Brought my son here because I had a text to use a birthday coupon. When I tried to use the coupon, it wouldn't work. There was no expiration date and the girl at the counter didn't care to help. There were a couple machines down, and some pushed back. My son got the Euro Tart which was one of the machines pushed back. Don't know if there was a reason for being pushed back. He complained multiple times that it tasted really sour. I finally took a bite and it tasted like it had gone bad. I had him throw it away. It was too late and he had a stomachache for the rest of the night. Such a shame. My son liked coming here even though it wasn't my favorite. We will definitely not be returning. Unless you want your kid to eat rotten froyo, don't come here. read more

It's hard to mess up frozen yogurt.... but this place was DIRTY. It was later in the day, but still it looked nasty. The "new" cups didn't look new and were all over the area and it was unclean. The yogurt itself was ok. I think there were 6-8 flavors. The machines were filthy. Both my husband and I have worked at a yogurt place in our younger years so we know how these should look. They looked bad. Like haven't been cleaned in a week or more. The toppings area was also gross AF.and not from it's just being a busy day type of thing. The fam had a froyo craving and we decided to stop here. 5 out of 5 were disappointed and wished we'd stopped at the gelato place we were going to stop at instead. Flavors were okay, as was the customer service, and the place certainly had a fun vibe inside, but the quality of the froyo itself was not great. It was like what you might get if you got froyo at an awesome place, then froze it, then tried to eat it out of the freezer after letting it sit for a few minutes. It was easy more icy than frozen yogurt should ever be in most cases, with more of a dole whip texture than the creamy, yummy froyo we were really craving. There were two things that were great in my opinion. The strawberry syrup turned my froyo creation into something enjoyable. It masked the low quality of the froyo itself quite well. The gummy peach rings they had did the same, as they were super fresh and not at all stale. I joked that it might've been better to just load up a froyo cup with those alone and skip the froyo. I hope this place continues to make changes to improve. We're only in town for about a week, so we may try to redeem our froyo or other frozen dessert experience by visiting that gelato place before we leave. One thing we do know at this point is that we won't be returning to LimeBerry. Just not worth it for the price point. read more

Not sure how this place has a 3.8 at the time of this review. The place was gross with a musty smell. The machines looked like they hadn't been wiped down in days. Then the topping bar was a mess. oh my gosh ... keep an eye on the kids. they just heap up the yogurt and toppings til they have way too much to eat, and it just melts in their bowl so you end up throwing a bunch away. :( Also - "the claw" machines will gobble up your money in no time. watch out! Stopped in with my grandkids and their mom and dad. Kids were so excited. The floor was filthy with topping pieces all over. Very few of the yogurt machines were usable, out of order or just empty. The topping station was a mess with pieces of candy mixed in with other bins. The fruit section was the same. Where the sauces were was a sticky mess. Lime Berry is sparkly clean, the staff is super nice, and they have a wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. The reason for 3 stars is because for the most part the flavors were nothing special. They were ok, but I've had better luck at a menchies or yeti yogurt. It's possible that I'm a bit of a FroYo snob as I'm always comparing everything to Pinkberry; but still to me it wasn't the best I've had. I am not much of a yogurt ice cream fan but this place I love. I always get the taro flavor and it has the right amount of flavor without being sour. They have lots of toppings to choose from and I love their cheesecake bites! They had almost everything you could think of. The toppings, especially the cheesecake and graham crackers tasted fresh...I know sometimes they can have them sitting there for a while, but this was great! The place is clean, and well kept. The yogurt station was especially clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the sample cups were not offered to us and so I just went with the vanilla to play it safe. I can't say that this Limeberry was my favorite sadly. I've been trying to find a new froyo place since Yogurtini closed in DuPont and have a few new bookmarks thanks to Zelda Z, but I figured I would give this Limeberry a try anyway. I don't know if it was because it was later in the evening or what but there was no one in there or people were taking their froyo to go. There had a decent selection of froyo and I'm usually a simple tart or vanilla kind of guy. They had no sugar added (NSA) vanilla which I think was also gluten free, but no regular vanilla which I probably would have opted for as a lot of times NSA has some sort of artificial sugar in it which gives me headaches. I blasted the tart yogurt in to my cup and teetered on putting a little red velvet cake yogurt in but decided to pass and not spoil an already good thing. I poured a few spoonfuls of rainbow sprinkles on and a few spoonfuls of boba which were either watermelon or strawberry flavored and tossed on some maraschino cherries. The yogurt itself was pretty good. Someone mentioned runny, and that was pretty true. I also like my frozen yogurt to be a little more thoroughly frozen so that I can get it home without it being a bowl of milk with sprinkles on the bottom. Now the toppings though were not to my liking. I'm sure if I got any other combination the toppings may have been better. The sprinkles were not the softer sprinkles that you normally get with soft serve. They were more hard and very crunchy and tasted like the "sprinkles" they sell at the Dollar Tree. I couldn't tell if the sprinkles or the cherries were giving me a chemically taste in my mouth as the cherries also didn't have the characteristic almond extract/ maraschino liqueur taste or smell. The boba were very good though but like I said I couldn't tell if they were watermelon or strawberry. Froyo is normally not very cheap, but I was treating myself so the price really didn't matter. I think though it's between 45-49 cents per ounce, so it can add up quick. read more

