. read more

The customer service at this location is horrible. I had placed an order to pick up and had gotten there before they had closed, and went to the door and they were both locked. I had a $45 order to pick up and they said they were closed. They wouldn't even open/crack the door to speak to me, so instead, they spoke to me through the glass. I assume it was the manager who I was speaking to, was rude and had a very bad attitude when speaking to both my brother and I. The man told me that they were closed and there was nothing they could do about my order. I asked if my card was charged and they said yes, so I asked if I could get a refund since it wasn't cheap and we didn't even get our cookies... and they said that we could come back tomorrow instead. Overall, this was just such a ridiculous experience and it makes me not want to come back to this location again. read more

Her issue with a third party delivery service should be addressed with them by the person that ordered it, which was not her. Fun little place to go for a quick dessert to go. The cookies are huge and supppperrr sweet. If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the place for you. We ordered 6 cookies, but had to go back because the chocolate didn't have any toppings on in. Wonderful. Husband took me after dinner next door for my birthday at Lambertis. Last cookie before cutting out carbs and sugar for awhile and WOW. Do not order from this store and have Uber Eats deliver. My friends sent me cookies yesterday at my new job and I never received them. When she checked they said they were delivered at 12:45 yesterday. There are only 3 people in my office and everyone was there, NO DELIVERY. When my friend called they said they "left them at the vending machine in a common area". (mind you no note on the door! Who is stupid enough to leave a delivery in the open? What really makes me mad is they will not refund the money spent. So the delivery driver got paid, got a tip and stole my cookies and neither Crumbl or Uber Eats will do anything about it! I sent my daughter in to pick up our order, and after standing there for 20 minutes watching the 2 employees play around with each other while ignoring the growing line at the counter, she came out and asked if maybe she had done something wrong? I let her know, no you just need to speak up at the counter and let them know you have an order. When she finally got a girl's attention another 10 minutes later, the girl looked at the order on the phone and told her to get in line and they would help her when it was her turn. She had just stood there for 30 minutes while only one customer was helped, she quite literally stood at the front of the line being ignored long enough that SHE thought she did something wrong..... we just left and many other people left out of there frustrated too. I ordered a four pack. The S'mores cookie was undercooked. The dough was raw. I didn't care cause things happen. So I just threw it away. The real issue started when I bit into a chocolate chip cookie and to my surprise I was chewing PAPER. I usually go to the Addison or Grand Prairie location but decided to try out this new one, I regret it. Also, when I asked the worker if I could have a single box as well, once she gave me my order, she said "you have to pay for them" which I said "oh okay that's fine then" and she's like "what do you want it for?"
