My first visit to a Crumbl and I was very disappointed. While the cookies are good, the service is impersonal. I get the convenience of the kiosk but when there are three employees working and we are their only customers, you would think they would at least greet us, say welcome or make eye contact?? Nope. They responded when we put in our order, the front gal prepared the order, called our names, handed us the cookies and that was it. I hope this was an off day. I would rather pay for cookies from a small friendly business rather than go back here and be treated like we were. 2nd star is only because the cookies were good. read more

Do not come here... you will be addicted!! An old coworker told me she would drive to Lakewood for these cookies and I couldn't understand why she would drive so far for cookies. I get it! I went to Crumble in Lacey WA, and first off, the drive through screen has been broken for at least 6 months. So, nobody greeted us at the drive through, so I pull up to the window. The little gal didn't know what was going on with her headset, so I wanted to see what the cookies looked like, so I went around to go inside. I walk in, there is another customer waiting, nobody in sight. I happen to see an employee sitting on the floor near the oven area, not even acknowledging we were there. After a couple of minutes with no service, an employee walks in the front doors, phone in hand, and asked if we needed help. The first customer said yes, so she proceeded with her order. The employee then starts filling the customers order, NO HAND WASHING, NO GLOVES, NO NOTHING! We don't know what she was doing, smoking or eating before coming back in. I seen that, told the customer in front of me..nope, she didn't even wash her hands or put gloves on, and I walked out. Very dirty, unprofessional, and I will never go back. I went to the Olympia location and they were great there! Be careful going to the Lacey Crumble, they are very unclean and don't wash their hands before touching the cookies. read more

I love crumble cookies. My favorite were the lemon ones which they don't have anymore, but the sugar cookies are fantastic too. The only down side is the price for 6 cookies it's like 20 bucks, but it's not too bad a price for the size and quality. Please bring back the lemon ones though, they are so amazing and perfect. read more

On 6/24 evening me and my wife got eight cookies although they tasted good my wife found a hair baked into her cookie. So gross but hey mistakes happen. Tonight I had a cookie as well (a different flavor) and I found a hair baked into my cookie as well. So we threw away the other six. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed. Hadn't been for a while. Not loving the new pricing. Getting a bit closer to being priced out of my budget. I stopped and purchased an Oreo Cheesecake and Fruit Pizza. Oreo Cheesecake was smaller than expected. It was good but didn't feel like I was eating a cheesecake. Not thick or creamy enough. Wouldn't buy again. Especially with it being $1.49 more. The Fruit Pizza was delicious! Perfect cookie. Soft and thick. Perfect lemony frosting. Would definitely buy again. Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Not a fan. These aren't really cookies but more like flat cupcakes. Super sweet and cake like. I much prefer a cookie from Phoebe's. Wow, this was my first time at a crumbl ever. The line was long as this was a grand opening but well worth the wait. Super kind and friendly staff opened the doors for you and said hi welcome as you enter. The cookies are phenomenal. Light, airy, fluffy, and moist and just perfect honesty. Have tried the Mooncake and Banana Crème Pie so far and can't wait for rest! Come give this place a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

The cookies tend to be well made, well proportioned, and not super messy. I personally find Crumbl cookies to be sweeter than I like most of the time but if you like Crumbl cookies this is a good location to buy them. I will say we usually buy our cookies on Wednesday or Thursday not too late in the day. I find that on Friday or Saturday if I buy them when it's at a busier time of day or late in the day they are more likely to not be quite as well made as in messy or smaller portions. But after buying them almost every week for a year we've only had small mistakes made a handful of times so this location is definitely mostly reliable. We always order through delivery since we don't own a car. If you go in person you get to inspect the cookies before you accept them. I'm giving four out of five stars mostly because after trying them for a year we've found that we just don't love a lot of them because they are so sweet and many of the flavors are loaded with buttercream but those are the recipes that are popular with most people who love Crumbl. If you are someone who loves Crumbl I'd say this location is a very solid well managed one to buy from. read more
