The lady who took our order was patiently waiting behind the counter and provided the bare minimum friendliness for service -- nothing extravagant nor terrible. We purchased a dozen donut holes and 4 individual donuts: 2 maple bars, 1 chocolate bar, and 1 regular chocolate donut, as well as their flan, which was about $20 in total. The donuts were packed into cheap brown paper bags, so they're easy to eat immediately. The donuts were cheap enough, but the signage for the prices was located on the left on a chalkboard on the wall, which was very easy to miss after entering the shop, and we didn't notice it until after we ordered. My son enjoyed the donuts, but I found the donuts tasted stale, perhaps because we visited in the evening when they were no longer fresh. I would have liked them to be sweeter and fluffier, but it was inevitable that the quality would be mediocre based on the time we arrived. They offered an okay selection of donuts, which were all displayed visibly as soon as you entered, and there was some variety, but nothing that particularly stood out to me besides the maple bars, so not much creativity there with the donut options. Perhaps, again, it was due to our late visit. However, they do offer other desserts, like pastries, but those looked too filling for me at the time, so I settled for the flan, which was still rich and heavy, but I was able to refrigerate it to enjoy at a later time. I noticed they sold some sweet bread too, like conchas, but those didn't interest me at the time. They also offer drinks and ice cream bars on the right after you enter. There's a decent amount of seating, but the shop was practically empty when we were there, because we're weirdos who visit around 18:00 for donuts lol. There wasn't really anything that caught my attention enough for a return visit, besides the convenience of the location. Overall, not a bad visit, but nothing enticing enough for me personally.

The cookies are great-service, not so much. The workers ignore you unless you've placed an order either online or on the kiosk (there were three but two had "Out of Order" signs on the screens). I stop here once a week to get one cookie for an elderly person I visit-sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes to get just one cookie when there is no line and several employees behind the counter. The drive up window is the same. Hopefully the one opening soon in Olympia is owned/operated by management that knows how to run a great business-who could be unhappy selling cookies? These employees seem to hate their jobs and are putting forward a poor look for Crumbl. read more

We tried the carrot cake cookie and it was so delicious! Love me some carrot cake so of course we had to try it! Was NOT expecting such a huge cookie. Split it with a co-worker because I did not want to be greedy! Lol! Also I'm suppose to eat gluten free because it causes an allergic reaction in my system but this was one time I did not care! Guess what? I did NOT get an instant reaction whicgmh was good news for me. I sat in the car while my daughter went inside to get the cookies we ordered online for the first time. Went back again recently and was met again with another wonderful experience!! I'm a former employee and haven't been back many times due to the old manager, but Paige has taken over and I'm so excited to see that she's doing an excellent job! And the employees on the night of 03/18/24 around 830pm were wonderful! I'll definitely keep coming back. They are pretty good. Really thick and gooey. Some do come cold and some warm. Delivery is awesome when it works and you have loyal and honest folks making the delivery. My service and rating would have been much better had they handled my stolen order a lot better than they did. Not even a darn sorry to go with it. But overall they are good and they are still getting my money until further notice!! read more