It's a scorching hot day today so my family and I decided to go and get some yogurt to cool us down and satisfy our tastebuds. They've got some few selections of yogurt flavors, specifically 8 choices. I really like this yogurt place, one of the reasons is that, one of the yoghurts has a low sugar, low carb and is gluten free. Each flavor is unique and delicious, my personal favorite happens to be the, original tart, cake batter and milk chocolate. Actually a good combination if you ask me. Besides that they've even got many varieties of toppings here. Best ones for me are the popping bobas, cookie dough, and the cheesecake bites. Honestly speaking this place is a little bit better than the other froyo place menchi's for my family and I because the place is spacious, much more toppings and great customer service. The person who accommodated us was very approachable. They even offered us 2 free balloons for my niece and my nephew and they were very happy. They even gave us 1 free water bottle. I'm always very satisfied when I come here for some yoghurt, especially it's super convenient for me because it's just 15 minutes away from our house. Menchi's has bananas, bluberries, dark chocolate bits, kiwis... Lime Berry just has a bunch of jelly balls and sttawberries for their fruit side. Their yogurt also doesn't really display alot of unique factors to it like Menchi's does. Im only comparing the two. Two stars for Lime Berry's special banana yogurt, for being open until 10pm for a late night snack, and for the great service. The newest location in this chain of frozen yogurt is located at the busy intersection of College Street and Lacey Blvd across from Little Caesar's. The concept is like most of the other locations, 10 flavors of YoCream yogurt. It's all self-serve at a price of $0.45 per ounce. Military discounts are offered. Among the 10 flavors offered are no sugar added flavors, sorbets, and there is always Chocolate, Vanilla, and Cake Batter in the machines. When I was there this week, they also had Peanut Butter, Irish Mint, and Pomegranate Raspberry Sorbet. The colors are black, neon pink, and lime green and the decor looks like the other locations. Toppings are plentiful, with a variety to include various fruit, cereal, nuts, candy, chocolate, cookie dough bites, cheesecake bites, and boba poppers. With so many choices, the hard part is deciding what to get! read more

I really enjoyed Lime Berry. I had been wanting to try this establishment since I moved here,(2 weeks ago), and I finally got a chance yesterday. The selection of frozen yogurt wasn't as large as I had hoped, however what they had was tasty. I got the cake batter flavor. It was delicious!!! They let you sample flavors. I like that aspect. They have a vast selection of fruit and candy to put on top of your yogurt. YUMMY!!! They sell by weight. It was kind of pricey but I will go back for an occasional treat. My only wish after I left was that I had filled my cup with more goodies!! They have a rewards or points card available for free. I got the card. and they gather some information like your email address. You can use the card every time you purchase yogurt. The points add up and you can get rewards as you go but me??? I'm saving for the biggie...free yogurt!!! They celebrate parties of 8 or more. They have regular " special needs " events that they sponsor and you can support a fund raiser with them!!! Now that's my idea of community connections!! The establishment is very clean and orderly. The people inside that helped me with what I was creating in my yogurt cup were extremely helpful and outgoing. Their parents own the shop according to one of the young ladies helping me. Zelda Z. is right about them being located at a very busy intersection. That busy intersection played an important part of when I finally was able to get there. It will play an important part in when I am able to return. I haven't been to any other yogo shops in this area yet so I am unable to compare the Limeberry to them. I went in here because I was super excited about the low carb options, but upon looking at the nutrition table I realized that there is no low carb option at all, as every serving of any given flavor is above 15g. My daughter got some though and said it's "the best ice cream ever". Also the girl helping us was very nice. So there's that! But I was pretty disappointed. read more

We tell the girl working and she says "I don't have blonde hair" Duh and neither do any of us. She never looks at the strawberries where the toppings are the whole time. No refund for that yogurt.
